Christopher Dummitt: Liberals trying to lure Canadians back like a terrible ex

The Liberal campaign in 2025 looks a lot like a bullfight — and the Canadian people are the raging bull.

The party really wants you to focus on its new matador, dressed in his shiny central banker suit, waving around his little red scarf. Except the scarf isn’t red, it’s orange. And it’s emblazoned with Donald Trump’s hate-inducing face.

Bad news if true …

IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION: Is a Secret UFO Program Hidden in the White House?

It’s been around five months since IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION—an alleged covert UFO program—entered the public lexicon.

Publicly, it began with a scoop on 8 October 2024, when investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger revealed details of an alleged shadowy Unacknowledged Special Access Program (uSAP) tasked with tracking advanced craft with extraordinary capabilities.

These were categorised as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and Reproduction Vehicles (RVs)—the former believed to be non-human in origin, the latter tied to foreign states or unknown entities, representing craft reverse-engineered from non-human technology.

According to the report, U.S. military intelligence can distinguish between UAP and RVs.

The implication was staggering: that nations like China or Russia—or even rogue private actors—may have reverse-engineered non-human technology, unlocking game-changing propulsion systems, such as anti-gravitic lift and instantaneous acceleration.

Net zero could make flying ‘something for the privileged’

Net zero could make flying “something for the privileged”, the boss of Qantas has warned.

Vanessa Hudson, the chief executive of the Australian flag-carrier, said the higher costs associated with clean fuel were likely to push up air fares and could put them out of reach of the masses.

Her warning came as the boss of Airbus said net zero would add a “green premium” to plane tickets and reverse the decades-long trend of flying getting cheaper over time.

They don’t want you driving let alone flying, hell being allowed to heat your home is up for debate with the climate loons.

Calls mount for Carney to ask Xi Jinping for permission to fire Liberal candidate who said Conservative should be turned in to earn Chinese bounty

Calls are mounting for Liberal Leader Mark Carney to fire Toronto-area candidate Paul Chiang, who said people should bring a Conservative politician to the local Chinese consulate to collect a bounty on him for criticizing Beijing’s crackdown on Hong Kong.

NDP candidate Jenny Kwan urged Mr. Carney to drop Mr. Chiang for his comments on Conservative candidate Joe Tay. “He advocated for people to bring him to the Chinese consulate to collect the bounty,” Ms. Kwan told reporters Sunday during a campaign event in Port Moody, B.C. “In what universe is this normal?”

Trump-Musk: Revolutionary Method, Restoration Plan

“Why is Donald Trump doing what he is doing?” This is the question raised by European intelligentsia these days as they try to recover from the shock of the American presidential election, which they all believed would be won by the Democrat champion Kamala Harris.

France’s currently fashionable TV philosopher Michel Onfray raises the question in a number of programs, as do op-ed writers in newspapers in London, Brussels and Berlin, and Greek economist Yanis Varoufakis.

Carney Trump Love In?

CARNEY/TRUMP LOVE-IN LOOKS DIRTY AS HELL

“EDITORIAL NOTE: Since we published, political trolls on social media and here have tried to discredit this story with the talking point that Carney was not at Brookfield when this deal was made. We say that in CAPS in the story below but as with all propaganda — the lie is in the twist. I’ve shortened it to fit the SS format better and fixed some typos and done a minor reedit for clarity.”

I always found Kushner off-putting. h/t Mauser and DMB

How Bill Maher Reacted to NPR CEO’s Congressional Hearing Will Probably Shock Libs

The HBO host made these remarks during the Overtime part of Real Time, but one thing was clear: the comedian is in favor of defunding National Public Radio. Bill Maher described the outlet as crazy far-left and ripped apart its CEO, Katherine Maher, no relation, who delivered a most unbelievable congressional testimony this week…

The US firms backing Trump’s fight over trade

Head to the grocery store in the US and the shelves are stocked with jars of St Dalfour strawberry spread and Bonne Maman raspberry preserves – some of the more than $200 million (£154m) in jams that Europe sends to America each year.

But try looking for American-made jelly in Europe, and you’re likely to come up short.

The US exports less than $300,000 (£231,000) in jam each year to the bloc.

It’s an imbalance that US company JM Smucker, one of the biggest sellers of such products in America, blames on a 24%-plus import tax its fruit spreads face in the EU.

Better Canada-U.S. relationship ‘possible’ if Trump likes Carney, but don’t ‘over-conclude’ based on one call, John Bolton says

Former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton is cautioning not to read too much into the more positive tone struck by U.S. President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Mark Carney following Friday’s phone call between the two, but said if the commander-in-chief is a fan of the Liberal leader, a smoother bilateral relationship could be possible.

“I don’t think you should over-conclude on the basis of one telephone call, but both sides tried to give a positive reading to it,” Bolton said in an interview on CTV Power Play with Vassy Kapelos, when asked how much Canadians should read into Trump’s apparent change in tone.

The New York Times Drops a Massive Truth Bomb on the Democrats

The New York Times editorial board just discovered what conservatives have been saying for years: the Democratic Party is completely out of touch with everyday Americans.

It’s a stunning rebuke from a paper that typically carries the water for Dems. The Times finally admitted the obvious: Democrats’ obsession with identity politics and their “scolding, censorious posture” have driven voters straight into Republicans’ arms.

Bloc unveils no-pipeline platform as federalist parties rise in Quebec

QUEBEC CITY – The Bloc Québécois platform, unveiled Saturday, brings back the word “independence.” It’s only used once, but the spirit is clear.

The Bloc’s 35 pages of proposals are “made out of love for our nation, but also out of duty” to “build the Quebec of tomorrow: an independent Quebec,” it reads.

Yet, today’s Quebec seems to be looking somewhere else to park its vote, and Bloc Québécois leader Yves-François Blanchet senses it. He hears it on the ground: Quebecers are overwhelmingly leaning toward the Liberals. Some are looking to vote Conservative.
