A new Border Patrol enforcement policy has been disseminated to agents warning them not to enforce immigration laws or attempt to arrest migrants near waterways, walls, canals, or other barriers. According to a CBP source, the policy most likely foreshadows pending administrative disciplinary charges against members of the agency’s Horse Patrol Unit lodged during the Haitian migrant crisis in Del Rio.
At a press conference Wednesday, DeSantis discussed Biden’s “clandestine” flights depositing illegal immigrants in the state in the “middle of the night,” which the governor said he learned about from federal agents leaking it to his administration.
He went ballistic on a report from The Wall Street Journal that said Joe Biden’s White House plans to pay $450,000 in reparations to families who were separated at the border, The New York Post reported.
“We have already caught staff with minors inappropriately,” said a federal contractor on the audio of a May training session obtained by NBC News.
