Tesla on ‘autopilot’ mode strikes FHP cruiser, narrowly misses trooper, officials say

Tesla’s have taken depolicing upon themselves.

A Tesla driving on “autopilot” mode hit a Florida Highway Patrol cruiser on Interstate 4 early Saturday morning and nearly hit an FHP trooper who was standing outside the cruiser, an FHP spokeswoman said.

FHP Lt. Kim Montes said the trooper had stopped shortly before 5 a.m. to help a disabled vehicle in the westbound lanes of I-4 near downtown Orlando. The trooper activated his emergency lights and got out to help the driver when the Tesla hit the left side of his cruiser and then hit the disabled vehicle, Montes said. The Tesla “narrowly missed” the trooper, Montes said.

Ex-vegan says her plant-only diet left her BALDING and looking like a ‘middle-aged man’

A former vegan has claimed that she started balding because her plant-only diet left her with vitamin deficiencies, and she now credits eating raw animal organs for saving her from poor health.

Erica Dobeck, 22, from Redondo Beach, California, had been vegan for a year when she began to notice a deterioration in her health that drastically affected her appearance, including her hairline.

Mother Of Slain U.S. Marine Unloads On Biden: A ‘Feckless, Dementia-Ridden Piece Of Crap,’ ‘Treasonous’

We can’t see this soon enough.

The mother of a U.S. Marine who was murdered during an Islamic terrorist attack at the airport in Kabul on Thursday unloaded on President Joe Biden during an interview on Saturday morning, calling for him to be removed from office.

Kathy McCollum, mother of 20-year-old Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum, called into the “Wilkow Majority” show on SiriusXM Patriot radio where revealed that she had just been notified at her home that her son was killed in the bombing that claimed the lives of at least 13 U.S. soldiers.

Twitter makes it more difficult for its antisemitism partners like CAA to report racist tweets

Twitter has made it more difficult for its partners, including Campaign Against Antisemitism, to report racist hate on its platform.

Last summer, Twitter invited Campaign Against Antisemitism to become a ‘Twitter partner’, allowing us to report problematic material directly through the company’s ‘partner portal’ to Twitter personnel (rather than machines) for review. Following our experience to date, we recently published a damning report, which prompted major national media coverage, showing how Twitter fails to implement consistently its own policies on hate.

However, Twitter appears to have reacted by making it even harder for us and its other so-called ‘partners’ to report hateful material to the company, in two ways.

She-Trudeau the fake feminist ignores She-Prison She-Rape by She-Trannies

An obviously aroused Justin Trudeau abandons all sense of decorum while prancing about at a Gay Pride event.

Barbara Kay: Trudeau the fake feminist ignores female inmates’ concerns

Nobody in Canada cares more about women’s interests than Justin Trudeau. Just ask him. Especially when he’s on the campaign trail (“feminist budget,” “she-cession,” “she-covery”). His personal record of, ahem, he-haviour with certain actual women is another story, but never mind all that. It’s election time. The women’s vote is crucial. Unleash the ministerial sheepdogs to herd all those grazing Canadian ewes, away from the Conservative wolves, and into the safety of the Liberal corral.

Surprise, panic and fateful choices: The day America lost its longest war

Surprise, panic and fateful choices: The day America lost its longest war

Before reading the article see this first – ‘Game, set, MATCH’: Here is the KEY f**k-up in Afghanistan by the Biden administration (OOPS, guess it wasn’t Trump’s fault)

Surprise, panic and fateful choices: The day America lost its longest war

KABUL — On the day that Afghanistan’s capital fell to the Taliban, delivering the definitive verdict on a war that had lumbered on ambiguously for nearly 20 years, one of the city’s top security officials woke up preparing for battle.

The day before, government forces in the north’s largest city — Mazar-e Sharif, a notorious anti-Taliban stronghold — had surrendered with barely a fight. The same had happened overnight in Jalalabad, the traditional winter home of Afghanistan’s kings and the country’s main gateway to the east.

As dawn broke over the misty mountains that ring the city on Aug. 15, Kabul had suddenly become an island — the last bastion of a government that the United States had supported at a cost of trillions of dollars and thousands of lives. But it was an island that some were still prepared to defend.

Biden’s Travel Agency in Kabul

Twenty years ago when the United States was sucked into the Afghan cesspool, pundits were divided about the ultimate aim of intervention. President George W Bush talked of GWOT (remember the acronym?) or Global War on Terror. His critics argued that, unless it led to nation-building in Afghanistan, the intervention would make no sense.

Two decades later, the intervention has not advanced GWOT, as Islamist terrorism has spread to two dozen countries in Asia and Africa, with sleeper cells in Latin America. As for nation-building, the US has instead ended up with a travel agency based in Kabul airport under an astonishingly incompetent management.

A Little Good News: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could ‘fade into obscurity’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle risk becoming ‘bit players’ like Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson and could ‘fade into obscurity’

A filmmaker with ties to the royal family has claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle risk fading into obscurity – in a similar fashion to Edward and Mrs Simpson.

Nick Bullen, CEO of True Royalty TV, drew comparisons between Prince Harry and his great-great uncle Edward VIII, who abdicated the throne in 1936 and wrote a royal tell-all memoir years later.

Prince Harry is set to release his own book lifting the lid on his life in the royal family next year.

I expect they will fade away, Harry is rapidly exhausting his social capital and frankly people just don’t much care for Markle.

Trudeau’s China ferry deal won’t hold water

The decision by a federal Crown corporation to allow a new, 1,000-passenger ferry to be built largely in China is galling to any Canadian who supports justice, freedom and human rights.

As the Globe and Mail reported this week, Marine Atlantic Inc. awarded a $100-million, five-year contract to Sweden’s Stena North Sea Limited, which subcontracted construction of the vessel to a state-owned Chinese company.

Justin is working hard to appease Canada’s China class.

FBI agent tried to profit financially from knowledge of Michigan governor ‘kidnapping’ plot, defense lawyers claim

FBI agent tried to profit financially from knowledge of Michigan governor ‘kidnapping’ plot, defense lawyers claim

An FBI agent who helped ‘foil’ a plot to abduct Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer may have used his knowledge of the case to lend credibility to his private cyber intelligence company, newly filed court documents allege.

Attorneys for five defendants charged with attempting to kidnap the Democratic governor are seeking information about special agent Jayson Chambers, after a BuzzFeed report claimed that the FBI agent may have published tweets about the undercover operation before it was made public. The foiled kidnapping plot – allegedly hatched in retaliation against Whitmer’s Covid-19 measures – was initially used as evidence of the domestic threat posed by right-wing extremism. But the narrative began to fall apart after it was revealed that at least 12 undercover informants played major roles in the scheme, leading to allegations of entrapment.

Panicking Justin Trudeau counts cost of hypocrisy and hubris

When Justin Trudeau called a risky snap election earlier this month, he said Canadians faced their most consequential choice since 1945 — progress with him at the helm, or a step backwards under the Conservatives.

Amid a fourth wave of the pandemic and a chaotic Afghanistan evacuation, Canadians responded with a collective shrug. Within a week, the prime minister’s five-point poll lead disappeared. Now he is six points behind — his political future in doubt.

Once again, the golden boy of western politics looks chastened, just two years after Canadians re-elected him without a majority. If he loses, it will mark a dismal end for Trudeau, whose ambitious agenda and promises of “sunny ways” saw him catapult the third-placed Liberal Party to a handsome majority in 2015, but who has since been tarnished by ethics scandals, unkept promises and blackface images.

Hurricane Ida winds hit 150 mph ahead of Louisiana strike

Another disaster only Joe can make worse.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Hurricane Ida rapidly grew in strength early Sunday, becoming a dangerous Category 4 hurricane just hours before hitting the Louisiana coast while emergency officials in the region grappled with opening shelters for displaced evacuees despite the risks of spreading the coronavirus.

As Ida moved through some of the warmest ocean water in the world in the northern Gulf of Mexico, its top winds grew by 45 mph (72 kph) to 150 mph (230 kph) in five hours. The system was expected to make landfall Sunday afternoon, set to arrive on the exact date Hurricane Katrina ravaged Louisiana and Mississippi 16 years earlier.
