Trudeau defends government actions as questions swirl around businessmen indicted in U.S.

Don’t believe a thing this lying punk says.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government is working “very closely with American partners” and the Iranian diaspora in Canada to target people with ties to Iran’s regime.

The PM was responding to a CBC News report about three businessmen active in Canada who are facing felony charges in the U.S. They’re accused of conspiring to evade U.S. sanctions on Iran.

A U.S. indictment in April 2021 accused Salim Henareh, Khalil Henareh and Saeed Torab Abtahi of playing a role in a scheme with at least seven other people to conceal more than $750 million US worth of transactions on Iran’s behalf to slip past American sanctions.

Sam Bankman-Fried used VPN to watch Super Bowl, slapped with new bail restriction

A federal judge slapped a new bail restriction on Sam Bankman-Fried Tuesday, after finding out the disgraced FTX founder has been using a virtual private network (VPN) to watch football in recent weeks.

Prosecutors filed a letter to U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan Monday night, alerting him that they discovered Bankman-Fried used a VPN to access the internet on Jan. 29 and Feb. 12, raising concerns that his use of a private network prevents them from monitoring his behavior online.

During their online book launch, Cooper said “concern for the truth” motivated him to write.

Russian army has lost up to half of key battle tanks, analysts estimate

Russia’s army is estimated to have lost nearly 40% of its prewar fleet of tanks after nine months of fighting in Ukraine, according to a count by the specialist thinktank the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS).

That rises to as much as 50% for some of the key tanks used in combat, forcing Russia to reach into its still sizeable cold war-era stocks. Ukraine’s tank numbers are estimated to have increased because of the number it has captured and supplies of Soviet-era tanks from its western allies.

John Chipman, the thinktank’s chair, said the war had been “a political and military failure for Russia” highlighting shortcomings in leadership and deficiencies in its munitions, despite Kremlin modernisation efforts.

Genocide in Nigeria: The Biden Administration’s Cover-Up

Swept under the rug for more than a year, one of the Biden administration’s “sins of omission” are making headlines again.

On November 17, 2021, the State Department inexplicably removed Nigeria from its list of Countries of Particular Concern (CPC list). These are nations that either engage in, or tolerate, violations of religious freedom. The Biden State Department removed Nigeria from the list despite strong objections from several human rights organizations, many of which insist that Christians are even undergoing a genocide in Nigeria.

Backlash Grows Against 15-Minute Cities Amid Fears of Curtailed Movement

The concept of 15-minute cities is advancing in Canada, as is a backlash from those who regard it as a threat to freedom.

The framework, pioneered in 2015 at the Paris COP21 climate summit by the French-Colombian professor Carlos Moreno, calls for areas where a 15-minute bike ride or walk would connect residents to everything they would need. Urbanist Dan Luscher promotes the idea on 15minutecity.com but acknowledges its inherent curtailment of free travel and free markets.

Do ordinary Russians support Putin’s war?

Western analysts are spreading a false narrative

If you were a Russian mother, would you rather believe that your son gave his life heroically fighting Ukrainian Nazis, or that he died butchering innocent civilians? The former, most likely. It is not easy to admit — to oneself or to others — that you live in a country that has murdered tens of thousands of Ukrainians, or that has pointlessly sacrificed the lives of its own people.

Yet it is one thing to turn a blind eye to the truth, and quite another to be “brainwashed”. The West is fixated on the idea that “Putin’s war” is not Russia’s, and that the Russian people only support it because they have been “zombified” by a totalitarian regime. But this is missing the wood for the trees.

The left has given up on ordinary Americans

Batya Ungar-Sargon on how the working classes are being sacrificed to elite virtue-signalling.

The modern left hasn’t just abandoned its former working-class supporters – it has actively turned against them, too. More often than not, in elite leftist circles, ordinary working people are looked down upon with disdain, as having the wrong political views and the wrong cultural tastes. Worse still, many of the left’s preferences are clearly harmful to workers. The green agenda, in particular, shows little regard for the lives and livelihoods of vast swathes of the population. So how did we get here?

‘Why would you want some lady’s dirty clothes?’ Biden’s non-binary nuclear waste guru Sam ‘Sticky Fingers’ Brinton is peppered with embarrasing questions as he arrives at court charged with stealing woman’s airport luggage

Fucked Up Tranny Sam Brinton

Children Sent to be in ‘Transgendered’ in UK Ten Times More Likely to Have Sex Offender Parent

There are two ways to view these numbers from a recent Telegraph article. Within the context of the other numbers in the article, the children being referred for ‘transgendering’ are in ways troubled, abused or otherwise wounded. That makes them into perfect experimental subject for the latest exciting new therapy. At other times they might have been subjected to electroshock or medications that play with their serotonin levels (which we now know elevates cardiac risks) without understanding how that works, but then transgenderism was rebooted.

Kurdish officials want Canada to help set up tribunal to try Islamic State suspects

Jihadi Jack takes a nap.

Authorities in northeast Syria who are holding Canadians suspected of being part of the Islamic State in prisons say they want Canada’s help setting up a special tribunal and trying men in the region, as debate takes hold in Canada on whether the government should bring the Canadian suspects home.

The Kurdish-led Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) prefers to try all suspected male fighters, as well as women who are alleged to have committed crimes, in northeast Syria because that’s where the alleged offences occurred and they have enough evidence to try them, said Abdulkarim Omar, AANES representative to Europe.

Shoot them.
