Radical Islamic preacher invited on BBC to discuss riots

‘Misogynistic, racist and homophobic’ imam who reportedly prayed to ‘grant victory’ to the Hamas links rioters to Zionism

The BBC interviewed a radical Islamic preacher who has been condemned by the Government’s counter-extremism commission and blamed the riots on those with a Zionist “agenda”.

Haitham al-Haddad was invited to speak on BBC Radio London about the recent spate of rioting, and was introduced by the presenter as a “highly respected imam”.

Earlier this month, al-Haddad discussed the motives of rioters at a sermon at Greenwich Islamic Centre in south London.

Just another example of Islam’s “acceptance” by the elites.

Anti-Israel Groups Heading to Chicago Tell Young Members To Take Police Beatings, Disregard Personal Safety

Mayor Johnson, long a reparations shopping advocate, looks forward to looting opportunities at DNC convention,

‘Make bruises from Chicago police batons the 2024 back to school Fall fashion!’ one organization encouraged its members.

Radical anti-Israel groups headed to protest the Democratic National Convention are egging on their young members to up the ante and prepare for a bloody battle with police.

“Make bruises from Chicago police batons the 2024 back to school Fall fashion!” one so-called anti-imperialist organization, Behind Enemy Lines, told its members on its website.

“Have you thrown down against the Chicago police yet?” the group wrote on its site, urging “anti-imperialist students and youth” to “flood the city.”

Michael Oren: Should Israel Strike First?

For more than two weeks, Israelis have been waiting for war. Immediately after the July 31 assassination of Hamas political chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, Iran pledged to retaliate massively against Israel.

So far the main event hasn’t happened. Talks for the release of the remaining 111 Israeli hostages in Hamas’s hands drag on inconclusively and Hezbollah rockets slam into the north, but it’s the fear of Iranian missiles raining down on our homes that most consumes Israelis. We are hoarding essentials and stocking our bomb shelters with canned tuna and bottled water. Nobody dares travel far from home. Nobody wants to get caught in their car, in the middle of a highway, when the sirens wail.

Damned if you do or don’t. So you may as well.

Iran’s Mullahs and Their Deadly Serious Plan: The Total Annihilation of Israel and the US

Death To Israel Missile Iran

The war initiated against Israel on October 7 by the Iranian regime, along with its proxies and terrorist groups — Hamas, the Houthis, Hezbollah, and Iraqi Shia militias — is far more than a minor skirmish or an isolated act of aggression.

The conflict appears to be a meticulously orchestrated campaign aimed at the total annihilation, at this point, of the Jewish state.

MORGAN: Mass immigration crushes nations

Mass immigration has become problematic in every developed nation on earth. Migrants from Islamic nations have been flooding en masse into European and North American countries and they are integrating poorly to say the least. As migrant-based disorder spreads and riots break out, defenders of the status quo are trying to quell all debate by labelling people as “far right” and of course as racists.

Canada calls for investigation into Israel’s destruction of water facility in Gaza

The Canadian government is still calling for an investigation into Israel’s destruction nearly a month ago of a large water facility in an area of the Gaza Strip where Ottawa is known for supporting Palestinians.

The office of the International Development Minister Ahmed Hussen says the incident adds to a “catastrophic” humanitarian situation.

“Canada has contacted the Israeli government for more information on this incident and we call for an investigation,” said spokeswoman Olivia Batten.

‘Friends no longer speak to me’: How it feels to be a British Jew since October 7

The silence was deafening. From the distress of bullied children to the cold shoulder of colleagues or the parade of friends who turned out not to be friends at all, testimonies from the Jewish community in Britain reveal the same bleak experiences.

It wasn’t just the world that changed the day Hamas attacked Israel on October 7 last year. The world of British Jews did too, as mutating strains of anti-Semitism worked their way beyond smashed shopfronts and violent protests and into the domestic and everyday. And each witness uses the same expression. The silence was deafening.

“My whole life has changed since October 7,” says Barbara Smith*, 49, from London. “I’ve lost half my friends. I’ve lost my best friend. I don’t know how the situation will ever right itself.”

Columbia President Resigns After Months of Turmoil on Campus

Columbia University’s president, Nemat Shafik, resigned on Wednesday after months of far-reaching fury over her handling of pro-Palestinian demonstrations and questions over her management of a bitterly divided campus.

She was the third leader of an Ivy League university to resign in about eight months following maligned appearances before Congress about antisemitism on their campuses.

Dr. Shafik, an economist who spent much of her career in London, said in a letter to the Columbia community that while she felt the campus had made progress in some important areas, it had also been a period of turmoil “where it has been difficult to overcome divergent views across our community.”

This changes nothing.

China Is Now Goading Iran into Attacking Israel

China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi on August 11 told Iran’s acting foreign minister that Beijing supports the Islamic Republic defending its “sovereignty, security, and national dignity.” Wang said that killing Hamas’s Ismail Haniyeh, the terrorist group’s political leader, in Tehran violated Iran’s sovereignty and threatened regional stability.

As countries around the world pressure Iran not to strike Israel — Tehran blames the Jewish state for the bomb that killed Haniyeh on July 31 — China was, in effect, publicly goading Iran to act.

US allegedly presented Tehran list of Mossad agents involved in Haniyeh assassination – report

An unnamed source in Iran’s Supreme National Security Council told Kuwaiti newspaper al Jarida that a high-ranking American security delegation, mediated by Oman, secretly traveled to Tehran, the Kuwaiti paper wrote on Wednesday.

Fox News reported that the delegation allegedly sought to deliver messages to Tehran in order to de-escalate the tensions in the region between Iran and Israel, al Jarida noted in their reporting of the story.

One-quarter of Canadians believe antisemitism is a serious problem: poll

One-quarter of Canadians believe that anti-Indigenous racism and antisemitism are very serious problems in Canada, according to a new national poll.

The poll, which was conducted by Leger for the Association for Canadian Studies, was released just weeks after Statistics Canada hate-crime data revealed that antisemitism accounted for about 70 per cent of religiously motivated hate crimes in 2023, despite Jewish people accounting for only about two per cent of the nation’s population. Anti-Indigenous sentiment was present in about three per cent of race-based hate crimes, while Indigenous people account for about five per cent of Canada’s population.
