Dirty Rotten Bidens

Hunter is the very apotheosis of the spoiled, useless princeling.

The other day I ran across the 1998 movie Dirty Rotten Scoundrels while flipping channels and watched it for the first time in years. It’s a lighthearted romp, as they say, about two canny con men played with wit and panache by Michael Caine and Steve Martin. Together, they accumulate riches by bilking dim heiresses in a fictional French Riviera town based on Saint-Tropez or Cannes. Watching the movie, I found myself thinking: hmm, whom does this remind me of? Then it hit me: of course! Who else? Joe and Hunter Biden.

Poll: Nearly half of Americans say Olympians should not use Games to make political statements

Almost half of U.S. adults — 46% — say athletes at the Summer Olympic Games should not be permitted to “publicly engage in protests, such as displaying political messaging in signs or armbands, kneeling, disrupting medal ceremonies or making political hand gestures.”

That’s the key finding of an Economist/YouGov poll of 1,500 U.S. adults conducted July 24-27.

When child abuse was avant-garde

The prominence of pedophilia in Sixties and Seventies thought

Last month the New Yorker published an essay about a grotesque experiment that took place in West Germany in the 1970s, in which young boys who had been taken from, or abandoned by, their parents were placed with known pedophiles.

It was no accident. It was quite deliberate. The powerful sexologist Helmet Kentler believed that pedophilic guardianship would foster an open and unashamed attitude towards sex that would preclude the development of fascistic attitudes. As the New Yorker says:

’Kentler’s goal was to develop a child-rearing philosophy for a new kind of German man. Sexual liberation, he wrote, was the best way to “prevent another Auschwitz.”’

Israel, UK, US say Iran behind tanker bombing, plan response

The US, UK and Israel are all certain Iran is behind the attack on the Mercer Street ship and plan to work on a joint response to it.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab all made statements that Iran was behind Friday’s deadly bombing off the coast of Oman, hours after Iran denied involvement, a move that the prime minister called “cowardly.”

AOC Won’t Defund Her Own Security Detail

Every leftist policy is about enhancing the power and privilege of its class while depriving everyone else of their existing way of life.

You will pay more for food, be unable to heat your home, or drive to work. Crime will overrun your community while the police are defunded, but the key police defunders will have the best security in the world.

Study by the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) finds there is no Muslim anti-semitism on any social media platform!

A ‘safe space for racists’: antisemitism report criticises social media giants

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok failing to act on most reported anti-Jewish posts, says study

There has been a serious and systemic failure to tackle antisemitism across the five biggest social media platforms, resulting in a “safe space for racists”, according to a new report.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok failed to act on 84% of posts spreading anti-Jewish hatred and propaganda reported via the platforms’ official complaints system.

Researchers from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), a UK/US non-profit organisation, flagged hundreds of antisemitic posts over a six-week period earlier this year. The posts, including Nazi, neo-Nazi and white supremacist content, received up to 7.3 million impressions.

Well this is an interesting study by the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH). Evidently there is no Muslim anti-semitism to be found on any social media platform!

In fact Muslim anti-semitism and the activity of the “Anti-Zionist” left have simply ceased to exist on all platforms!

It’s all Nazis all the time!

Isn’t it amazing!

Isn’t it convenient that this study came out so soon after Hamas launched rocket attacks on Israel from Gaza and all social media platforms boiled over with Islamist and leftist Jew hate?

Perhaps Imran Ahmed, CEO of CCDH, can explain that! Or maybe his pals at the Southern Poverty Law Center could.

Read the report.

People who don’t wear masks are ‘encroaching on others’ individual rights’: Fauci defends new CDC mask guidance for the vaccinated as he warns things are ‘going to get worse’ with COVID

Dr Anthony Fauci has warned of ‘some pain and suffering in the future’ as coronavirus cases continue to rise, but said that he does not see the need for new lockdowns.

‘I don’t think we’re going to see lockdowns,’ Fauci told Jonathan Karl of ABC’s This Week on Sunday. ‘I think we have enough of the percentage of people in the country – not enough to crush the outbreak – but I believe enough to allow us to not get into the situation we were in last winter.’

The nation’s top infectious disease expert warned, however, that ‘things are gonna get worse’ and the number of COVID-19 cases will continue to rise because so many Americans are still unvaccinated.

GUNTER: The road to victory for Liberals is wide open

There have been a rash of columns lately across the nation cautioning Justin Trudeau and the Liberals not to assume a majority is in the bag if they call an early election.

Of course, nothing in politics is certain. But if Liberal supporters can’t be pried away from their party over the SNC-Lavalin scandal, in which their party leader openly tried to undermine the justice system; if they can’t see through Trudeau’s blackface antics or his corruption in the WE Charities or his economic incompetence and fiscal ineptitude, what gives the Conservatives, NDP and Bloc any hope they might use the pandemic, for instance, to demonstrate how unfit Trudeau is to govern?

‘It’s quite feasible to start a war’: just how dangerous are ransomware hackers?

Secretive gangs are hacking the computers of governments, firms, even hospitals, and demanding huge sums. But if we pay these ransoms, are we creating a ticking time bomb?

They have the sort of names that only teenage boys or aspiring Bond villains would dream up (REvil, Grief, Wizard Spider, Ragnar), they base themselves in countries that do not cooperate with international law enforcement and they don’t care whether they attack a hospital or a multinational corporation. Ransomware gangs are suddenly everywhere, seemingly unstoppable – and very successful.

‘Batman’ Cartoonist Frank Miller Canceled From Comic Convention For ‘Anti-Muslim Hate’

Comic book artist Frank Miller, whose credits include Batman: The Dark Knight Returns and Sin City, was all set to appear at the Thought Bubble Yorkshire Comic Art Festival this November in England; in fact, he was listed first among the luminaries who were set to attend. But now he has been dropped and the great minds behind Thought Bubble have apologized for ever inviting him, because, you see, he has committed an unpardonable sin: fifteen years ago, he wrote something that some people have taken as negative toward the Left’s favored religion, Islam.

Alberta government receives Steve Allan’s final report on inquiry into oil & gas critics

… Kenney recently said he was not surprised eco-groups are criticizing the inquiry as unfair and tilted toward a prejudged outcome.

“They don’t want the public to realize they have been receiving massive amounts of money from foreign sources to shut down the largest job-creating industry in Canada,” Kenney said on July 22.

“They don’t want the disinfectant of transparency to come down on them. That’s why they went to court. Thankfully, the Court of Queen’s Bench threw their case out.”

Turkey: Arbitrary Arrests, Kidnappings, Torture in Prison

Turkey’s government continues the systematic targeting and persecution of those perceived as “enemies” of the government.

Ayşe Özdoğan, suffering from stage-4 maxillary sinus cancer and one of the tens of thousands of Turkey’s victims, was convicted of being a supporter of a movement led by Fethullah Gülen, a Muslim cleric self-exiled to Pennsylvania. The government of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan calls Gülen’s movement a “terrorist organization” and accuses it of carrying out an attempted coup d’état in 2016.
