York Catholic school protest takes hostile turn

Students at a number of Catholic schools in York Region in the Greater Toronto Area held walkouts Thursday to demonstrate against the board’s recent decision not to fly the Pride flag outside of their headquarters during Pride month. But at one school, those protests took an unexpected turn.

Dozens of students participated in the walkout at St. Brother Andre in Markham.

“Everyone has a right to love who they want to love and I believe the York District Catholic School Board has infringed upon that,” said student Angelina Martin.

First I heard that failure to raise a flag is an infringement of your rights but over the top dramatics have long been the MO of groomers. They are so self-important the entire world is against them, 24/7. I don’t know how I find time to sleep at all!

There is video of the school protest at the link above, I am wondering if the students who trashed the groomer banners were Muslim or a Mix. It seems a closely held secret.

Note the mix of protesters in Ottawa in the video below. The alliance of Muslims and Christians against the groomers got its start in the US and it is scaring the bejeebers out of the left. This is not the intersectionality they had hoped for.

Well at least he had an answer.

Man charged after threats uttered, car driven at Mosque worshipper: Cops

A man in a vehicle allegedly drove directly at a worshipper at a Markham mosque while yelling threats and religious slurs, according to witnesses.

York Regional Police say officers are treating the April 6 incident at the Denison St. mosque as a suspected hate-motivated crime.

He is of Indian origin, likely a Hindu so what we are seeing is vibrant diversity in action. There is a serious ongoing conflict between Hindus and Mohammedans in India.

We support our schools in being inclusive learning environments for all students … and terrorist supporters

A small protest was held outside the offices of Nova Scotia’s education department, after some students were allegedly told to take off their traditional Palestinian scarves at a Halifax school last week.

A couple dozen people gathered at the offices on Brunswick Street on Monday afternoon, to call for an official apology, investigation and better cultural training in schools.

“Asking them to take off the identity symbol for us is really painful. It’s racism,” said Lana Khammash, the president of the Atlantic Canada Palestinian Society.

Islamist YouTubers take to Leicester’s streets

Online personalities are causing trouble in the Midlands

In the digital age, conflict travels quickly. Last weekend’s Muslim-Hindu violence in Leicester later spilled into Birmingham, driven on by social media rumours, and amid claims that an incendiary Hindu preacher, Sadhvi Rithambara, was due to appear at a temple there. As it happened, Rithambara was too ill to attend, but the temple in question had already moved to cancel her appearance once local Muslims informed them about her record. But the rapid spread of violence through social media shows how sectarianism has evolved with technology.

The real cause of the Leicester violence is the one thing the Left will never blame it on

THERE is nothing quite like a leftie MP with their head in the sand. But that is what we have with the great case of Claudia Webbe.

Ms Webbe is the MP for Leicester East and, given what is going on in her constituency in recent weeks, it is not surprising that she should try to speak out.

… And what does Corbynite MP Claudia warn about? She has said the Government needs to clamp down on “extremist right-wing ideology” being spread online.

When Jews were being beaten in the streets of New York and Los Angeles by Muslim thugs, she signed a letter in support of the anti-Israel movement while insisting it wasn’t anti-semitic.

“We refuse to allow the continued and inaccurate conflation of antisemitism with speech critical of Israel,” the letter signed by Elyse Wechterman, the executive director of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association, huffed even while Jews who had been assaulted still lay in the hospital.

Vatican woos funder of Islamic terrorism

Pope’s United Nations envoy hypes dialogue with Muslim World League

The Vatican is stepping up its alliance with a pan-Islamic organization alleged to have provided “material support” to al-Qaeda’s 9/11 terrorist operation as well as to have funded terrorism and the global propagation of hardline Wahhabi Islam.

As part of recent efforts at re-branding its image through “religious diplomacy,” the Saudi-sponsored Muslim World League (MWL) hosted the Vatican’s envoy to the United Nations (U.N.) Sunday for a book presentation on interreligious dialogue.
