Top White House health official says it’s ‘certainly possible’ China KILLED researcher who started the Covid pandemic by throwing him off Wuhan lab roof

A retired high-ranking health official revealed a Wuhan scientist secretly working on a Covid vaccine months before the pandemic broke out could have caused the global crisis and then been murdered for it.

Dr Robert Kadlec, who served in the Trump administration as an official in biodefense and epidemic response departments during the Covid-19 pandemic, revealed the coronavirus could have escaped a Wuhan lab at the hands of Chinese military scientist, Zhou Yusen, who was conducting risky research on live animals.

Money Laundering

The report cites a collection of stunning cases and statistics to argue that transnational criminal networks with ties to China, Iran and Russia are using Canada to launder tens of billions annually, and related economic and political operations are undermining safety and democracy in the West.

Alberta uses Sovereignty Act for 1st time. What happens now?

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says she’s using the province’s Sovereignty Act for the first time to challenge Ottawa’s requirements to have a net-zero electricity grid by 2035.

Smith said she wanted to invoke the act to send a message that her government is serious about pushing back against Ottawa’s plan to green Canada’s electricity grid by 2035, a plan she says could wreak havoc on Alberta’s natural gas-based grid.

John Robson: Canada Should Take a Lesson From Dublin Riots and End Massive Immigration

Riots are dangerous, undemocratic, and corrosive of trust and order. So when they become a significant form of political action, they warn that your system is falling apart. If you’re willing to listen.

Consider recent riots in Ireland. They seem surprising despite Ireland’s long troubled history because, outside Ulster, the Emerald Isle has over the last century been more dormant than explosive. But what isn’t surprising is the complacency of the political elite.

The liberal elite’s assumptions about mass migration are crumbling fast

The liberal orthodoxy on mass immigration must change. Even when it was thought that net migration had hit a historic 600,000 last year, it seemed to tip the country into precarious and uncharted territory. But the revision of that figure upwards to 750,000 has plunged politics into the realm of parody. In a country where the refusal to deliver Brexit fully has left millions feeling duped and ignored, that is dangerous. We may be on the cusp of the country’s second major political upset in seven years. The Reform Party is surging, even without the starpower of Nigel Farage, and the Tories face electoral annihilation over their abject failure to bring down the migration numbers.
