Senior Air Force officers charged over ‘inappropriate’ fighter pilot nickname

This crossed a line in my view.

Two senior Air Force officers have been charged for allegedly failing to stop a group of fighter pilots from assigning an inappropriate nickname to another member in June.

Col. Colin Marks and Lt.-Col. Corey Mask each face one charge of failing to effectively carry out their responsibilities and will face disciplinary hearings, according to the Royal Canadian Air Force.

20 NATO States “Pretty Tapped Out” After Weapons Transfers To Ukraine

Two-thirds of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have depleted their stockpiles by sending weapons to Kiev, according to an alliance official. Even larger NATO states are struggling to meet the demands of Ukraine’s war effort.

The New York Times reported on Sunday the North Atlantic alliance is struggling to meet Kiev’s battlefield needs. According to one NATO official, 20 out of 30 members are “pretty tapped out” regarding their ability to supply Ukraine with additional weapons. While larger states like the US, France, Germany, and Italy have the ability to arm Ukraine, those governments have also resisted sending specific weapons systems requested by Kiev.

Was San Francisco Election Official Not Rehired Because He Wasn’t ‘Diverse’ Enough?

London Breed – Democrat city destroyer

John Arntz has held the job of San Francisco’s director of the Department of Elections for two decades. He has been repeatedly praised for his excellent performance at this increasingly important job — important because of so many election challenges and doubts. Just two years ago, the election commission commended him for his “incredible leadership.” But now they are essentially firing him because he is apparently of the wrong race to satisfy their “racial equity plan.”

Netherlands to close up to 3,000 farms to comply with EU environment rules

The Dutch government plans to buy and close down up to 3,000 farms near environmentally sensitive areas to comply with EU nature preservation rules.

The Netherlands is attempting to cut down its nitrogen pollution and will push ahead with compulsory purchases if not enough farms take up the offer voluntarily.

Farmers will be offered a deal “well over” the worth of the farm, according to the government plan that is targeting the closure of 2,000 to 3,000 farms or other major polluting businesses.

Conservatives are ‘fearmongering’ over assault-style gun ban says fear mongering public safety minister

OTTAWA – Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino accuses the Conservatives of “whipping up fear” that the Liberal government is outlawing ordinary long guns and hunting rifles.

In an interview, Mendicino says the government only wants to reinforce a regulatory ban on assault-style firearms like the AR-15 by enshrining a definition in legislation, and it is prepared to work with MPs to get it right.

He insists the government has no intention whatsoever of going after everyday long guns and hunting rifles, calling the notion “Conservative fearmongering.”

Peter Stockland: Trudeau Called for Dialogue During Indigenous Rail Blockade, but Assailed Convoy Protesters With Emergencies Act

Well, at least Prime Minister Trudeau is in a state of calm. Indeed he has, we’re told, achieved an abundance of bliss.

“I am absolutely, absolutely serene,” he said on Nov. 25 during his testimony at the Rouleau inquiry into declaration of the Emergencies Act in February.

Not just “absolutely serene.” But “absolutely, absolutely.” No scintilla of quivering, quavering, or doubt. The man stands at the apex of oneness with himself. And I am absolutely-squared confident we can all agree that is a good thing.

“Rightwing Zionists” Tainted “Our” Elections, Islamist Group’s Antisemitic Report Says

You are not going to believe this. During the mid-term elections, advocacy groups gave money – a lot of money – supporting candidates they thought would be good on the issues they care about.

It’s shocking, right?

The anti-Israel group Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action) seems to think so. It touted a “groundbreaking report” last week that showed pro-Israel groups gave money to pro-Israel candidates.
