It’s time to bring the gold-collared superclass crashing back down to Earth.

It’s not often I feel grateful to Keir Starmer. But I did last week when he gave the game away about Davos. Where would he rather be, a journalist asked him: Davos or Westminster? ‘Davos’, Starmer said, without missing a beat. Westminster’s too ‘constrained’, he moaned. It’s ‘just a tribal, shouting place’. Davos, on the other hand, the luxury Alpine resort where the world’s tycoons gather every year to quaff booze and put the world to rights, is a place where you can ‘engage with people’; people ‘you can see [yourself] working with in the future’. Ouch. If I were a British MP, I’d be feeling pretty bruised right now. Starmer wants nothing to do with you noisy tribalists – it’s the world’s woke rich he wants to mingle with.

IN HIS opening speech at the WEF Crystal Awards in Davos, Klaus Schwab referred to the many ‘crisis’ [sic] facing humanity, asking the question ‘How to master the future?’ To put it simply, humanity is a management problem from the point of view of the masters. From the point of view of humanity, the problem is the management.

To back up this presentation of permanent crisis, the WEF publishes a list of Global Risks, projecting future concerns for the next several years to the next decade. Those who answer these surveys seem to be more concerned about the weather than anything else.

Arch-globalist Klaus Schwab has declared he will run the WEF well into his hundreds despite demands from his colleagues that he put in place a succession plan.

A mutiny attempt has reportedly engulfed this year’s World Economic Forum conference at Davos, Switzerland, with senior elites surrounding the organisation reportedly demanding that its leader, arch-globalist Klaus Schwab, put in place plans for his own replacement.

On Monday, Klaus Schwab delivered a speech at the Crystal Awards Ceremony, on the opening day of the World Economic Forum’s 2023 Davos conference. In this address he framed the world as a complex of problems to which his organization is the solution.

We couldn’t meet at a more challenging time. We are confronted with so many crises simultaneously. What does it need to master the future?

I think to have a platform where all stakeholders of global society are engaged: governments, business, civil societies, young generation – I could go on – I think is the first step: to… meet all the challenges.

In the “Global Risks” analysis of the World Economic Forum (WEF) there is no mention of the fact that many – if not all – of these global crises are the result of the actions of governments and organizations such as Schwab’s.

The World Economic Forum, which meets this week in Davos, Switzerland, is fighting back against conspiracy theorists who say it and its founder Klaus Schwab are seeking global domination through a “great reset” aimed at stripping the masses of their private property, de-industrializing the economy, and making everybody eat bugs.

… Up to 5,000 troops have been seconded to guard the illustrious hive of busybody billionaires (roughly two soldiers for every one pretentious plutocrat). Barbed wire around the town, snipers on rooftops, huge armoured vehicles, wickedly-armed and black-helmeted SWAT-type police outside the best hotels and upscale restaurants (the latter offering GG Mary Simon level of cuisine — amuse your bouche) fighter jets overhead, 24 -hour air police — this year’s WEF is more heavily guarded than Joe Biden’s Corvette, or Jeffery Epstein’s still-unproduced client list.

NEW YORK (AP) — When some of the world’s wealthiest and most influential figures gathered at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting last year, sessions on climate change drew high-level discussions on topics such as carbon financing and sustainable food systems.

But an entirely different narrative played out on the internet, where social media users claimed leaders wanted to force the population to eat insects instead of meat in the name of saving the environment.

The annual event in the Swiss ski resort town of Davos, which opens Monday, has increasingly become a target of bizarre claims from a growing chorus of commentators who believe the forum involves a group of elites manipulating global events for their own benefit. Experts say what was once a conspiracy theory found in the internet’s underbelly has now hit the mainstream.
