Biden fails to mention top fentanyl exporter China in comments on 100K US drug overdoses

President Biden on Wednesday released a statement mourning the more than 100,000 Americans who died last year from drug overdoses — without mentioning China’s leading role exporting fentanyl, which drove the 29 percent annual increase in deaths.

Nearly two-thirds of deaths were caused by fentanyl and related synthetic opioids that can kill a person at extremely low doses. Fentanyl is increasingly added to non-opioid drugs such as cocaine and counterfeit prescriptions.

‘Mounting Evidence’ Biden Asks FTC To Probe Alleged Price Gouging By Gasoline Providers

The president suggested to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan that the regulatory agency should “immediately” initiate a review of the alleged practice of needlessly hiking gasoline prices, according to the letter posted on Twitter by White House spokesperson Vedant Patel.

Biden’s Dirty Deal With the Taliban

Every week new revelations arrive about the scale of Biden’s betrayal in Afghanistan. After months of claiming that only a few hundred Americans had been abandoned behind enemy lines, the real numbers are still growing. Shocking reports continue to come to light including a military memo which claims that over a hundred family members of servicemen may still be trapped under Taliban rule.

Critics say Biden’s local media tax breaks part of goal to turn outlets into ‘versions of leftist NPR or PBS’

Dan Gainor, who is the vice president for Free Speech America and Business at the Media Research Center, told Fox Business in an interview the plan is “insanity” and called for strong opposition to it.

“This is insanity. I understand why some on the right support this. The decline of local journalism can hurt communities. But putting it on the federal payroll will only make it worse. Don’t expect reporters to criticize politicians who fund them. And do expect them to write stories that please those politicians,” Gainor said.

Heels Up Harris sidelined amid growing tensions with Biden, insiders say

Vice President Kamala Harris feels increasingly isolated inside the White House as her approval ratings plummet — with the first female veep believing she’s not getting the same support given to other members of the Biden administration, according to a detailed new report.

Despite their public show of unity, Biden and his right-hand woman have a dysfunctional relationship that has reached an “exhausted stalemate,” according to CNN, which based its report on interviews with nearly three dozen insiders.

The 5th Circuit’s brilliant opinion staying OSHA’s vaccine mandate

Despite (or perhaps because of) a long career spent reading judicial decisions, I really hate reading cases.  A stellar exception arose on Friday, when the Fifth Circuit issued its decision in BST Holdings, L.L.C. et al. v. OSHA, reaffirming the initial stay it granted when multiple entities and individuals challenged OSHA’s recently issued vaccine mandate.  In one brutal paragraph after another, the Court rips apart the mandate, citing law, facts, OSHA precedent, and even a Ron Klain tweet.  It’s a tour de force that makes it unlikely that any halfway honest court can or would resuscitate the mandate or that either OSHA or even Congress could try again.

What about the people who lost their jobs because of Biden’s illegal mandate? Or the people who are dead because of the jab?

DeSantis Pledges To Hold Biden Admin Accountable For Depositing Illegal Immigrants In Florida, “Bus Them To Delaware”

Unholy Alliance: Pope Francis and President Biden

Two Catholic newspapers battle it out over the U.S. president’s visit to Rome.

The gap between liberal and conservative Catholic news outlets in the U.S. intensified significantly after President Biden’s jocular meeting with Pope Francis in Rome on October 29. The 75-minute meeting barring reporters and live streaming was purportedly about climate change although what emerged as the big news afterwards was Biden’s middle finger metaphorical ‘f—u’ to those U.S. Catholic bishops who would bar him from receiving Communion over the abortion issue.

Biden’s America: Illegal Aliens Worth More than U.S. Soldiers

The Biden administration is considering payments of $450,000 to illegal aliens – per person – for “immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration” after illegal entering into the United States. The payments would be part of a settlement of a lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of illegal alien families. The total settlement amount is reported to be at least $1 billion of federal taxpayer funds.

It gets personal when migrants are rewarded $450,000

Frankly, I do not remember my family receiving nearly half a million dollars when they arrived here as refugees from the Holocaust.

Land of opportunity, yes, thank goodness, but no goldene medina (golden land of paradise) awaited them, nor the others who somehow got around FDR’s quota.

Upon arrival, the work had just begun, and for most, making it in America came only through the sweat of your brow.

Trickle-Down Bidenism

Can 10 months really make a real difference in America? Not normally.

But weld together a hard-left socialist agenda with the control of the White House and Congress onto the combined forces of progressive woke media, Silicon Valley, the corporate boardrooms, the entertainment industry, academia, and the Wall Street borg—all in the age of instant and intrusive communications—and it’s no wonder a country, even a nation as resilient as the United States, can descend quite quickly in ways that make America almost unrecognizable.

In other words, 40 weeks of relentless Bidenism finally permeates most of the nation.
