Sweden says it’s set to hit NATO’s defence spending target — unlike Trudeau’ government which maintains Canada’s Deadbeat status as policy

Justin prepares for meeting with WEF boss

Within two years, Sweden — the formerly neutral Nordic country that’s soon to join NATO — will meet the Western military alliance’s often-debated defence spending target of two per cent of gross domestic product.

The country’s top military commander, Gen. Micael Bydén, told CBC News that Sweden is also restructuring its armed forces to make it more of a “wartime organization” to be ready in case the conflict with Russia escalates.

That’s pretty bad, I hear Sweden’s armed forces are even more woke than Canada’s.

Trudeau government looking to secure release of 6 Muslim psychosluts who joined Islam’s ISIS murder cult

Canada looking to secure release of 19 women, children held in Syria: document

The federal government says it is looking at helping to secure the release of 19 Canadian women and children being held in northeastern Syria.

The move comes just before supporters of the six women and 13 children get set to argue in Federal Court that the Liberal government’s long-standing refusal to repatriate them as well as several Canadian men amounts to a breach of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Not one is innocent. They knew exactly what they were getting into when they signed up for Mo’s Murder Inc.

They should not be allowed back.

Disabled Canadian Army veteran Paralympian blasts government for offering to EUTHANIZE her when she complained about how long it was taking to install stairlift at her home

A disabled veteran in Canada has slammed her government for offering to euthanize her when she grew frustrated at delays in having a wheelchair lift installed in her home.

Retired Army Corporal Christine Gauthier, a former Paralympian, testified in Parliament on Thursday that a Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) caseworker made the assisted suicide offer.

After years of frustrating delays in getting the home lift, Gauthier says the caseworker told her: ‘Madam, if you are really so desperate, we can give you medical assistance in dying now.’

Biden’s Oil Deal With Venezuela Is Worse Than You Think

A week ago the Biden administration announced that it had approved an expansion of the license to Chevron so they could resume oil production in Venezuela.

This was a surprise given the administration’s hostility to fossil fuels in general and oil from Venezuela in particular.

The sad truth is that you can’t throw this in Justin’s face as the latest addition to his long list of failures because he considers it a victory whenever an ally gives up on Canada as a source of secure energy and instead opts to take their business elsewhere even if that means making a deal with a totalitarian regime.

Justin Trudeau’s condemnations of the CCP’s Covid authoritarianism are a sick joke.

The brass neck of the Western lockdown zealots

‘Everyone in China should be allowed to express themselves, should be allowed to share their perspectives and indeed protest.’ So said Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau this week, in response to Beijing’s brutal crackdown on China’s anti-lockdown protests – the largest protests in China since the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989.

To describe Trudeau as an unlikely defender of the right to protest would be the understatement of the year. This is a leader whose own crackdowns on protest broke new ground in the West when it came to Covid authoritarianism. His showdown with the Canadian truckers earlier this year was an especially shameful episode.

Communist China Operating Illegal Police Stations Worldwide

China has set up at least 54 overseas police stations in 30 countries, including in the United States (New York), Canada, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Brazil, Argentina and Nigeria, according to a recent report from Safeguard Defenders, a human rights NGO. Most of these police stations are located in Europe, with nine such police stations in major Spanish cities, four in Italy, and three in Paris, among others.

I hope the Commie 5th Columnists operating in our country are publicly identified and criminally charged, jailed, stripped of citizenship, assets confiscated and deported on completion of very long sentences.

Of course I’m dreaming.

Our China class will ensure they’re handled with Kid Gloves.

Lt.-Gen. (retd) Maisonneuve: Clearing the air about my anti-woke speech

After spending five decades defending Canada’s security, democratic values, and its citizens’ right to free speech, I am astonished at how my remarks upon accepting the Vimy Award three weeks ago have been misrepresented and distorted. Some organizations I worked with have decided to cut ties with me as a result; so as my attempted cancellation continues, I take this opportunity to comment on the aftermath of an anti-woke speech.

MPs condemn controversial publisher’s attendance at Parliament Hill reception

The Liberal MP who chairs the Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship group is among multiple Canadian politicians condemning the presence of a man accused of being a “Holocaust denier” at a Parliament Hill reception held earlier this week to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Salma Zahid, the Liberal MP who chairs the all-party friendship group, condemned the views of Nazih Khatatba, the publisher and editor of a Toronto-based Arabic-language newspaper, who Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman told the House of Commons Thursday was “a dangerous antisemite, Holocaust denier, and terrorist sympathizer.”

Bullshit, this is Laith Marouf 2.0. They’re apologizing because they got caught.

Get used to it multiculturalists, this is the diversity you wished for and you shall have it in ever increasing abundance.

Canada Summoned Chinese Ambassador Over Reports of Unofficial Police Stations on Canadian Soil

Canada has made official complaints to the Chinese ambassador in regard to reports of unofficial Chinese police service stations operating in Canada, a senior official from the foreign affairs department told MPs.

Weldon Epp, director general for Global Affairs Canada’s Asia Pacific Bureau, testified at the House Canada-China committee on Nov. 29, that his department has formally raised objections to the China ambassador in response to reports of over 50 unofficial Chinese police service stations around the world. The revelations were first reported by Spain-based human rights NGO Safeguard Defenders in a September report aimed at investigating Beijing’s long-arm policing and transnational repression.

“We’ve had several engagements. We’ve called the ambassador in on multiple occasions, and we’ve conveyed our deep concern,” he said.

Bosses of Alberta men accused in plot to murder Mounties still under investigation, court docs suggest

Alberta RCMP are still investigating several people they believe were issuing orders to the men now accused of plotting to murder Mounties at an anti-pandemic restriction border blockade last winter, newly released court documents show.

Police have identified a suspected leadership team outside of the Coutts border protest site that wanted to see not only vaccine mandates lifted but the “elimination … of the professional political class,” according to the documents.

OTTAWA — The University of Ottawa has issued an apology after preventing the media from filming a speech made by the Chinese ambassador in Canada earlier this week.

“We made the wrong decision at the last moment. We apologize to the media involved. We should have done better to protect the freedom of the press,” said Jacques Frémont, president of the University, in a statement issued on Wednesday.

Some Coutts protesters wanted to alter Canada’s political system, court documents say

Protesters involved in the Coutts border blockade discussed “altering Canada’s political, justice and medical systems,” information uncovered during an RCMP investigation says.

In a sworn Information To Obtain (ITO) affidavit in support of an application for a warrant to seize remand phone records of four named accused, Const. Trevor Checkley outlined where the Mounties’ investigation was as of May 4.

If that means a desire to tar and feather Junior then 2/3 of the country is on the same page.

Trudeau says he’s ‘not looking for a fight’ over Alberta Sovereignty Act

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he’s “not looking for a fight” after the Alberta government tabled controversial legislation Premier Danielle Smith said would tell Ottawa to “butt out” of the province’s jurisdiction.

The Alberta Sovereignty Within a United Canada Act — tabled Tuesday in the Alberta legislature — was a centrepiece of Smith’s campaign for the leadership of the governing United Conservative Party this fall.

The bill describes how the Alberta government plans to refuse to enforce federal legislation, policies or programs it decides are “harmful” to Alberta’s interests or infringe on the division of powers in the Constitution.
