It’s a shame what Pride has become

Joe Biden and Transvestite Lover

It’s officially what the White House calls “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, And Intersex Pride Month.” Though I’m gay, I feel something besides pride on the occasion. The socially compulsory celebration now is something to dread. It means that for the entire month of June, you’ll get to hear about the plight of transgender people, just like you do the other 11 months of the year. It also means your social media feeds have become one long rainbow, littered with tacky memes about how we must “protect trans kids” and “respect polyamorous asexuals” or whatever. Or, if you lean right (which today means anywhere to the left of Mao Zedong), you’ll see a billion posts about how Bud Light betrayed the Founding Fathers by hiring Dylan Mulvaney as a spokesperson.

Ottawa commits $25M to create Canada’s first-ever LGBTQ entrepreneurship program – Fine if they open a bakery and leave everyone else alone

The federal government has committed $25 million to create Canada’s first-ever LGBTQ entrepreneurship program, an investment one trailblazer called a “game-changer.”

Small Business and Economic Development Minister Mary Ng said the program will help build a more inclusive economy and society.

“This is the first program of its kind in the world,” she said in an interview after the announcement at the Global 2SLGBTQI+ Business Summit and Supplier Diversity Forum in Kingston, Ont.

It’s the only one because no one else is dumb enough to waste money on this crap.

Against the Pride Flag

It’s June, when one can be forgiven for thinking we live in the United States of LGBTQIA2S+.

Old Glory is, at best, supplemented with, and sometimes supplanted by, the pride flag in all its varieties.

The flag, which has become more and more unsightly, is ubiquitous. Its increasingly elaborate jumble of clashing stripes — whether seen in a store, at a ball game, or on U.S. government buildings — is a reminder to get with the program, and that the program is always changing.

The nasty side of Pride

For a month that’s supposed to be all about love and acceptance, Pride has a pretty nasty streak. Maybe that’s what one of the mysterious colours on its indecipherable flag represents: the cruelty community.

Consider Oxfam’s Pride animation, which it tweeted out earlier this week. Alongside all the usual Pride platitudes – we must love and respect LGBTQIA+ people, the cartoon characters say – the video went in for some Terf-bashing too.

Colby Cosh: A lesson in liberalism for a teacher who should know better

As an Edmontonian, I have to be honest about my initial reaction to audio of a local teacher berating Muslim students who skipped class during Pride events. That reaction was, of course, a spasm of post-traumatic stress. I have been in the presence of teachers punctuating a very funny meltdown with warnings of, “It’s not funny.” I may even have been the cause of some.

GUNTER: Edmonton teacher’s intolerant rant shows ‘progressive’ hypocrisy

What an unnamed teacher said to Muslim students at Londonderry Junior High tells us a lot about the true nature of tolerance among “progressives.”

Our enlightened “progressives” are all in favour of multiculturalism until the values of new Canadians conflict with today’s “progressive” view of sacred causes.

So long as ethnic and racialized Canadians are useful pawns in “progressive” crusades against “white privilege,” colonialism and capitalism, for instance, “progressives” are minorities’ greatest champions.

York Catholic school protest takes hostile turn

Students at a number of Catholic schools in York Region in the Greater Toronto Area held walkouts Thursday to demonstrate against the board’s recent decision not to fly the Pride flag outside of their headquarters during Pride month. But at one school, those protests took an unexpected turn.

Dozens of students participated in the walkout at St. Brother Andre in Markham.

“Everyone has a right to love who they want to love and I believe the York District Catholic School Board has infringed upon that,” said student Angelina Martin.

First I heard that failure to raise a flag is an infringement of your rights but over the top dramatics have long been the MO of groomers. They are so self-important the entire world is against them, 24/7. I don’t know how I find time to sleep at all!

There is video of the school protest at the link above, I am wondering if the students who trashed the groomer banners were Muslim or a Mix. It seems a closely held secret.

Note the mix of protesters in Ottawa in the video below. The alliance of Muslims and Christians against the groomers got its start in the US and it is scaring the bejeebers out of the left. This is not the intersectionality they had hoped for.

Well at least he had an answer.

Canada’s Tolerance Meter Just Broke

What happens when an unstoppable progressive force meets an immovable progressive wall? Apologies, for starters. Once again, Canada, America’s nutty neo-fascist neighbor to the north, has broken new ground in Leftist weirdness. As you know all too well at this point, it is Pride month here, there, and everywhere. And Canada is no exception. The current ruling class of Canucks has never met a progressive mantra it didn’t enthusiastically embrace. But unlike a certain brand of peanut butter cups whose name I cannot mention, sometimes two great tastes don’t go great together.

Parents Push Back on Pride Month in Ontario Schools

The recent decision by a Catholic school board in Ontario’s York Region not to fly the pride flag during Pride Month in June is emblematic of a province-wide call to halt flag-raisings and other events expected in schools throughout the month.

Many parents are looking at pulling their children out of school during such events. A national walk-out is scheduled for June 1 and gaining traction.

Quebec students tear down, trample school ‘pride’ flag in protest of LGBT agenda

A crowd of students recently protesting the LGBT agenda in a Quebec school tore down and trampled a rainbow “pride” flag.

Last week, a group of teenagers from the Chêne-Bleu Secondary School in Pincourt, Quebec cheered as one of their fellow students tore down a flag representing the LGBT agenda, supporting the act of defiance by trampling the flag once it was no longer flying.

And…

Note – Google Translate … This event is far from isolated and tends to grow. According to TVA Nouvelles , students from two high schools in Estrie protested against the day against homophobia and transphobia. At the Phare International School, a petition was launched to remove LGBTQ+ symbols and young people tore down posters and flags. The CSSRS has confirmed that measures have been taken with regard to the offending students. At La Frontalière secondary school in Coaticook, students dressed in black instead of the colors of the rainbow. Sanctions have been imposed and the CSSHC has assured that awareness-raising actions will be carried out.

Resisting the Alphabet Reich

They reduce the individual to something sub-human, to mere sexual desire or preferred pronouns.

On Thursday of this week, “Pride Month” will be upon us once again, and the LGBTQ lobby is harder at work than perhaps ever before. Whether it’s Target pushing trans-oriented “tucking” and “binding” clothes for toddlers or the Los Angeles Dodgers dubbing an anti-Catholic hate group composed of drag performers “community heroes,” the rainbow mafia’s stormtroopers in stilettos are marching on, trampling anyone in their path. Why is the LGBTQ lobby so powerful? Why are its adherents — relatively few in number — such ardent devotees? And why has the alphabet reich’s socio-political blitzkrieg advanced with such devastating alacrity?

California special needs girl slams high school after teachers branded her a ‘bigot and homophobic’ when she refused to learn about lesbian sex and get undressed near male teachers

A California special needs student has slammed her high school after teachers allegedly branded her a ‘bigot’ and ‘homophobic’ for refusing to learn about lesbian sex.

Thelma Gonzalez, a pupil at Glendale High School, had been enrolled in a health and relationships course by her mom Marina Vivar.

Vivar specifically ticked a box exempting her daughter from being taught ‘anything LGBTQ+ or about sexual acts which were gay in nature’.

Parents of Ontario Catholic Student Vocal About Gender Beliefs Suspended From Teaching Jobs

Grade 11 student Josh Alexander of Renfrew, Ont., has received international attention for an ongoing struggle with his Catholic school board over his belief that God made only two genders. His parents, who are teachers in a separate board, have recently been put on leave and are under investigation. They suspect it’s because of the attention their son has gotten.

“From the beginning, I understood the consequences my actions may have and I was willing to take that stand and face the consequences,” Alexander told The Epoch Times. “But I must admit, I’m pretty disappointed to see that since they haven’t been able to get to me, they’re now attacking my family.”
