#BareShelvesBiden trends on Twitter as Americans deal with empty shelves

#BareShelvesBiden became a leading Twitter trend on Sunday evening as social media users across the country took aim at President Joe Biden and his administration for failing to address the ongoing supply chain crisis.

The mandates regarding trucking between the USA and Canada will be going into effect between the middle of January and early February. Combined with the shipping crisis, this could (ha!) cause shortages and prices to rise. Both the USA and Canada have also enacted dictates to punish domestic trucking, beginning within the next couple weeks. Seriously, stock up.

Early Outpatient COVID Treatment – Why is There Still no Plan?

COVID has been with us for almost two years and yet there are still no officially and medical establishment endorsed outpatient treatment protocols to keep infected individuals out of hospitals, which is where more serious problems begin, from secondary hospital infections, ventilators, and ultimately death.

Biden knows his vax mandates are unconstitutional — but just doesn’t care

Clearly, President Joe Biden is not chastened by the Supreme Court smackdown he got just a couple of weeks ago, when the justices invalidated the eviction moratorium that even administration officials acknowledge was patently lawless right before Biden reissued it.

Alberta Community Reaches Herd Immunity In Unvaxxed — ‘Experts’ Outraged

Approximately 89 per cent of unvaccinated residents in La Crete, Alberta, likely have acquired natural COVID-19 antibodies. However, experts are already coming up with excuses to wave away their natural herd immunity.

Toronto paramedic union issues warning after no ambulances were available to respond to life-threatening call

The union chair representing Toronto paramedics says its health-care system is “on the verge of collapse,” confirming that Saturday night there were no ambulances available to respond to a life-threatening call.

Mike Merriman, the paramedic unit chair for CUPE Local 416, told CTV News Toronto that around 7:40 p.m., a call that was “deemed to be life threatening” came in and there were no units available to attend.

Levy: The Decisions Of School Trustees Prove Ontario Doesn’t Need Them

The Ontario Public School Boards Association (OPSBA) and Ontario’s trustees have become so out of touch with students and so dismissive of parents that many have come to realize they achieve very little, and that the provincial government could easily get rid of them.

Supply shortages mean Norwegian conscripts must return their used underwear at the end of their military services

Norweigan’s enlisted will now have to return their used underwear – as well as bras and socks – after their service is done due to supply shortages, Euronews reported.

The Guardian reported that the Army made the decision because of dwindling supplies and supply chain issues caused by the pandemic making it hard for them to get more.

Do TV Ads Forecast the Future?

Blacks have been a growing presence on television for decades. This reflects their huge and positive impact on the most visible aspects of American life—the arts (especially music), entertainment, religion, politics, and sports. Black leaders and stars achieved this even though they often faced discrimination and their group today is still only 13 percent of the population.

The Left Wants The Pandemic While America Is Over It

Escapism is important in our society, and in this day and age, it’s never been more necessary. The internet has made it easy to find news reports and talk heads that will tell you all you need to know. It’s a direct turnaround from a time when getting the news outside the borders of your town took a small bit of effort. You spent every moment keeping your thoughts where you were.

It’s not anymore. The news is everywhere and it’s all the time. It’s enough to drive people crazy, and judging by the increased attention to mental health and the willingness of mainstream culture to embrace the insane, it absolutely is driving people nuts. Moreover, it’s so laced with political narrative driving that is so left-leaning that it falls over into lunacy.

The Movie Chinese Communists Hate the Most?

Some films are chilling because their fiction penetrates the agonizing core of reality. The soon-to-be-released Unsilenced, from award-winning Chinese-Canadian filmmaker Leon Lee, is a prime example. It brings into sharp focus the oppression unleashed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on Falun Gong, a movement that emphasizes ethical conduct, qigong exercises, and meditation. Fearing that Falun Gong would overtake it in popularity, the party has since 1999 been persecuting practitioners with arrest, torture, forced labor, menticide, and execution. But an underground resistance has established itself, led by ordinary Falun Gong practitioners pushed by extraordinary circumstances into heroic acts.

Royals await anxiously the fallout from Prince Andrew’s disgrace

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, KG, GCVO, CD, ADC, turns 62 next month. It is long past the age at which a man is expected to stop being a cause of concern and embarrassment to his parents. And yet Andrew, who is said to be the Queen’s favourite child, has exposed his mother to the greatest threat to the royal family’s reputation in living memory.

As he awaits the decision of a New York judge, Lewis Kaplan, in the sex assault case brought by Virginia Giuffre, the prince finds himself in the deeply unedifying position of trying to evade court with a secret silencing deal struck by his late friend and convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

Demography still plays a critical role in the Middle East

For the first time in a thousand years, the Fertile Crescent is no longer Sunni. This, of course, serves the hegemonic interests of Iran.

In days past, the demographic question was perceived as the key to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Everyone remembers the words of Yasser Arafat, who said the womb was the Palestinian national weapon to facilitate a majority between the river and the sea and the end of Israel. Those days have long passed, however, and it appears the Jewish majority is stronger than ever, among other factors because of immigration from Russia and Ethiopia, and rising birth rates in the Jewish sector.

Stop vilifying the unvaccinated

We need to address their concerns, not threaten them with vaccine mandates.

The ‘unvaccinated’ are increasingly being vilified by certain sections of the British political and media class. In December, broadcaster Andrew Neil wrote in the Daily Mail that ‘it’s time to punish Britain’s five million vaccine refuseniks’, who ‘through fear, ignorance, irresponsibility or sheer stupidity refuse to be jabbed’. Former prime minister Tony Blair has called unvaccinated people ‘idiots’. And now Emily Sheffield, the former editor of the Evening Standardwrites that ‘the unvaccinated of [London] need to pay with their freedoms, not ours’.

[Ex-Muslims:] The Challenge to Islam It Has Never Faced

Pipes: Ex-Muslims are my topic today. Had you mentioned them to me just a few years ago, I would have said they have no significance beyond some individuals, mostly cowering in secret, not letting the world know their about their hostility to Islam. But I’ve recently concluded that they represent a significant phenomenon, especially as they challenge Islam in an unprecedented way, leaving Muslims with few effective defenses.

Has the Great Barrington Declaration been vindicated?

Lockdowns failed to serve the collective good

Has the Left finally woken up to the devastating costs of implementing lockdowns? In its first edition of 2022, the Observer carried a surprisingly balanced interview with Professor Mark Woolhouse, a member of Sage whose new book — The Year the World Went Mad — argues that long lockdowns promoted more harm than good and failed to protect the vulnerable. Its favourable reception appears to herald a new direction in the critique of Covid measures and policies on the Left; for the first time, the question of what really represented the collective good in the Covid debate has been put on the table by a mainstream left-liberal publication.
