‘You see this news?’: What Charlie Kirk’s alleged killer told friends after the attack

Fifty-five minutes before he allegedly shot and killed right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson was bragging about his success playing the online puzzle game Wordle.

It was the morning of Sept. 10. Robinson had guessed the answer — “pouty” — on his third attempt. He sent his results and a celebratory meme to a friend, who responded with a meme of his own and conceded that it had taken him five tries.

By then, according to prosecutors, Robinson had already driven three hours from his home in southern Utah with a high-powered rifle. He was about to make his way onto the campus of Utah Valley University, where Kirk was set to speak to a crowd outdoors.

The Grim Realities Behind the Reiner Murders

Adults who refuse help should be incapacitated through the criminal-justice system.

Sharon Tate, Jay Sebring, Abigail Folger, Wojciech Frykowski, and Steven Parent in 1969. Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman in 1994. And now, as 2025 comes to a close, Rob Reiner and his wife Michele.

Every era has had its garish Hollywood murder, and each crime reflects its time. Let’s hope that beyond the voyeurism, America learns the lesson behind the Reiner murders: chronic illegal-drug addiction and all-around antisocial behavior are not victimless crimes, and adults who refuse to take help should be incapacitated through the criminal-justice system.

The Gaza War: The Lament of the Foreign Journalists and Why Hamas Suddenly Wants Them There

Foreign journalists in Israel are upset. Israel has prevented them from entering the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the war, which began with the Hamas-led invasion of Israel on October 7, 2023. A spokesman for the Foreign Press Association in Israel recently urged authorities to “lift restrictions without delay, allowing all journalists to work securely and without fear or hesitation” in the Gaza Strip.

Before the war, the journalists now complaining that Israel is not allowing them to enter Gaza were able to visit there anytime they liked.

How a Toronto-area suspected serial killer evaded police for decades despite violent criminal record

A man posthumously identified last week as a serial killer, who police believe is responsible for three cold-case murders in Ontario in the 1980s and 90s, had a history of committing violent crimes, including rape.

However, Kenneth Smith remained biologically off the radar of law enforcement for decades, police say, because his prior convictions occurred before the creation of both the national DNA data bank and the sex-offender registry.

‘Jihadism in the family’: well-known and hard to stop

Experts explain how family radicalization turns relatives into attackers because it is harder to track than online radicalization

Father and son Sajid and Naveed Akram, the main suspects in last weekend’s attack on a Jewish festival at Australia’s Bondi Beach, are far from being the only ones to operate as a family.

Recent examples include brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who bombed the 2013 Boston Marathon, and siblings Cherif and Said Kouachi, who were behind the January 2015 attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Another set of brothers, Salah and Brahim Abdeslam, were among the 10 jihadists who rampaged across the French capital in November that year, killing 130.

‘They came to us,’ Carney says on Conservative MPs crossing the floor

The former Conservative MPs who crossed the floor over to the Liberals “came to us,” Prime Minister Mark Carney said in an interview with Global News, adding that he did not “lure” them but that they were “attracted” to the work his government has been doing.

In a wide-ranging interview with Global National anchor and executive editor Dawna Friesen that will air in full on Dec. 25, Carney was asked if he was involved in luring or courting the Opposition MPs to join the Liberals.

“I wouldn’t have chosen that verb: lure, or courting. What I would choose is, they are attracted by what we are doing. And that’s a key element,” Carney said.

He means Xi sent them.

Brown University shooting suspect identified by cops but they’re not releasing his name for some stupid reason

Brown University Mass Shooting Suspect

A suspect in the Brown University shooting that left two students dead and nine others wounded has been identified after an ineffectual six-day manhunt, sources tell The Post.

The perpetrator, whom authorities have not publicly named, managed to elude authorities for nearly a week after he opened fire inside a classroom and then escaped into the surrounding streets of Providence, Rhode Island, on Saturday.

Mohamed Fahmy: I’ve seen the Muslim Brotherhood’s violent ideology first hand. Canada must designate it a terrorist entity

Carney speaks at a Muslim Brotherhood function

As an Egyptian-Canadian journalist of the Muslim faith and human rights defender, I strongly urge the Canadian government to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.

The story of this malicious transnational Sunni Islamist organization starts in Egypt in 1928. The ideas of its founder, Hassan al-Banna, spread globally, influencing charitable organizations, political parties and violent Islamist groups, such as Hamas.

GOLDSTEIN: We know what Jew hatred is and we know what’s coming

Look, we get it, we really do.

Our federal government constantly vilifying Israel makes it clear what it’s going to be like for Jews in Canada for the foreseeable future. That what stretches before us are years of antisemitic attacks, far beyond the norm, simply because we’re Jews, which security experts warn will inevitably escalate into a major terrorist attack, even if there’s no immediate threat today.

CARPAY: From equality before the law to race-based rights — how UNDRIP is reshaping Canada

Nobody should be surprised by the December 5, 2025 decision of the BC Court of Appeal in Gitxaala v. British Columbia (Chief Gold Commissioner). The court ruled that the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) applies to all of BC’s provincial laws. After all, BC’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act — voted into law unanimously in 2019 by all MLAs of all parties — states expressly that the purpose of this Act is to “affirm the application” of UNDRIP “to the laws of British Columbia.”

Netflix cancels gay military series ‘Boots’ the Pentagon called ‘woke garbage’

Netflix has canceled its gay military series “Boots,” which the Pentagon previously labeled “woke garbage,” according to multiple reports.

“Boots” followed the story of Cameron Cope, played by Miles Heizer, a gay teen from Louisiana who is bullied and “finds new purpose — and unexpected brotherhood — with his motley team of fellow recruits,” according to Netflix.
