China is exploiting access to the capitalist economic system to achieve global dominance and ultimately seeks to control the world economy, two former Trump administration China experts warned a congressional commission on Thursday.

Miles Yu, former State Department policy planning official for China, said the U.S. must demand strict reciprocity in dealing with the Chinese Communist Party to level the economic playing field and prevent Beijing from achieving its goals.

‘Most racist paint ever’ reflects 98% of sunlight

‘Pantone 88’

Scientists in the US have developed a paint significantly “whiter than the whitest paint currently available”.

Tests carried out by researchers at Purdue University on their “ultra-white” paint showed it reflected more than 98% of sunlight.

That suggests, the scientists say, that it could help save energy and fight climate change.

Painting “cool roofs” white is an energy-saving approach already being rolled out in some major cities.

FedEx shooter ID’d as 19-year-old Brandon Scott Hole

The man who killed eight people at an Indiana FedEx facility was identified as 19-year-old Brandon Scott Hole — as police revealed there are a “significant” number of Sikh community members who work at the targeted site, according to reports.

Hole was identified by law enforcement sources to NBC News.

Another report only said Hole and his potential for violence were known to local and federal authorities.

Indianapolis FedEx gunman, 19, was an ex-employee who had ‘been fired and previously had a gun seized by police’ before he shot dead eight people and killed himself in a two minute rampage

A police report obtained by WTHR shows authorities were called to Hole’s home in March last year to detain him after he allegedly voiced suicidal ideas after buying a shotgun 24 hours earlier. In that incident, the report said police, who later took Hole to hospital, had ‘seized shotgun from dangerous person’.

Western Fashion Brands Sued for Using Forced Labor in China

Four major European and American apparel and footwear manufacturers have been sued in a French court for allegedly using forced labor in Xinjiang, a mostly Muslim region in northwestern China.

Human rights groups, academic researchers and journalists have increasingly been sounding the alarm that the Chinese government is forcing more than 500,000 Uyghurs and other Muslim ethnic and religious minorities to pick cotton in Xinjiang, one of the largest cotton-producing regions in the world.

Whoever designed those horrid Olympics outfits should be sued. I wonder if they’re made in China?

Florida Gov. DeSantis Says Lockdowns Were a ‘Huge Mistake’

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issued a statewide stay-at-home order on April 1 last year locking down the Sunshine State for 30 days amid a global panic about the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus outbreak. Sitting in his office exactly a year later, he told The Epoch Times that the lockdowns were a “huge mistake,” including in his own state.

“We wanted to mitigate the damage. Now, in hindsight, the 15 days to slow the spread and the 30—it didn’t work,” DeSantis said. “We shouldn’t have gone down that road.”
