America is trapped in high school

We long to be both individual and included

When I entered public high school at the age of 16 following a half-decade of home-schooling, what I saw there blew my mind. The year was 1998, and the student body of Raleigh’s Needham Broughton High School encompassed everyone from rich snobs to poor kids from rental housing. What struck me, though, were the very many styles of dress: goth, streetwear, southern-inflected “prep”. At the time, my sartorial choices were guided purely by convenience: I dressed exclusively in loose sweatpants and T-shirts. Much like the home-schooled heroine of 2004’s Mean Girls, I became fascinated by the material markers of my high school’s various cliques. Unlike Cady Heron, though, I wasn’t seeking to master them.

AI could create religions to control humans, warns Sapiens author Harari

The world could soon see the first religion that attracts devotees with sacred texts created by artificial intelligence, the historian Yuval Noah Harari has said.

The Israeli scholar, known for his bestselling book Sapiens, told a science conference that AI systems such as ChatGPT had breached a new threshold because they are capable of using language to shape human culture.

Is the US a threat to Christians in the Middle East?

The Iraq war in particular has been devastating to the region’s religious minorities

Religious persecution is a global constant, and no one is exempt. The most conspicuous threats to religious liberty arise in authoritarian and Muslim-majority states; however, Middle Eastern Christians point to an even greater threat: the United States.

At an international conference a couple weeks ago, a beleaguered Christian activist admitted to me what he was reluctant to state publicly: the US poses the most serious danger to his community. American political and military intervention fueled the destructive persecution that was driving Christianity from its geographic birthplace.

I led UK’s secret UFO division and a forgotten sighting still haunts me – HUNDREDS saw it, so why was it ignored?

A MYSTERIOUS triangular craft zipped across the sky over a military base and, as astonished Ministry of Defence police looked on, aimed a search light at the ground below.

The incredible sighting above Cosford RAF Base in Shropshire on March 31, 1993, was one of hundreds reported across the UK by members of the public, police officers and military personnel over a two day period.

Thirty years on the Cosford Incident, as it came to be known, remains unexplained.

Nick Pope is an interesting guy, not a wild eyed hysteric.

MP Michael Chong a symbol of how little Trudeau cares about protecting Canadians from Chinese interference

When it comes to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interference in Canadian affairs, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is running out of runway. Not a week goes by that doesn’t bring fresh revelations about just how badly Canada’s national security has been compromised under his watch.

Trudeau cares only about protecting the grift for Canada’s China Class.

I don’t care if a foreign power is behind Trudeau’s ouster, in fact I wish them success and godspeed in their effort.

Muslim Mayor Who Cheered Al Qaeda Angry at Being Barred from White House

Mohamed Khairullah – Muslim Terrorist Sympathizer

Mohamed Khairullah is all over the news ranting that he was banned from entering Biden’s White House Islamist Eid event by the Secret Service. Before this is all over, the Secret Service will be forced to apologize, heads will roll and a bunch of Islamists will be brought in to purge the lists of any fellow Islamists who were flagged as security risks and replace them with Republicans and Jews. The Secret Service would have done better to give the Democrats what they wanted and admit Mohamed Khairullah to the party.

Texas assistant principal beaten while trying to break up fight

Shocking video footage shows a wild mob of Texas students attacking an assistant principal who tried to break up a fight — leaving her so badly beaten that she was rushed to a hospital, unable to speak, according to her family.

The now-viral footage was filmed last Thursday as two ninth-graders started brawling in a hallway at Westfield High School in Houston, officials confirmed to The Post.

My what charming children.

Calgary preacher railroaded on trumped up charges under jackboot of Trudeau regime

Calgary pastor Artur Pawlowski is guilty of mischief for encouraging truckers to continue blocking the Canada-U.S. border crossing during a 2022 protest that lasted more than two weeks, a Lethbridge judge has ruled.

Pawlowski was charged criminally and under Alberta’s Critical Infrastructure Defence Act (CIDA), following a 20-minute speech to protesters in Coutts, Alta.

“Mr. Pawlowski intended to incite the audience to continue the blockade,” said Justice Gordon Krinke in delivering his decision on Tuesday afternoon.

A crisis of masculinity imperils the foundations of the West

In Britain and elsewhere, too many men and boys are being ostracised, with tragic results for both sexes

We need to talk about boys and men. For there is a growing crisis of masculinity in Britain, and – by tackling only the symptoms and not the causes – we risk making it worse.

In recent months, following the arrest of British-American social media personality Andrew Tate, stories about misogynistic misconduct by police officers, and concerns about sexism among schoolboys, the crisis of masculinity has gained increased prominence. And Labour, which had already attempted to make misogyny a hate crime, sees a political opportunity. Keir Starmer has pledged to halve violence against women – without saying how – and promised to add lessons on treating girls and women with respect to the school curriculum.

Keep your children away from public schools if you can at all avoid them.

The Guardian has called everything from gardening to the countryside racist – but the real problem is themselves

A PRETTY cast-iron rule in life is that people are what they accuse you of.

Nowhere is this truer than in the modern Left’s obsession with calling everyone else a racist.

If you believe in controlled borders you are a “racist”.

If you believe in limiting immigration you are a “racist”.

If you are proud of your country and its history then you are a “racist”.

You could sub “The Toronto Star” for The Guardian and not have to change a thing.
