NATO chief not denying Trudeau said Canada won’t ever meet defence spending target

OTTAWA – NATO’s Secretary General is not denying that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau privately told the alliance Canada will never meet a defence spending target of two per cent of GDP.

“I’m talking and I’m consulting and I’m meeting with heads of state and government, prime ministers and presidents, across the lines almost every week,” Jens Stoltenberg said in a Canadian exclusive interview on CTV’s Power Play with Vassy Kapelos Tuesday. “There’s no way I can continue to sit down, discuss, with them if I start to report from each and every of those conversations.”

‘Anti-Homophobia’ Event Disrupted by Muslim Students

In spite of the video evidence available to them, mainstream Belgian media kept mum about the profile of the assailants and the revealing chant (“Allahu akbar”) they uttered.

A school event against ‘homophobia’ and assorted ‘phobia’ offshoots in Genk, Belgium, was violently disrupted last week.

On Thursday, May 11th, a large group of students from the trade school ‘Atlas College Techniek & Innovatie’ shouted the Muslim phrase “Allahu akbar,” (God is great), with some assaulting two city employees and a volunteer from an LGBT advocacy group, operation OGWA (Ook Genks Wel Anders), who were there to mark the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia (IDAHOT), which is celebrated on May 17th.

Gotta love the media.

It sounds good, but tougher bail laws and more cops won’t improve public safety

The body count in recent months has been grim and frightening.

Reported crime on Toronto’s transit system increased to more than 1,000 incidents in 2022, up 60 per cent since 2019, even while ridership has declined 30 per cent.

And this was before 16-year-old Gabriel Magalhaes was stabbed to death at a TTC subway station by an unhoused man with many assault convictions who was on probation. It was the fourth homicide on the transit system in less than a year. Nationally, nine police officers have been killed in the line of duty over the same time period.

May cause a rise in blood pressure.

Canada is getting played by Stellantis, but we asked for it

Ottawa and Queen’s Park are getting played by Stellantis but you can’t say they didn’t ask for it. By deciding to engage in a subsidy war with the United States, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ontario Premier Doug Ford ensured they would be held for ransom.

Politically, they have no choice now but to pay up. Mr. Ford and Mr. Trudeau have boasted so much about attracting electric-vehicle investments, they would both lose face if Stellantis packed up its marbles. They may argue in public over who should pay most of the ransom to prevent Stellantis from cancelling plans to build a $5-billion electric-vehicle battery plant in Windsor, Ont. But none of that will matter in the end.

Neither Ford nor Junior will lose any sleep over this heinous waste of tax payer money.

Six on FBI terror watchlist arrested on US border in two days – bringing 2023 total to 88

Six potential terrorists were detained by border patrol as they tried to illegally enter the US from Mexico on Friday and Saturday – marking 88 people on the same FBI watchlist nabbed on the border in 2023.

Five men were caught trying to cross the border between official points of entry by Arizona border patrol in the Tucson Sector on Saturday, according to a report by Breitbart. At least one of the men was a Pakistani national, according to the Washington Examiner.

All were found to be non-US citizens who were on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Dataset which records known or suspected terrorists, or associates of both.

Leading member of San Fran reparations task force now suggests taxing BILLIONAIRES to fund payments of up to $5M to every black person in the city

A leading member of San Francisco’s reparations task force has suggested taxing billionaires to fund payments of $5million for every black resident.

The Rev. Amos Brown, who has led Third Baptist Church in the Fillmore district since 1976, said he was ‘very, very cautiously optimistic’ that officials will enact some form of reparations.

‘Of all these billionaires in San Francisco, you could establish a reparations fund,’ he told The New York Times.

GUNTER: Electric vehicles leave taxpayers on the hook

I’ve always believed the difference between the cost of a government subsidy and the value of the project it is subsidizing is nothing more than a political premium – the price the government of the day is willing to pay to bring an uneconomical project to a riding or region the ruling party feels is important to its re-election.

IRS, DOJ Clam Up About Whistleblower’s Allegations That He and His Team Have Been Purged From Hunter Biden Case

The IRS is declining to comment on explosive allegations from an anonymous IRS whistleblower that he and his team have been booted off the investigation into whether Hunter Biden cheated on his taxes. The whistleblower claims his defenestration came due to pressure from the Department of Justice.

It’s now unclear if the IRS is still investigating President Biden’s troubled son at all. A spokesman for the IRS told the Sun that he “cannot answer” whether the investigation continues. The Department of Justice did not respond to a request for comment.

The Durham Report Leaves No Doubt: The FBI Is A Mortal Threat To Democracy

Imagine someone told you that in the run-up to a U.S. presidential election, the FBI tried to undermine a candidate at the behest of the opposing campaign by cooking up a false narrative of collusion with Moscow.

And let’s say this conspiracy implicated not just the FBI but also the White House, Justice Department, and CIA — and that nearly the entire corporate press went along with it, gleefully spreading the false narrative that this candidate was a Russian agent, running story after story of fabricated nonsense in a coordinated effort to ensure the opposing candidate won.

Chinese Fifth Column USA

Chinese entries through our southern border are up 900%.

When the winds of war are blowing as they are now, it is essential to recognize new developments and extraordinary activities by the enemy.

Since Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021, most Americans have been dumbfounded by his open border policy and its administration by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who has continued to gaslight us with the claim right up to the present that, “the southern border is secure.” In fact, the records show anything but a secure border. In just 28 months since Biden’s inauguration, over six million illegal aliens have entered the United States—including criminals, terrorists, and human, child, sex and lethal drug trafficking cartels—all of whom put enormous burden on American schools, health care facilities and law enforcement.

John Kerry would love for farmers to stop farming

John Kerry – Lunatic

Special presidential envoy for climate John Kerry recently warned that the world can’t tackle climate change without first addressing emissions from agriculture.

Kerry noted that agricultural production is responsible for roughly one third of the world’s total greenhouse gas emissions and argued that reducing those emissions must be “front and center” in the quest to defeat global warming. Kerry made the remarks at the Department of Agriculture’s AIM (Agriculture Innovation Mission) for Climate Summit in Washington, D.C.

Hollywood writers will lose their war on AI

Writers’ strikes are expensive bad news for almost everyone

It’s a cliché of publishing that men over the age of forty only read military history. In my case it’s not entirely true: I still occasionally squeeze in the odd novel, some politics, even poetry if I’ve drunk too much sweet wine. But it’s true enough that my mind is probably over-furnished with historical military examples, metaphors and allusions. And for the last week I’ve been trying to find the correct analogy, from the annals of war, to characterize the battle recently joined by the Writers Guild of America.

You Will Be Poorer and Like It!

People have to accept that inflation has made them poorer.

At least that’s what an economist for the Bank of England recently said. Central bankers and politicians in America won’t articulate this, but it’s true, nevertheless.

Inflation has robbed Americans of their earnings and savings, but that wealth didn’t just disappear. No, it was transferred to the government.
