Drones were spotted flying over the U.S. air base at Ramstein in Germany in early December, a spokesperson for the U.S. Air Force said on Friday.
There were ‘no impacts to base residents, facilities, or assets,’ the spokesperson said. ‘In concert with host nation authorities, we continue to monitor the airspace to ensure safety and security of the community.
A security source told Reuters that German authorities had not traced the operators of the drones, but had ruled out the possibility that the drones were operated by amateurs.

The Capitol Police confirmed to The Daily Wire that officers arrested 33-year-old James McIntyre of Illinois on Tuesday evening for assaulting a U.S. representative. McIntyre now faces charges of assaulting a government official, according to authorities.
Hundreds of farmers rallied in central London on Wednesday, voicing their opposition to Labour’s planned changes to inheritance tax, which threaten the survival of family farms. A convoy of tractors, many adorned with Union flags and placards reading “No farmers, no food” and “Save British Farming,” filled the streets around Parliament Square in a loud and defiant demonstration.

“There is no conceivably appropriate factual or constitutional basis for what Donald Trump is suggesting — a Justice Department investigation of the work of a congressional committee — and any lawyer who attempts to pursue that course would quickly find themselves engaged in sanctionable conduct,” Cheney claimed.

The behavior of a researcher funded by the National of Institutes of Health, in hiding the results of a long-running study on the effects of puberty blockers on children, already has been called out by U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. In his recent letter to NIH Director Dr. Monica Bertagnolli, Rubio drew specific attention to an NIH-funded study by Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, of the Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Despite the Obama administration’s decision to support Olson-Kennedy’s study more than nine years ago, the findings have yet to be released, allegedly out of fear of the political repercussions.
