Elementary school bans white students from ‘safe space’ club

A local elementary school has a student club that excludes students based on their race, according to a parent.

Centennial Elementary in Olympia established a 5th-grade BIPOC (“Black, Indigenous, People of Color”) student group that the principal says excludes white students, according to a screenshot of an email shared with the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH. The email, which the district has confirmed is real, shows principal Shannon Ritter admitting the “group is limited to students who identify as BIPOC.” The club meets once a week during their lunch period, and the school is reportedly in the early stages for an additional “BIPOC-only” student group for 4th graders.

Green Fail: Dozens of Scottish Windmills Powered by Diesel Generators

Scotland’s green-obsessed left-separatist government has been left with egg on its face by revelations that dozens of gigantic onshore wind turbines are having to be hooked up to diesel generators, leaking thousands of litres of hydraulic oil into the countryside.

Wind Turbines Taller Than the Statue of Liberty Are Falling Over

On a calm, sunny day last June, Mike Willey was feeding his cattle when he got a call from the local sheriff’s dispatcher. A motorist had reported that one of the huge turbines at a nearby wind farm had collapsed in dramatic fashion. Willey, chief of the volunteer fire department in Ames, 90 miles northwest of Oklahoma City, set out to survey the scene.

How ‘The Collective Voice of the Muslim World’ Weaponizes the UN against Israel

It is already a tired truism to say that the United Nations has a distinctly anti-Israel bias. The US became exasperated with this laser-like focus and, in unequivocal condemnation of the agency, withdrew from the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in 2018 and, for the same reason, from UNESCO the following year.

Predictably, a UN Committee on the Status of Women resolution singled out Israel as the only state in the world to be condemned for violations of women’s rights, as well.

Balloon Incident Reveals More Than Spying as Competition With China Intensifies

It may be months before American intelligence agencies can compare the audacious flight of a Chinese surveillance balloon across the country to other intrusions on America’s national security systems, to determine how it ranks.

After all, there is plenty of competition.

There was the theft of the designs of the F-35 about 15 years ago, enabling the Chinese air force to develop its own look-alike stealth fighter, with Chinese characteristics.

There was the case of China’s premier hacking team lifting the security clearance files for 22 million Americans from the barely secured computers of the Office of Personnel Management in 2015. That, combined with stolen medical files from Anthem and travel records from Marriott hotels, has presumably helped the Chinese create a detailed blueprint of America’s national security infrastructure.

Jamie Sarkonak: Liberal-funded ‘misinformation’ study itself full of misinformation

If someone told you that that misinformation killed 2,800 Canadians based on a single opinion poll by Abacus Data, would you believe them? I would have a hard time buying it.

Last week, a report by the Council of Canadian Academies (CCA) made the brash claim that misinformation killed 2,800 Canadians during nine months of the COVID-19 pandemic. The model behind this figure assumed that belief in misinformation caused most cases of non-vaccination. It was too simplistic to be useful, but that didn’t really matter — the feds produced yet another expert-backed report that connected the word “misinformation” with death and fear that would stoke hysteria in the press .

Gee a Liberal funded “academy” writes a report favourable to the LPC agenda. Imagine that.

Zombie Nation: Harrowing images lay bare the crippling drug crisis ravaging America’s communities

The numbers are horrifying, but drug overdose death statistics can’t fully convey the crisis ravaging America, so DailyMail.com has documented the suffering in some of the worst-affected communities.

There were 107,622 deaths from drug overdoses in the US in 2021, an increase of nearly 15 percent from the year prior, and shocking national trends show few signs of the crisis abating.

Just two milligrams of fentanyl – the amount that fits on the top of a pencil tip – is deadly. Despite successful nationwide stings to bust dealers, authorities admit there’s no end in sight for the epidemic.

As a US Navy fighter pilot, I witnessed unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). Congress must reveal the truth to the American people

As a former U.S. Navy F/A-18 fighter pilot who witnessed unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) on a regular basis, let me be clear. The U.S. government, former presidents, members of Congress of both political parties and directors of national intelligence are trying to tell the American public the same uncomfortable truth I shared: Objects demonstrating extreme capabilities routinely fly over our military facilities and training ranges. We don’t know what they are, and we are unable to mitigate their presence.

Graves now has his own podcast.

Migrants abandon NYC for Canada with taxpayer-funded bus tickets

Disgruntled migrants fed up with the Big Apple’s crime and grime are taking off to the Great White North — on bus rides paid for by New York taxpayers, The Post has learned.

National Guard soldiers have been helping distribute tickets at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan to migrants who want to head upstate before crossing into Canada, several migrants said.

Venezuelan native Raymond Peña and his family arrived at a gas station bus stop in Plattsburgh, NY — about 20 miles south of the Canadian border — at 4 a.m. Sunday.

Colby Cosh: Disabled man solved homelessness with trailer home. The government would have none of it

No doubt everyday journalism has lost much of its power to shock the conscience in a world in which everyone’s a victim one way or another. But I unexpectedly found my hackles still functioning when I read in Nova Scotia’s ancient Chronicle Herald about the predicament of Robert Antle, a resident of Upper Stewiacke.

This solution works for those who can make it work.

Unfortunately most of the homeless crisis is in fact a mental illness and drug abuse crisis.

Cory Morgan: A Dangerous Double Standard Appears to Be at Play in Canada’s Justice System

As criminal justice cases related to the COVID-19 pandemic and citizens’ responses to it make their way through Canada’s agonizingly slow justice system, a disturbing trend of possible judicial bias appears to be emerging. The double standard being applied to prosecutions linked to any form of protests against pandemic restrictions is stark and disturbing. The examples are growing.

In a recent article in the Western Standard, it was reported that Crown counsel would not approve the pursuit of charges against a man who used a bicycle as a weapon and attacked a vehicle and the passenger inside it during a protest against pandemic mandates on March 28, 2021. The B.C. prosecution service told the Standard they determined a conviction wouldn’t be likely in the case.

Pro-war ‘ultra-patriots’ may overthrow President Putin

A prominent Russian MP has claimed there is a growing danger that “ultra-patriots” might attempt to overthrow President Putin because of discontent over the army’s failures in Ukraine.

Oleg Matveychev, a member of the pro-government United Russia party who has also worked as a spin doctor, said that ardent supporters of the war in Ukraine posed the greatest threat to Putin’s rule.

“The situation is not so critical yet, but 2023 will be very dangerous,” Matveychev said in an online video interview.

Canada sends 1 military aircraft into Haiti’s skies as gang violence escalates

OTTAWA – Canada has sent one of its military planes to Haiti to help the country cope with escalating violence.

A joint statement today from National Defence Minister Anita Anand and Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly says Canada has deployed a CP-140 Aurora aircraft to help “disrupt the activities of gangs” in Haiti.

Gang violence has become a reality for those living in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince since last summer, with hundreds having reportedly been kidnapped and killed.

I hope it doesn’t break down.
