Soros-Tied Group Is Blacklisting Conservative Outlets

You could be losing free speech online and not even know it. That’s the danger of the type of censorship recently uncovered by the Washington Examiner.

On this week’s episode of CensorTrack with Paiten, we looked at the George Soros-tied Global Disinformation Index’s (GDI) attempts to defund outlets like the New York Post, the Federalist, RealClearPolitics and The Daily Wire.

Spain officials quit over trains that were too wide for tunnels

Two top Spanish transport officials have resigned over a botched order for new commuter trains that cost nearly €260m ($275m; £230m).

The trains could not fit into non-standard tunnels in the northern regions of Asturias and Cantabria.

The head of Spain’s rail operator Renfe, Isaías Táboas, and the Secretary of State for Transport, Isabel Pardo de Vera, have now left their roles.

In Canada they’d get a promotion.

Tory has left the building. What happens to his housing plan?

… Too many people are vying for too few homes. This has left newcomers desperate, while long-time residents flee to distant cities or other provinces. Almost everyone along the spectrum of housing is feeling the impact. For some it’s an inconvenience; for others, it means being pushed out of rooming houses and older affordable apartments as the rent goes up. The sea is rising, and only those with money can afford lifeboats.

The problem is simple: It is extremely difficult to build housing in Toronto. Apartment buildings of five stories or more are illegal on 90 per cent of land. And in house neighbourhoods full of wealthy people, large apartments are banned completely.

Meghan ‘has been upset and overwhelmed by her depiction on South Park for DAYS’ after irreverent US cartoon described Duchess as ‘sorority girl, actress, influencer, victim’ in scathing episode

Insiders claim Meghan Markle has been left ‘upset and overwhelmed’ for the past few days at how she and Prince Harry are depicted in an episode of South Park.

The episode, titled ‘World Privacy Tour’ pokes fun at the couple’s grievances, while Meghan is introduced cuttingly as a ‘sorority girl, actress, influencer, victim,’ by another character.

The satirical series ridiculed the couple’s demands for privacy while on a publicity blitz for the prince’s autobiography ‘Waaaah’ – a dig at Harry’s recent memoir Spare – in last week’s brutal episode.

Tim Hortons franchisee in P.E.I. evicts tenants to make way for temporary foreign workers

One of three people fighting eviction notices they received from the local Tim Hortons franchisee in Souris, P.E.I., says the company has no legal grounds to make tenants leave their apartment building.

D.P. Murphy Inc., which operates a number of Tim Hortons franchises across Prince Edward Island, bought the apartment building at 4 Pleasant St. in November, and issued eviction notices to the tenants on Jan. 5.

According to documents filed by the company with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission, P.E.I.’s rentals regulator, the company plans to use the building to house temporary foreign workers.

Tim Horton’s disgusts me. They literally built the Temporary Foreign Workers program into their business plan.

UK: Vegetable rationing could last ‘weeks’ as UK farmers are forced to switch off greenhouses

Vegetable rationing could last for ‘weeks’, it was warned today, after Morrisons joined Asda to became the second major supermarket to limit sales of certain items.

Perishables like tomatoes, potatoes, cucumber and broccoli have been restricted to just two or three per customer in a host of stores up and down the country.

The crisis has developed in recent weeks due to soaring energy costs which have forced British farmers to switch off greenhouses as they desperately try to make ends meet – leaving a dearth of home-grown produce.

Conservatives woo ethnic-minority, newcomer voters, in bid to flip key seats from Liberals

The Conservatives are wooing ethnic-minority Canadians and newcomers to try to broaden their support in urban and suburban seats they need to win the next election, as a new poll shows the Tories have nibbled away at the Liberals’ lead among racialized voters since Pierre Poilievre became leader.

The strategy, echoing an approach by former Conservative prime minister Stephen Harper, is being backed by more advertising in ethnic-minority media and a ramping up of engagement at community events by Mr. Poilievre and his front bench.

Whether under an LPC-NDP or CPC government mass immigration is still mass immigration.

It will still degrade the historic bonds that unite us.

Your standard of living will continue its rapid decline.

Immigration policy is called the 3rd Rail of Canadian Politics for a reason – you’re being screwed and they don’t want you talking about it.

The Uniparty could save themselves some money by creating interchangeable election signage – “A Smaller piece of the pie for you” is a perfect truth in advertising slogan.

Seattle may become the first U.S. city to outlaw caste

One of Kshama Sawant’s earliest memories of the caste system was hearing her grandfather — a man she “otherwise loved very much” — utter a slur to summon their lower-caste maid.

The Seattle City Council member, raised in an upper-caste Hindu Brahmin household in India, was 6 when she asked her grandfather why he used that derogatory word when he knew the girl’s name. He responded that his granddaughter “talked too much.”

Sawant is a far left nutter, but this is a necessary light cast upon “diversity.”

Meet the new face of gun owners in the US: Asian Americans

Kris He walked into Arcadia Firearm & Safety in Arcadia, California, three days after his gun license became official.

The 22-year-old immigrant from mainland China walked past a Trump flag, past the rifles, and headed to the glass case displaying handguns. He didn’t grow up around guns, but after seeing the gun store’s website in Chinese, he hoped owner David Liu would answer some of his questions.

“I speak Mandarin and Cantonese. They can use their mother tongue and talk to me. I will try to explain to them about the law and about the safety of firearms,” said Liu.

Liberals Want MPs to Sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to View Vaccine Contracts

Opposition MPs on the House of Commons public accounts committee want to view the contracts for billions of dollars between the federal government and COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers, but the Liberals are seeking a requirement that the MPs sign a non-disclosure agreement before doing so.

Bloc Québécois MP Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné had tabled a motion in committee on Feb. 13 to have MPs look at the contracts free of any redactions and in a controlled setting where no electronic devices would be allowed.

‘He was hunting Jews’: L.A. officials decry antisemitism in wake of shootings

Jaime Tran – white supremacist adjacent

In a school gymnasium painted yellow and black to symbolize the star that Jewish people were forced to wear in Nazi Germany, Mayor Karen Bass addressed a crowd of 400 who had gathered for a town hall on antisemitic violence after the shootings of two Jewish men last week in Los Angeles.

The shootings occurred Wednesday and Thursday morning, as the men were leaving prayer services. Both survived their wounds, and a suspect, Jaime Tran, who has a history of making antisemitic statements, was taken into custody Thursday. Tran, 28, was charged the following day with federal hate crimes. If convicted, he faces life without parole in federal prison, prosecutors said.
