Job Loss, Kids Denied Sports, Education Disrupted: Lawyers Share Impact of Vaccine Mandates on Clients

Health-care professionals losing their jobs, students denied access to education, and kids seeing their hockey dreams dashed—these are some of the complaints lawyers have dealt with in their cases challenging vaccine mandates.

Lisa Bildy, a lawyer based in London, Ont., who specializes in constitutional and human rights law, says the mandates are devastating for her clients because they are left with no real choice in getting the vaccine, contrary to what some officials have proclaimed.

MMA fans disgusted by ‘horrific’ inter-gender fight

Polish inter-gender MMA fight keeps em guessing.

MMA fans were left disgusted after a female fighter was battered by a male opponent during an inter-gender fight in Poland. One viewer described the scene as ‘horrific’ as the ref was forced to stop the bout.

Ula Siekacz is an arm wrestler and fitness instructor who regularly shows off her bulging biceps online.

But they were not enough to defend her against Piotrek Muaboy – who describes himself as ‘185cm of pure sex’.

But how is this different than Tranny MMA which has been hailed as so “progressive?”

‘Shot Himself In The Foot’: Ibram X. Kendi Posts, Then Deletes Tweet That Accidentally Refutes CRT

Boston University professor Ibram X. Kendi — a leading proponent of Critical Race Theory (CRT) — posted and later deleted a tweet that accidentally refuted the entire left-wing ideology.

On Friday evening, Kendi shared an article from The Hill noting that many white students applying to college falsely claim that they belong to racial minority groups — specifically, “to improve their chances of getting accepted” or “get minority-focused financial aid.”

Lincoln Project, Dem Operative Claim Credit for Neo-Nazi Cosplay Hoax as McAuliffe Campaign Limps Toward Defeat in Virginia

In the manner of a terrorist organization accepting responsibility for an atrocious attack on civilians, the Lincoln Project and a Democratic operative claimed credit for a bizarre performance of neo-Nazi cosplay on Friday as the Virginia gubernatorial race enters its final stretch.

Speculation swirled almost immediately after an NBC News reporter on Friday posted a photo of five dispirited young people, dressed in white shirts and khakis, holding tiki torches in front of Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin’s campaign bus in Charlottesville, Va. One of the “white supremacists” was an African American.

Students, parents disturbed after TDSB teacher in Parkdale wore blackface to class … but Blackie McBlackFace Still AOK!

Inspired by Justin’s example.

A teacher at Parkdale Collegiate Institute is under investigation after he came to class Friday wearing blackface as part of a Halloween costume.

In a letter sent Saturday night to parents and students of Parkdale Collegiate Institute — and shared with the Star — principal Julie Ardell called the incident “racist and dehumanizing.”

“As you know, many staff and students were dressed up for Halloween, but late in the morning, a number of students alerted the Vice Principal that a white staff member was in ‘Blackface,’” she wrote.

UK military organising mock training camps to get Muslim women into its ‘army of the future’

The British Army looks to be recruiting Muslim women by conducting ‘boot camps’ to give them a taste of the military life – at a time when the armed forces have been accused of “failing to protect” female recruits from harassment.

Earlier this week, a video of the camp was broadcast on the BBC’s Asian Network. The roughly two-minute clip, which has also been shared on social media, featured three Muslim women from the city of Bradford being “put through their paces – army style” on an assault course.

… While Major Kate Hannaford from the Royal Artillery noted that “different people who think in different ways” were needed to build “the army of the future,” women apparently make up only a “tiny fraction” of an estimated 450-500 Muslim soldiers in the army.

500 Muslims in total in the UK’s armed forces from a total Islamist population of over 3 million, roughly 5.9 per cent of the UK’s total population. That says something about where loyalty lies.  But yea go ahead and train them. They may regret that when numbers hit 10%.

Steven Guilbeault’s long climb from tree hugger to Liberal environment minister

Steven Guilbeault’s first environmental protest took place when he was around five years old, in his hometown of La Tuque, Que.

He lived in a house that backed onto a forest where he used to play, and one day he saw developers removing trees. Panicked, he ran inside to his mother and asked what he should do; she responded that if he climbed a tree, they couldn’t cut it down.

France: Can this Journalist Become President and Save France?

September 16. Éric Zemmour’s new bookFrance Has Not Yet Said Her Last Word, immediately book becomes a bestseller. Two of his previous books, The French Suicide and A Five-Year Term for Nothing: Chronicles of the War of Civilizations, sold more than 500,000 copies, a high number for non-fiction in France. He is an exception. All authors who write of immigration and Islam without political correctness have been ostracized by the media for years. Not Zemmour. Each time he was fired by radio and television stations, another one hired him. As the last politically incorrect talk show host, his audience consists of people weary of political correctness. He has been dragged into court countless times and ordered to pay high fines, presumably to force him to be quiet. He has paid the fines but would not be quiet.

China Uses ‘Whole-of-Society’ Effort to Steal From the US: Former CIA Officer

China is using a whole-of-society approach to steal its way to become a military power, and the U.S. government needs to better defend against such an espionage campaign, said a retired CIA officer.

“U.S. security officials estimate that the Chinese steal between $300 billion and $600 billion a year in U.S. intellectual property, research and development, information and technology,” David Sauer told The Epoch Times’ sister media NTD in an interview on Oct 29.

The United States has not been the only target. Sauer said China’s espionage campaign has also targeted the European Union, South Korea, and Japan, and the campaign began around 2000 to 2001.

Prince Andrew’s lawyers expose ‘sex kitten past’ of his accuser

The Duke of York’s accuser has had her “lurid” sexual abuse claims challenged for the first time, a source close to him said on Saturday, as his lawyers accused her of trying to secure “another payday at his expense” with her lawsuit.

In a furious rebuttal of the “threadbare” complaint made by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the Duke’s legal team suggested she was motivated solely by greed and had been emboldened to “cobble together” a claim against him after making millions of dollars from others in similar circumstances.

They said she had profited from her association with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender, for years and was willing to “milk the publicity” for all she could but had failed to keep her stories straight.

COVID ‘more likely lab leak than weapon,’ U.S. spies find

Coronavirus was not designed as a biological weapon but could have leaked from a Chinese lab, according to a declassified report from US intelligence.

The Office of the US Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) said the lab leak or animal-to-human transmission were both plausible explanations for how coronavirus first infected humans.

DISTROSCALE
The report, which China branded a “farce”, said agencies may never be able to identify the source of the pandemic but dismissed accusations that coronavirus was developed as a bioweapon.
