But lately, along with recipes and promotions of their new album, fans are increasingly seeing too much.

Sean Penn has given an Oscar statuette to Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskiy during a meeting in Kyiv.

In a video posted on Zelenskiy’s Instagram account, Penn, who has been one of the most high profile supporters of Ukraine in its fight against Russian invasion, takes the Oscar statuette out of a bag and places it on a table in front of Zelenskiy, saying: “I feel terrible. This is for you. It’s just a symbolic silly thing, but if I know this is here with you then I’ll feel better and stronger for the fight.”

Comedienne Kathy Griffin earned herself a Twitter suspension on Sunday when she impersonated billionaire Elon Musk as a stunt for Democrats.

Changing her profile name while employing Musk’s exact profile picture, Kathy Griffin then asked her thousands of followers to “Vote Blue” in the coming midterm election.

“Hey complainers and activists. Want to see real activism? Watch this. RT w #VoteBlue,” Griffin tweeted.

NEW YORK (AP) — CNBC is canceling Shepard Smith’s nightly newscast after two years, with its new president saying he wanted to focus on the network’s core strength of business news.

Smith, who is leaving the network, will have his last telecast sometime later this month. He did not have any immediate comment.

Smith landed at CNBC after abruptly leaving Fox News Channel in 2019, establishing a general interest news show that aired at 7 p.m. Eastern on weeknights.

In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday, Baldwin called Heche ‘an amazingly talented woman’ as he asked his fans to send their ‘support and love’ to the 53-year-old actress who is currently in stable condition at a local hospital.

‘Hey, I just want to send out my best wishes and all my love to Anne Heche,’ said Baldwin, who is continuing to face scrutiny over his fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of his film last year.
