‘So racist, so sexist’: Annamie Paul slams bid to oust her as Green Party leader

Green Party Leader Annamie Paul is firing back at what she described as a “small group of councillors” who she says were behind a push to dethrone her as the party’s leader on Tuesday night.

These councillors, Paul said, tried to “force a vote of non-confidence” on her leadership with “no substantive consultation with the members they represent.”

Biden is a joke on the world stage

Stop me if you’ve heard this joke before.  The Russian president and the American president decide to meet up in Geneva to work out their differences.

The Russian president says, “I’m concerned for your country, sir.  The same Big Tech companies that helped rig your election by paying off election workers and manipulating the flow of information to voters are now engaged in mass censorship of half the country as they protect your grip on power.  Your corporate news people discarded any pretense of being an investigative ‘free press’ long ago and openly launder propaganda from your Intelligence Community and a small collection of multinational corporate oligarchs advancing outright lies.  They spent years blaming Hillary’s election loss on a ‘Russian dossier’ that Hillary’s own campaign created, and nobody was ever brought to justice for a lie that tore your country in two and brought ours to the brink of war.

Who’d have thought? Decriminalising crime has consequences

In San Francisco, out of control shoplifting is driving chains out of the city

It isn’t exactly the crime of the century, but nevertheless it’s making headlines around the world.

You can see the footage here and here, but this is the gist: a man enters a Walgreens pharmacy in San Francisco, stuffs a black plastic bag full of items from the shelves, and then cycles off.

There are witnesses, including a security guard. They film the incident and the guard tries to grab the bag, but the thief gets away with it.

Why Are We Suddenly Allowed to Talk About the Lab Leak Theory?

The theater is all about the production. Lines are memorized, actors go through rehearsals, and then they perform in front of an audience.

Jon Stewart is not a commentator even though lefties insisted on pretending he was a deep political thinker, and creating two dozen political shows hosted by comedians. He’s an actor.

Federal Auditors to Investigate NIH’s Grants to Wuhan Lab

Auditors from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Inspector-General (OIG) are probing whether National Institutes for Health (NIH) officials properly managed research grants that ended up partially funding controversial “gain-of-function” research by China’s Wuhan lab.

“The OIG has previously identified NIH’s oversight of grants to foreign applicants as a potential risk to [HHS] meeting program goals and the appropriate use of federal funds,” the OIG said Tuesday in an update of its workplan.

The American media care more about the narrative than the facts

The American media care more about the narrative than the facts

From the lab-leak theory to the Lafayette Square tear-gassing, anti-Trump bias blinded our news media.

Just a few days back, the famous American news programme, NBC’s Meet the Press, opened with a truly Orwell-worthy line: ‘The narrative we all thought we knew was not reality.’

This single sentence rings true across a whole range of storylines these days.

Willing To Go Broke For Woke: Church of England investigates possible slave trade origins of £9.2bn fund

The Church of England is to investigate possible slave trade links to an 18th-century endowment that has grown into a £9.2bn investment fund supporting parishes and cathedrals across the country.

Queen Anne’s Bounty, a sum of money set aside to augment the incomes of poor clergy in 1704, could present a “reputational risk”, said the annual report of the Church Commissioners, the body that manages C of E assets.

UFOs could threaten US security, pols say after Capitol Hill briefing

Just in time for Independence Day.

Capitol Hill lawmakers said Wednesday that UFOs could pose a pressing threat to America’s national security, as the pols emerged from a highly classified briefing with Navy and FBI officials on the unexplained phenomena.

Ahead of the release of a highly anticipated Pentagon report on unidentified flying objects before month’s end, members of the House Intelligence Committee received a hush-hush sneak preview inside a SCIF, or “sensitive compartmented information facility.”

I regret to inform you that some people are okay with shoplifters looting convenience stores in San Francisco

“Granted, it’s not like progressive sympathy for looting is a new thing. Still, I thought the video from that San Fran Walgreens that I posted this morning would draw more uniform condemnation on social media. Normally when liberals defend theft it’s in the context of a riot following an incident of alleged police brutality, when America’s racist history can be cited as provocation.”

Fla Rep. wants to censure the ‘Squad’ for ‘backing actions of recognized terror organizations’

The four Congress members who make up ‘the Squad’ have been called out for their unrelenting and seeming disdain for America. Florida Rep. Michael Waltz didn’t hold back in dubbing the group the “Hamas Caucus” for incendiary comments.

To that end, Waltz, along with fellow Reps. Jim Banks (R, IN) and Claudia Tenney (R, NY) have introduced legislation to censure Congresswomen Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley for “backing actions of recognized terror organizations.”

Anatomy of a Lynching – In Sharia-compliant Canada, accusation equals guilt — and prejudice overrides the due process of law.

“Their lives were taken in a brutal, cowardly, and brazen act of violence. This killing was no accident. This was a terrorist attack motivated by hatred in the heart of one of our communities.”

That was Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, speaking to reporters last Tuesday. Over in Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan blamed the attack on “growing Islamophobia” in Western countries that “needs to be countered holistically by the international community.”

Stop Retaliatory Homicides Before They Start

The best policy to prevent a vicious circle of gang vendettas is to empower law enforcement to send violent criminals to jail.

Murders and non-fatal shootings have been soaring in cities across the United States. One reason is a phenomenon that police refer to as “ping pong murders”—a cycle of retaliatory violence that can spiral out of control. Before that happens, public officials must take quick and decisive action to cut the cycle off.

UK: The secret of Muslim racism toward black people

Muhammad was a prolific slave trader and owner. This is common knowledge. Islam was built and spread on the backs of castrated black slaves, as per Muhammad’s example and instruction. Blacks truly did build the Arab world. If anyone ever owed anyone anything, Islam owes black people reparations that might possibly bankrupt their nations and states. “The Arabs have raided sub-Saharan Africa for thirteen centuries without interruption. Most of the men they deported have disappeared, due to their inhuman treatments. This painful page of the history of Black people does not seem to have been completely ended.” Black Lives Matter and the world at large focus on the trans-Atlantic slave trade whilst ignoring the Arab enslavement of black people, a movement which has gone on for much longer, was begun much earlier, and which continues to this day.
