A line was crossed when protesters openly displayed Nazi swastikas at Toronto’s City Hall.
Mayor John Tory has drawn that line.
Cut the bullshit and name the elephant in the room.
Hatred for Jews and by extension Israel is the mother’s milk of Islam.
Our political class imported this hatred thanks to bad immigration policy.
Now we have 2nd and 3rd generation “Canadians” breastfed on anti-semitism openly expressing their malevolent contempt for our society in our streets.
Do you want to be France?
Because this is how you get to be France.
Viva diversity my ass.
Ontario reports 1,600+ COVID-19 cases; lowest daily count since late March
Ontario reported the lowest number of new daily COVID-19 cases since late March on Tuesday, with 17 additional deaths, as hospitalizations continued a slow creep downward.
The province reported 1,616 cases on Tuesday, more than 500 fewer than each day of the previous weekend.
Brig.-Gen. Krista Brodie to replace Fortin on COVID-19 vaccine rollout
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) says Brig.-Gen. Krista Brodie will take over as the general in charge of overseeing the delivery and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines across Canada.
In a statement released Monday evening, PHAC president Iain Stewart said Brodie will assume the role of vice-president of vaccine logistics and operations “effective immediately.”

Bill Gates has been prominent during the COVID panic. He has all sorts of ideas about controlling people’s lives and “solving” climate change. However, now that his wife is leaving him, the floodgates are opening. The Bill Gates we’re seeing isn’t the amiable, slightly weird genius. Instead, he’s “sexual predator adjacent” — a man who befriended Jeffrey Epstein and had a questionable relationship with the Clinton Foundation.

UFOs are back — or at least they are in America. Ezra Klein, writing for the New York Times, is the latest public figure to give this issue the time of day.
That’s not to say he’s become a full-on believer in flying saucers, but rather that there’s enough evidence out there for sensible people to take seriously…
The British royal formerly known as Prince Harry has taken a new position with the Aspen Institute. He’s going to be serving on a “Commission on Information Disorder,” where he will supposedly be studying the spread of incorrect information throughout America. He went on Dax Shepard’s podcast recently to discuss his new role. After dumping out a sizable serving of word salad and catch phrases, Harry decided to share some of his feelings about the First Amendment and how there might be “loopholes” in it to prevent such misinformation from being promulgated.

As we sit in lines, waiting to pay more for everything, we might want to ponder that sad reality—and what the remainder of the next four years may have in store.
That didn’t take long. So, do you like it in Haiti and El Salvador?
Hard as it is to believe, it was only a little more than a year ago—that is, pre-pandemic—that gas cost on average just over $2 per gallon in most parts of the country, most people who wanted to work could work, and when you tuned in to watch women’s sports on ESPN, there were women playing them.

The Supreme Court unanimously rejected Biden administration arguments in a case from Rhode Island that police should be allowed to enter homes without a warrant to seize handguns.
The ruling in the case, Caniglia v. Strom, court file 20-157, came May 17. Oral arguments took place telephonically on March 24.

A law student could be kicked off her university course for saying ‘women have vaginas’.
Universities are no longer that bothered about educating students. At least, not if ‘educating’ means imparting knowledge; facilitating discussion and debate; or encouraging students to read widely, ask questions and engage in research by themselves. So preoccupied have universities become with policing students’ views that education now plays second fiddle to a seemingly far more important project of training students to conform to a woke worldview.

Some 2.7 million metric tons of plastic make their way into the oceans each year and a new study finds the trove of trash comes from 1,656 rivers.
The findings debunk previous research that suggested 90 percent of ocean plastics came just 10 major river systems – the latest concludes that the number is 100 times that.
Several institutions in the Netherlands and one in Germany found these systems contribute to up to 80 percent of all plastics dumped in oceans, with urban areas of South East Asia and West Africa identified as the main hot spots for plastic emission.
Make them clean it up Justin!

Israel’s military action in Gaza is widely reported daily across the world. Images of hundreds of rockets lighting up the skies over Israeli cities and of the rubble of destroyed buildings in the Gaza Strip are once again part of the daily cycle of print and broadcast news. But most reports are thin on details of Israel’s military activities. What exactly are their aims? How are they pursuing them? And how much success are they having?

On Monday, Pope Francis spoke with Islamist Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan about the escalating conflict between Israel and Palestine. Erdoğan pressured the pontiff to rally the international community into punishing Israel for “crimes against humanity.” Erdoğan twisted the facts of the situation on the ground to demonize Israel and convince the pope to spread his propaganda.

OTTAWA — Canadian documentary filmmaker and climate activist Avi Lewis announced Monday that he will run as a federal candidate in the B.C. riding of West Vancouver—Sunshine Coast—Sea to Sky Country.
His run for the New Democratic Party will mark the third generation of Lewis’ to have entered politics. His grandfather David led the same party federally, and his father Stephen led the NDP at the provincial level in Ontario.
A classic – Avi ripped apart by Hirsi Ali

U.S. President Joe Biden hasn’t had any serious issues with his enemies so far, but he’s running into serious complications with his friends.
Russia and China, the two biggest threats to the United States’ place in the world, are behaving normally. China wants to take over the world, but might invade Taiwan first. Russian President Vladimir Putin is creating as much external disruption as possible to distract from his problems at home. Neither is easy to handle, but the threats they present are hardly new.

Funded and equipped by Iran, it could overwhelm Israel’s Iron Dome
Gaza in spring is vertiginous. Half-bombed tower blocks dot the cityscape like broken Lego; satellite dishes cluster on roofs; the streets are thick with people. They drive cars and motorbikes and scooters. They ride horses and, occasionally, carts pulled by donkeys. They walk, talk and gesticulate; they smoke furiously.
