There would have been a new round of “Trump is an antisemite” articles in the establishment media. The ADL would have issued another in their long series of furious denunciations of the Bad Orange Man. The gesture would have been portrayed as a recrudescence of the bad old days of blood libels and false accusations against the Jews that culminated in the Holocaust. When Biden does it, on the other hand, no one sees it.

Russell Brand makes first comments since sexual assault allegations

Russell Brand says it has been an “extraordinary and distressing” week after rape and sexual assault allegations were made against him.

In a video published on social media, he thanked followers for their support and for “questioning the information that you’ve been presented with”.

They are his first public comments since allegations were published by the Sunday Times and Channel 4’s Dispatches last weekend.

Brand has denied the claims.

The hit series Yellowstone has handily beaten Disney in a new fan survey of the top entertainment franchises — a notable feat considering the western series starring Kevin Costner is only five years old.

Yellowstone ranked No. 7 in entertainment and gaming company’s Fandom’s annual survey — which polled 5,000 fans — while the Disney brand trailed at No. 10, according to the results reported by Deadline.

It may be months, if ever, before Ottawa gets to the bottom of who was responsible for the gangland-style murder of Canadian Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Given that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said there is “credible” intelligence that India played a role in the slaying, it’s hard to imagine any thorough investigation taking place that doesn’t include the full co-operation of the government of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

India can ban Junior. That’s a win.

A prominent Uyghur academic who was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge has been sentenced to life in prison amid China’s crackdown on the ethnic muslim minority.

Rahile Dawut is a world-renowned scholar of Uyghur studies, having appeared at some of the world’s most prestigious universities to discuss Uyghur folklore and cultural traditions.

It’s important to remember that Justin Trudeau rushed to “normalize relations” with the Communist Chinese slave state after our own hostages were freed.

The CSIS leaks were undertaken to derail the sniveling little prick’s goal.

Incendiary rhetoric on Sikh’s murder stokes debate in Canada diaspora

A row between Canada and India over the murder of a Sikh separatist has stoked talk of political friction among some Sikhs and Hindus in the diaspora, though others say it’s overblown.

After Mr Trudeau’s public accusation on Monday that India may have been behind the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil, a clip surfaced on social media showing the head of a US-based Sikh separatist group calling for Hindu Canadians to return to India.

“Indo-Canadian Hindus, you have repudiated your allegiance to Canada and the Canadian constitution,” said Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, head of Sikhs for Justice, in a video that was reportedly filmed on 12 September.

“Your destination is India. Leave Canada. Go to India,” he said.

Pope Francis calls on Europe to welcome migrants

Pope Francis on Saturday rejected the notion of a migrant ’emergency’ in Europe during a speech in Marseille, France.

“Those who risk their lives at sea do not invade, they look for welcome,” Francis said during a church conference in the southern Mediterranean port city.

He added that migration is “a reality of our times, a process that involves three continents around the Mediterranean and that must be governed with wise foresight, including a European response.”

Stop seeing immigration as a get-rich-quick scheme for Canada’s economy

Immigration is neither as good for Canada as recent federal government pronouncements would suggest nor as bad as some critics might claim. The best economic evidence suggests that, in the long run, immigration has limited impact on the average Canadian’s wages or job prospects. Immigration boosts the economy, but it increases our population, too, leaving the average Canadian’s living standards more or less unchanged.

Yet these long-run averages mask the fact that specific policies create winners and losers. A government that ignores the fact that immigration can have costs risks making two mistakes. First, it might uncritically accept the arguments made by those who stand to benefit from immigration. Second, if it does not take the downside risks of specific immigration policies seriously, it might not act to mitigate them.

Fury as ZERO children at 13 Baltimore state schools pass math exam

A slate of Baltimore schools have sparked outrage after zero students passed their state math exams – with almost 75 percent testing at the lowest possible score.

The poor performances came in the latest round of Maryland’s state testing, where 13 high schools in the city – a staggering 40 percent – failed to produce a single student with a ‘proficient’ score in math.
