A mob of Black Lives Matter activists took to the streets of Washington, D.C. Saturday night to yell at police and harass outdoor diners while chanting insurrectionist slogans such as “if we don’t get it, burn it down.” Like most similar incidents involving Black lives Matter, the corporate media took zero interest in covering the march and accompanying threats of violence.

Raped and Murdered: Christian Girls in Pakistan

Raped and Murdered: Christian Girls in Pakistan

Keeping up with the abuse of Christian girls by Muslims in Pakistan has become exceedingly difficult. Hardly does one story of abduction, enslavement, rape, forced conversion, torture or murder appear, before another follows it — and another, and another. Although of course, needless to say, not all Muslim men regard non-Muslim girls and women this way, unfortunately many there still seem to. Some recent examples include:

The bloated bodies of two Christian sisters who had long rebuffed the advances of their Muslim employers, were found in a sewer in January 2021. Earlier, on November 26, the sisters, Sajida (28) and Abida (26), who were both married and had children, were reported as missing. The two Muslim men for whom they worked had regularly pressured them to convert to Islam and marry them. Even though the young women “made it clear that they were Christian and married, the men threatened them and kept harassing the sisters.”

Infographic: Canada’s Cancelled Energy Projects

While Canada’s resource sector was dealt a blow with the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline’s permit by the United States, Canadian officials are facing another challenge as Michigan’s governor tries to shut down Enbridge’s Line 5 pipeline.

The Line 5 pipeline, which crosses Wisconsin and Michigan, brings oil from Western Canada east, where it is refined in Sarnia, Ont., into products like gasoline, diesel, and home-heating fuel. Shutting down Line 5 would have a major impact on the crude oil supply of Eastern Canada and cost thousands of jobs.

Highly regarded role model for the transgender community Jessica Yaniv accused of calling fire department dozens of times to pry fat ass out of bathtub, making lewd remarks

Trans-gender activist and serial human rights complainer Jessica Yaniv is being accused of harassing Langley firefighters – calling them dozens of times to help lift her out of the bath.

The fire department sent Yaniv – who sometimes goes by the name Simpson – a letter telling her she will face charges if she continues to ask for help getting out of the bath.

“Since January 21, the Fire Department has received and responded to over 30 such calls for assistance, none of which constituted a medical emergency,” the letter to Yaniv states.

Britain’s vaccine success the path Canada should have followed

Britain’s vaccine success the path Canada should have followed

On May 16, 2020 Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke publicly for the first time about Canada’s deal to try and develop a COVID-19 vaccine with the Chinese firm CanSino.

On that very same day, on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s government had its own announcement about vaccines.

Senior Liberal staffers discussed withholding details about COVID-19 response to avoid accountability

“Would say that there are several factors that we may want to consider with respect to the level of detail for the announcement,” said the email sent by a senior policy advisor for Trudeau.

“A detailed announcement [would] mean that the government could be held accountable to show that funds were spent exactly as announced (reducing flexibility to move money across buckets if necessary).”

In other words make it the usual bullshit.

Large-scale reopening of Toronto won’t be anytime soon, Tory says

Mayor John Tory said Saturday he believes “it will be some time yet” before a larger scale reopening of Toronto is possible.

Meanwhile, in neighbouring Peel Region, the medical officer of health said he would like to first see the impact — over a period of two to four weeks — of the reopening of schools in Peel on Feb. 16 before the region gradually reopens further.

Both were reacting to The Canadian Press report from Friday, in which a source said the Ontario government was planning to gradually ease restrictions in the province, starting next week with regions that have been less affected by COVID-19.

Hubris: Elites brazenly gloat they rigged election … and that’s good news for us

Hubris: Elites brazenly gloat they rigged election … and that’s good news for us

If one of us had declared that a “cabal” of elites, composed of big corporates, big labor, big tech, big green, and Black Lives Matter had all conspired together to rig the 2020 election, we’d have been called nuts. We’d be tin-foil hatters, far-right loonies, and denizens of the dreaded QAnon.

But surprise, surprise, the cabal has come out of the closet in a shocking piece that ran in Time magazine…
