Pakistani immigrant arrested with car full of guns, plans to carry out mass shooting— and chilling note about ‘martyrdom’

Luqmaan Khan – Muslim Terrorist

A Pakistani immigrant and University of Delaware student was arrested with a cache of guns, ammunition and body armor, and a manifesto allegedly explaining plans to “kill all” and achieve “martyrdom” with a mass shooting on the school’s campus.

Luqmaan Khan, 25, was arrested just before midnight on Nov. 24 after cops found him in his pickup truck in a park after hours, and decided to search the car when he began acting suspiciously.

Putin rejects Ukraine peace deal after Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner talks

Russia has rejected a revised peace deal to end the war in Ukraine, after five hours of talks between President Putin and US representatives failed to deliver a breakthrough.

The meeting, attended by President Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, came after the Russian president accused European countries of trying to sabotage peace negotiations with “absolutely unacceptable” demands.

In remarks that suggested little hope of imminent progress towards peace, Putin said Russia was “ready” to fight a war in Europe.

Assembly of First Nations calls for withdrawal of Canada-Alberta pipeline deal

Assembly of First Nations chiefs voted unanimously on Tuesday to demand the withdrawal of a new pipeline deal between Canada and Alberta, while expressing full support for First Nations on the British Columbia coast that strongly oppose the initiative.

Hundreds of First Nations leaders are gathered this week in Ottawa for their annual December meeting, where high on the agenda was the federal-provincial memorandum of understanding for a bitumen pipeline to Asian markets announced last week.

The deal contemplates changing the federal ban on oil tanker traffic in northern B.C. waters, but AFN delegates responded by passing an emergency resolution affirming their support for the moratorium.

Ontario isn’t auditing doctors for excessive claims, A-G finds

Ontario’s Auditor-General says the province isn’t auditing doctors whose billings raise obvious red flags, including 82 doctors who claimed to have worked 24 hours or more in a single day, a diagnostic radiologist who billed for an average of 461 patients a day, and an ophthalmologist who billed $6.7-million in one year, more than twice as much as the next highest biller in the specialty.

The same unnamed ophthalmologist has been investigated three times for allegedly charging patients out-of-pocket fees for services that should be free through the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The first review found the doctor wrongly charged patients, a second cleared the ophthalmologist, and a third is ongoing.

I’m betting Doug will pour out another bottle of booze when he hears about this.

The myth of ‘jobs Americans won’t do’

Few slogans in American politics have been repeated as often—or accepted as readily—as the claim that “immigrants do the jobs Americans won’t do.” It is invoked to justify immigration policy, defend wage structures, and explain labor shortages. Yet the statement is misleading. Americans will do those jobs if survival demands it. Immigrants will avoid them if survival does not. The issue is not nationality or culture, but incentives and human nature.

The phrase suggests that American workers are lazy or entitled, unwilling to engage in hard labor, while immigrants are uniquely industrious. But history shows otherwise. Americans have long worked in agriculture, construction, hospitality, and service industries—the very jobs now said to be abandoned. What has changed is not willingness but the incentive structure.

Will the last Briton to leave please turn out the lights?

LAST week was dominated by two events: the latest migration statistics from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), and the Autumn Budget from Rachel Reeves.

While Thursday’s ONS figures show net migration falling to around 204,000 in the year to June 2025, the overall inflow remains very high, with 900,000 visas issued over the same period. Some commentators and politicians claimed victory – saying this was proof that Labour is getting to grips with the migration crisis. But look under the bonnet: what is actually happening is emigration, especially of Britons and EU nationals, flattering the overall net figures.

New Canadian intel report shows 386 kg of fentanyl seized in five-months, with Ontario and B.C. accounting for over 90%

OTTAWA — In less than half a year, a Canadian criminal intelligence report shows, police and partner agencies across the country seized 386 kilograms of fentanyl and analogues in a coordinated national enforcement blitz — with Ontario and British Columbia together accounting for more than 90 per cent of the total.

Border officials stressed they believe the vast majority of the fentanyl seizures were for domestic consumption and not for export to other nations.

Why media men fell hard for trans ideology

Wall of Transgender Heroines

Give men a straightforward threat and they will confront it, often with genuine bravery. Give them something murky or psychological or slow-burning and many slip straight into avoidance. When a situation refuses to make sense, their instinct is to laugh it off; when the laugh fails, they roll their eyes; when that still does not work, they declare the whole thing too trivial to bother with.

San Bernardino Terror Turns Ten

When Kamala Harris joined the Jihad Defense League.

On December 2, 2015, Syed Farook came to work at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, and after a morning meeting slipped out the door. Shortly before 11, Farook returned in a black SUV with wife Tashfeen Malik, and as a first-hand account from the Policing Institute notes, “out of the blue, multiple popping sounds crackled outside.” The black-clad Muslims barged into a room where a holiday party was in progress and began shooting.

Adam Zivo: Ontario is now the ‘wild west’ of ‘safer supply’ drugs

Canadian addiction experts say that Ontario needs to better regulate “safer supply” prescribing, because unscrupulous doctors have been cashing in by opening “electronic pill mills” — video terminals where addicts can receive enormous opioid prescriptions after only a few minutes of remote consultation.

“Safer supply” refers to the practice of prescribing addicts free recreational drugs — typically hydromorphone, a heroin-strength opioid — with minimal supervision under the assumption that this dissuades use of riskier street substances.

Trump unleashes ICE ‘strike teams’ on Somalis in Minnesota after National Guard shooting

Donald Trump has unleashed ICE raids to target Somalian illegal immigrants in Minnesota following the deadly shooting of two National Guard troops in DC.

Strike teams, made up of DHS agents and other federal officers, will be deployed in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Twin Cities region, sources confirmed on Tuesday.

Around 100 officers across the US have been deployed in the new crackdown which comes after the president clashed with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

Why the Great Reset failed

Sleazy is too kind. Every bit as slimy as we imagined.

Technocrats are getting stupider

Only a Dadaist could enjoy the news headlines these days. Rachel Reeves faces accusations of lying about the national finances to justify raising taxes to buy votes, which she has done by penalising those trying to save for their own retirement. Her efforts have also set the graduate loan repayment threshold on track to converge with national minimum wage. The same government has also seen fit to cancel a popular commuter service on the nationalised London to Manchester line, only to admit the train will still run — just without passengers.

Every week is like this. Perhaps we should be used to it by now: the weirdness began in earnest six years ago, when the first Covid cases were reported in Wuhan, China. In short order, this triggered the worldwide lockdowns that forced everyone online, with economies in freefall and cultures into a pervasive state of low-level derangement.

MACLEOD: Pipeline promises, political games: Why Ottawa’s ‘lifeline’ to Alberta oil always ends in betrayal

This latest Canada-Alberta MOU is just another chapter in the same infuriating story we’ve lived through for fifty years: Ottawa dangles a lifeline to the oil patch when it needs votes or headlines, then quietly lets the rope go slack the moment BC coastal outrage or a Vancouver fundraiser kicks in.

Carney forced pension funds to back Canada. What happened next is a warning for Reeves

When Mark Carney declared victory in Canada’s general election, he struck a defiant tone against Donald Trump.

“America wants our land, our resources, our water, our country”, the newly elected prime minister said, before swearing Trump would never “break” Canada.

Since then, Mr Carney has raced to end the country’s historic reliance on the US, launching ambitious domestic economic programmes under his “Canada Strong” spending plans.

One of the most contentious tools available to Mr Carney is the national treasure of Canadian finance: the country’s vast “Maple Eight” pension funds.

I can’t wait for the Repo man to come for all those Elbows.

America’s Poison Melting Pot And The Luxury Of Tolerance

Modern western culture is an absolute anomaly in the history of human civilization. If one studies the principles and doctrines of nearly every other society and empire around the world, you will not find one that allows mass immigration of foreigners with contrary ideologies. You will not find one that allows foreigners to migrate without strict assimilation and loyalty.

From the Arab states, to China, South Korea, and Japan (until recently), to India and beyond, every culture maintains a sense of cultural supremacy. There is an absolute expectation that newcomers will adapt to political policies, belief systems, social norms, etc. Most of the world for thousands of years has operated in this way. Only the modern west deviates and only the west is chastised as “xenophobic” for establishing barriers to foreign influence.
