Jay Bhattacharya: The legal case against Anthony Fauci

The Great Barrington Declaration signatory on why he’s going to court over Covid

In October 2020, the Great Barrington Declaration was published by three academics — Jay Bhattacharya, Sunetra Gupta and Martin Kulldorff — who appeared on UnHerd to break the story. It marked a watershed moment in the pandemic, but the authors found their criticisms of Covid policy were increasingly censored on social media.

The left’s suicidal pact with Silicon Valley

Supporting corporate censorship is a folly of historic proportions.

The British comedian Jack Dee was the target of last week’s Two Minute Hate. The online left pointed its bony finger of judgement at the famously dour funnyman and accused him of the sin of bigotry. He’s far right, they screeched. He sides with fascists. Yet another cis white hetero dude spraying his prejudice everywhere. What offence did Mr Dee commit to attract such florid denunciations? He defended freedom of speech against the arbitrary power of unaccountable corporations.

Monogamy is next in line to go

The slope keeps getting slipperier and slipperier. Monogamy is the next Western social norm to go on the chopping block.

An Atlanta City Councilwoman has “come out” a second time–this time as polyamorous. She came out as gay before, causing no consternation, but now she has revealed that she has been in a committed relationship with two women and that they plan to raise a family together.

Plucky little Ukraine is rotten to the core

THE 2021 film Operation Mincemeat begins with the narrator saying: ‘In war, truth is protected by a bodyguard of lies’. The same is true of the war in Ukraine. While we know the truth about the gangster state that is Russia and its malevolent dictator who has ordered the murder of more than a dozen people on British soil, supervises state terror and torture at home and initiated an illegal and bloody war, we are not being told the whole truth about Ukraine. It is not the freedom-loving democracy its propagandists claim.

AfD support surges in east Germany

Soaring energy prices and rising unemployment is driving voters to the Right

“Bring an extra jumper, we can’t afford to heat the house properly this year,” was my aunt’s cheerful advice when I told her I’d drop by on my annual Christmas visit to Germany. She lives in Thuringia, in the former East of the country. Like her, many people there are deeply concerned about the coming winter — the mood has reached a tipping point, which is spilling into politics.

Conservatives decide to compete in the victimhood Olympics

As much as the Conservatives like to poke fun at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s past life as a drama teacher, there sure seemed to be an awful lot of theatre coming from the Tory benches this past week.

Members of the Conservative Party – which purports to be against cancel culture and ostentatious displays of wokeism – were utterly scandalized by a tweet that, by their telling, made them feel unsafe walking the halls of the House of Commons.

As I said this was a bad choice for the CPC, only play the Liberal games when you know you can win.
