5 Things You Need To Know About The Extremist ‘Equality Act’ House Democrats Just Passed

On Thursday, the House of Representatives passed the so-called Equality Act by a vote of 224 to 206. While Democrats have marketed this legislation as a simple civil rights law designed to protect LGBTQ people from discrimination, it is far from that.

The statutory language instead provides for an extreme remaking of all aspects of society, destroys the promise of equality for women, and threatens religious liberty and the privacy rights of all Americans, especially children. The proposed law also will upend state and federal protections of the unborn—yes, the Equality Act is about abortion too.

Alanna Smith, who filed the lawsuit with fellow athletes Selina Soule and Chelsea Mitchell, appeared on Fox News with her lawyer to say girls have ‘missed out’ on placing on awards podiums after competing against ‘biological males.’

Biden’s Equality Act is not the unifying issue he thinks it is

Biden’s Equality Act is not the unifying issue he thinks it is

President Joe Biden has announced that he will move ahead with a proposed Equality Act prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. A decision celebrated by Liberal America, it will be the first such legislation to be implemented at US federal level. Campaigners argue this is necessary in a nation where, in many states, it’s still legal to refuse housing or services to someone on the basis of being gay or trans. But the legislation comes with a sting in the tail for women, which may prove unexpectedly costly to the Democrats.

Amazon has apparently removed from its offerings a book that discusses issues with transgender ideology. The author said he wasn’t notified and the company has offered no explanation.

The book, “When Harry Became Sally: Responding to the Transgender Moment” by Ryan Anderson, was removed by Amazon around Feb. 21. The exact timing is hard to pinpoint since the author, who is president of the Washington-based think tank Ethics and Public Policy Center, only learned about the move when people informed him that they couldn’t find the book in the online retailer’s inventory

California court sides with Twitter in Meghan Murphy lawsuit who was banned for saying “women aren’t men”

Because of its intensity, it’s easy to think that the unprecedented level of censorship on social networks, spreading even to, technically speaking, lower levels of the web like hosting services, is a recent phenomenon.

But it’s been almost two and a half years since Meghan Murphy announced she would sue Twitter for permanently banning her account after she tweeted, “women aren’t men” and other declarations referring to scientific facts about biological differences between women and men.

The Backlash to Biden’s Transgender Agenda Is Already Brewing

The Backlash to Biden’s Transgender Agenda Is Already Brewing

President Joe Biden promised to be a president “for all Americans,” even for those who did not vote for him. Yet in his first few days in office, Biden signed divisive executive orders championing the nebulous concept of gender identity over biological sex. Biden’s new orders threaten to upend science and fairness in many segments of American society, including women’s sports, women’s private spaces, the military, and medicine. Republicans in at least 13 states are fighting back.

Leftist Activists Try To Ban Researchers From Studying Transgender People

Nope. No mental illness here.

LGBT activists previously argued gender dysphoria may be affirmed by discoveries about individuals’ genetics and brain development. Harvard University researchers, for example, explored this viewpoint in depth in a 2016 article titled “Between the (Gender) Lines: the Science of Transgender Identity.

In studies published in 1995 and 2000, researchers looked at specific areas of the brain in both transgender adults and those who accept their sex. They found that male to female transgender people had specific brain areas more closely resembling that of gender-natural women, and the same for transgender men (females living as men).

Whistleblower: ‘Trans-identifying kids are cash cows’ for Planned Parenthood

A month ago, I was sent a Tweetstorm written by a woman who had worked as a “reproductive health assistant” at Planned Parenthood for about 18 months prior to March 2020. If you assumed that the employee had abortion on her mind, then your knowledge of Planned Parenthood is outdated. Planned Parenthood is now one of the largest providers in the United States of cross-sex hormones like testosterone to females seeking medical gender transition.
