RCMP work-from-home policy caused case against alleged ChiCom asset at Agriculture Canada to fall apart, court document reveals

Delays caused by the RCMP’s work-from-home directives in the early days of the pandemic are the reason for the collapse of a criminal case against a former Agriculture Canada scientist who was accused of illegally taking payments from China.

The Saskatchewan RCMP arrested the scientist, Yantai Gan, in November, 2019, and he stopped working for the federal government shortly afterward. He was charged with breach of trust by a public official, as well as fraud.

Now this is so stupid you have to wonder if the fix was in.

Study Shows Mothers of Boys With Gender Issues Are Mental

The abstract of a scientific study published in 1991 has been making the rounds on social media, and it is shocking on two levels. The first wave of shock (although not surprise) comes at you from what the study discovered: the mothers of gender dysphoric boys tend to suffer from a host of mental illnesses of their own.

The study (full text can be found here), “Mothers of boys with gender identity disorder: a comparison of matched controls,” was performed by researchers Sonia Marantz and Susan Coates, both of whom are Ph.D.s.

MPs exempt Trudeau’s brother from testifying about controversial Trudeau Foundation donation

Alexandre Trudeau reportedly negotiated and signed a deal for a $200,000 donation from a Chinese billionaire in 2016

OTTAWA – The prime minister’s brother, Alexandre (Sacha) Trudeau, will not have to testify before a parliamentary committee probing the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation and allegations of foreign interference in federal elections.

On Monday, MPs who are on the Standing Committee on Public Accounts unanimously agreed to launch a brief study composed of two hearings into the “situation” at the Trudeau Foundation, on the condition that the witnesses not include any elected officials or Trudeau family members.

Poilievre wanted Junior’s bro to testify but Conservatives voted to give him a pass. Okey Dokey, nothin to see here.

In America, trans activists are turning to vandalism

An American politician appears to have been targeted by transgender activists intent on imposing their beliefs on the country. Mike Kennedy, a Utah state senator, reported that his house had been daubed with graffiti on Friday evening.

The vandal, or vandals, left messages in red spray paint across the senator’s garage: “fash” — presumably meaning fascist — and “these trannies bash back”. Kennedy shared the images on his Facebook pages, telling the perpetrators that “I will not be deterred by your cowardly actions.”

Trudeau says Canada is ‘very serious’ about reviving nuclear power

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada is “very serious” about reviving nuclear energy production to lower the country’s reliance on fossil fuels.

The prime minister made the comments in response to a question about Canada’s LNG exports to Germany during a discussion with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and university students in Ottawa on Monday. Trudeau last year said he wasn’t persuaded to advance liquid natural gas exports to Germany, which has been searching for alternative energy sources as it moves away from Russian imports after the Kremlin ordered the invasion of Ukraine.

That Fucking Liar is Fucking Lying again.

The final straw? Don Lemon left CNN execs ‘exasperated’ after opinionated interview with presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy

Don Lemon’s firing from CNN was in part due to his highly combative interview last week with Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, according to reports – with insiders saying Lemon was removed to enable a rethink of the struggling morning show, and warning that Lemon appears ready to sue.

Lemon, 57, has spent the last 17 years at CNN and was one of their most recognizable stars, believed to earn $4 million a year.

He was moved from his primetime slot to co-host a new show, CNN This Morning, which launched on November 1, but has failed to find its footing.

The Media Won’t Stop Lying About Crime in Liberal Areas

The Big Apple is far and away the safest part of the U.S.

There was a time when the media was biased. That’s long since past. The media is just an arm of the left wing of the Democrats and is dedicated to pumping out whatever political narratives help its faction. Since the Dems are getting whacked on crime over their embrace of pro-crime politics, the media is doubling and tripling down on claims that crime is actually worse in conservative areas.

Rex Murphy: 13 billion reasons Albertans should be livid

Thirteen billion dollars in government subsidies are going to Volkswagen to build an electric vehicle battery plant in Ontario. That’s what the Liberal government calls a “business case.” Thirteen billion dollars to build a $7-billion factory. Of course such a massive payout — bribe? — would only be provided for a “green” business case.

Peter Menzies: Canada’s Descent Into Military Penury and Ungrateful Freeloading Is a Disgrace

Canada’s armed forces are ready for emergency pronoun deployment under battlefield conditions.

Flying low over the desert at night, their helicopters’ lights out, U.S. Navy Seals zipped in and out of Khartoum on April 23 to safely extricate its diplomats from a country on the edge of destruction.

The United Kingdom pulled off a similar operation, while countries such as France, Germany, Spain, and Italy have also worked to evacuate their people safely from the capital of Sudan, where government troops are under attack from paramilitary insurgents.

The Vast Carelessness of Meghan and Harry

Meghan Markle will not attend the coronation of her father-in-law, King Charles III, on May 6. In an interview with Oprah in 2021, Markle accused a member of the Royal family of expressing “concerns” about the potential skin color of her and Harry’s (then unborn) son.

Responding to speculation that this may have something to do with her absence, Markle’s press secretary said that, on the contrary, Markle is “going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago.” A friend of the couple confirms that Markle has “moved on” from the race row.
