Project Veritas Releases Footage Allegedly Showing Predawn FBI Raid on Its Journalist

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released a video on Tuesday afternoon purporting to show footage from a predawn FBI raid on one of its journalists in November, ostensibly in pursuit of information about a missing diary belonging to Ashley Biden.

The video, described at Project Veritas’s website and posted to YouTube as well, seems to show FBI agents pounding on a door, demanding to see someone’s hands raised, and rifling through personal belongings as they executed a search warrant.

No New Normal

This presidency was supposed to be so normal. Watching Joe Biden’s inauguration, Washington Post columnist Max Boot “could not help but recall Warren G. Harding’s 1920 campaign slogan: ‘Return to normalcy.’” As Biden introduced his cabinet to the world, Steve Benen of MSNBC was “struck by how normal the choices are.” By April, Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post was relieved to find that “there are days when the new administration is so radically normal that it’s actually kind of boring.” With Bad Orange Man gone for good, everything was fine and good and most of all, normal, normal, normal.

And of course, one year in, it’s going great. Record inflation? Normal. Medical intervention via federal bureaucracy? Extremely normal. Nationally endorsed sexual predation in prisons and schools? The normalest. Cheerleading a new world war to change a nuclear power’s regime is normal; so are supply chain crises. It is also very, very normal for food and fuel to be prohibitively expensive. So that’s reassuring.

U.S. Lawmakers Table Bill To Prevent Trudeau-Style Authoritarian Crackdown

Although they didn’t originate the term, Canada’s Liberal government have redefined the phrase more to the story than meets the eye.” A rarity it is to uncover a decision made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau devoid of stealth and subterfuge.

Our most recent example arrives via government’s response to the Ottawa Truckers Convoy. Most Canadians are familiar with one ramification– a freezing of bank accounts as punitive measures against organizers and participants.

Behind the surface is found unexplored territory of government overreach. So much so that lawmakers in the United States want to protect American citizens from the neo-communist crackdowns occurring in Canada.

The New Domestic Terrorist: The Government’s War on Thought Crimes and Truth-Tellers

The U.S. government, which speaks in a language of force, is afraid of its citizenry.

What we are dealing with is a government so power-hungry, paranoid and afraid of losing its stranglehold on power that it is conspiring to wage war on anyone who dares to challenge its authority.

All of us are in danger.

Silence Speaks Volumes – Part One

On the right side of the political line in the sand, we the fringe are highly accustomed to and getting comfortable with the constant bombardment of negativity fired at us from our sitting federal Liberal government. Justin Trudeau and his cabal have meanwhile managed to shock news outlets worldwide with their repelling rhetoric and hypocritical utter lack of self-awareness as they pummell home scornful speaking points on protestors who parked on Parliament Hill demanding freedom from pandemic restrictions.

The unacceptables now take it all in stride, knowing what he will say before he opens his mouth. His fall backs when under attack are now soothingly foreseeable.

Racist.

Antisocial.

Delusional.

Hateful.

Misogynist.

Violent.

Extremist.

Terrorists.

The list goes on. These are Justin and company’s go-to descriptors; his standard speech fodder nowadays really. They are words I hardly ever find the need to utilize unless I am mocking their glaring and unrestrained over-application and use. He then always predictably – after deeply insulting citizens whom he knows absolutely nothing about – goes on to mutter about how he “has our backs”. What a guy.

Rex Murphy: Canada’s big banks have much to answer for after blindly following Trudeau’s emergency orders

Did any single bank president, floating on a stream of magnificently swollen income and bonuses, attempt to resist or test the edict from the Trudeau government? Did they go to court to test the legality of the move?

Did the great presidents of Canadian banks meet, on Zoom or in person, to discuss whether their institutions had become craven puppets of whatever comes out of the Prime Minister’s Office when Justin Trudeau sees a democratic protest he doesn’t like, or wishes to strike out at an inconvenient display of democratic spine?

GoFundMe and GiveSendGo execs confirm convoy not foreign-funded

Trudeau’s international reputation will never be the same

A major part of Justin Trudeau’s appeal to progressive voters in Canada is his international reputation as a liberal golden boy.

But Trudeau’s use of war-time measures to crack down a peaceful working class protest has shattered that image. It made him look weak, hypocritical, petty and mean.

Lauren Boebert: Canada ‘also’ needs to be ‘liberated’ along with Ukraine

“I pray for Ukraine and I wish them the best,” she explained. “They have a great president right now, who really said clearly, live free or die. He said, ‘I don’t need a ride, give me ammunition. The fight is right here.'”

“But we also have neighbors to the north who need freedom and who need to be liberated and we need that right here at home,” she added.

Is Canada Becoming North America’s Cuba?

In terms of all-encompassing government, suppression of dissent and the denial of fundamental human rights to many of its citizens, Canada is now more similar to Cuba than to any free country. Canada may eventually return to Western civilization, but as of this writing, the majority of Canadians appear to have no interest in it doing so. According to Maru Public Opinion, “two-thirds (66%) of Canadians support Prime Minister Justin Trudeau bringing in the Emergencies Act … A majority (56%) of Canadians do not support the truckers who are protesting in any way, shape, or form … This is a majority view held in every province/region across the country.”
