CNN Trying To Deplatform OAN and Newsmax

“Last weekend, I blogged about CNN targeting cable providers in an effort to get Fox News removed from those services. They’ve now apparently added One America News (OAN) and Newsmax to their cable provider hit list.

CNN’s Oliver Darcy, whom you may recall as playing an integral role in the deplatforming of Alex Jones back in 2018, tweeted about cable companies removing OAN and Newsmax from their services.”

Jamil Jivani: Blackness test for Ottawa grants a throwback to colonialism

For a government so politically correct it borders on comedy, the Trudeau Liberals find themselves in yet another controversy concerning race.

This time, the Support for Black Canadian Communities Initiative is at the centre of the drama. Federal officials sent an email last week rejecting hundreds of organizations that applied for funding. Their email informed some Black community leaders that their organizations are not Black enough to qualify.

Big Plans: Team Biden sets out ambitious policy package for first 10 days in office

Joe Biden, who spent months hunkered down in his basement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is rested and raring to go.

The president-elect takes office at noon on Wednesday, and he’s already got a slew of actions he plans to take on the first days, and in the days that follow.

Ron Klain, who will serve as Biden’s White House chief of staff, wrote in a memo released Saturday that Biden will focus on “the COVID-19 crisis, the resulting economic crisis, the climate crisis, and a racial equity crisis.”

Hey, remember when Trump’s Executive Orders were labelled ‘bypassing democracy’?

Ontario seniors ‘living in fear’ of COVID-19 feel forgotten in vaccine rollout plan

When the first COVID-19 vaccine was approved in Canada, Ketty Samel and her 76-year-old husband Morris believed the end to the long months of isolation was in sight. Since last March, the Thornhill, Ont., couple has been hunkering down in their home.

“We’re living in fear. For me to go to a grocery store right now, I’m in a total sweat. I’m stressed, I walk in and I walk out. I grab whatever I need off the shelves and that’s it.”

Under Ontario’s vaccination rollout plan, Samel, 71, and her husband will be vaccinated in Phase 2 — a phase that could begin as early as March, according to government officials, and will continue through to July. It’s a tiered system by age groups, starting with those 80 years of age or older, then decreasing by five-year increments.

The comments are running from charges of fear porn by the CBC to blame Trudeau and even Harper?!!?

My 95 year Mum has been in hospital since before Christmas, never infected she has yet to be vaccinated despite being held in two weeks of isolation twice because of pandemic outbreaks at the hospitals. She’s in more danger there than at home.

No place for Conservatives in Conservative Party, leader Erin O’Toole says

No place for Conservatives in Conservative Party, leader Erin O’Toole says

OTTAWA — Federal Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole says there is “no place for conservatives” in the party.

O’Toole made the declaration in a statement today in which he lists the numerous ways that he has sought to make the Tories more inclusive and moderate since becoming leader in August.

“Our party believes it’s racist to oppose unwarranted mass immigration that offers no benefit to Canadian citizens. Canada’s oligarchs cry themselves to sleep at night worried they’ll wake up one day and no longer be able to suppress wages” said an impassioned O’Toole.

“And another thing, diversity and multiculturalism are key to our divide and conquer platform, and we model ourselves on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s culture. Conservatives say that’s crazy! We can’t allow haters like that a voice in our party.”

A self-identified Platypussian O’Toole also announced plans to make it mandatory that all citizens carry a government issued Otherkin identity card and floated the idea of making it a hate crime for heterosexuals to refuse the sexual advances of the transgendered at which point the 450 CBC reporters in attendance burst out in cheers.

He also announced a name change to Justin and encourages everyone to buy a cool “Justin” wig or style their own hair to match.

The words “Rescind Keystone XL pipeline permit” appear on a list of executive actions supposedly scheduled for Day 1 of Biden’s presidency.

Trump White House Releases Massive List of Accomplishments Media Ignored for Years

People who hated President Donald Trump’s prolific use of Twitter before the speech Commies at Jack Dorsey’s brainchild banned him likely did not appreciate the fact that it was his way of talking directly to the American people without the manipulating filter of the ‘mainstream’ media.

Though he has been silenced, for now, we have no doubt he’ll be back online somewhere, sooner rather than later. In fact, if we were betting individuals, we’d wager he’s already in talks either with an existing platform or in the process of developing his own.

In any event, speaking of censoring Trump, the media has done a great job of not doing its job and accurately reporting on all of his and his administration’s stunning accomplishments so, true to form, the president is listing them himself.

The New York Times is Now Weirdly Pushing The Idea of Wearing 2 Masks at Once to Combat COVID

Most of us are old enough to remember back to March 2020, less than a year ago. That was a month in which multiple health officials, including U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams, advised against wearing masks to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

“It actually does not help, it’s not been proven to be effective in preventing spread of coronavirus amongst the general public,” Adams said of mask-wearing in an interview with Fox News.
