Leaders’ Debates Commissioner David Johnston has confirmed that leaders of five political parties will be invited to participate in the upcoming election debates – but People’s Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier is not among them.
The leaders of the Bloc Québécois, Conservative Party of Canada, Green Party of Canada, Liberal Party of Canada and New Democratic Party met the criteria to take part.

PPC leader Maxime Bernier announced on Monday that the PPC will be campaigning on the same platform they did in the 2019 federal election, which includes a promise to not introduce any new government spending programs.
Maxime Bernier and I follow each other, but I’m not allowed to like this tweet.
The vaccinated and the unvaccinated should all oppose #VaccinePassports.
Everybody’s basic freedoms will be destroyed if we become a surveillance and police state.

Stopping in North Bay this weekend as part of his northeastern Ontario tour, People’s Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier took aim at “COVID-19 hysteria” and called on the crowd of about 100 people to speak in defence of their values.
In this video I got a chance to personally sit down with the leader of the PPC party Maxime Bernier to discuss his intentions moving forward in this political mess that the Liberal party of Canada has created. Our liberties and Canadian way of life is under massive threat. Is Maxime Bernier a potential PART FIX to our problem? You decide.
If you thought this crisis was finally over, think again.
Trudeau has signed an agreement with Pfizer to provide millions of doses of ‘booster vaccines’ to be administered every year until at least 2024. We’re going to have PERMANENT #covid hysteria. pic.twitter.com/Eakj8aAdOB

YouTube took down one of our videos about a freedom rally last week. Twitter keeps shadow banning this account. And now the censors at Facebook are warning users about our content. Did they all get orders from Ottawa to silence me and the PPC? pic.twitter.com/jPcQLetGy2

This occurred in the Niagara region where many who work in rural areas have been affected by the lockdown. People are frustrated and angry.
Below are clips of PPC candidate and local businessman, Peter Taras, hosting a speech on his property and the reaction of the crowd to the police presence there:

Conservatives in Canada who tolerate lockdowns, believe the debate over climate change is over, think it ok to cancel those who disagree with them, and love to hear empty platitudes from their leaders have their guy in Erin O’Toole, leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.
Other conservatives—the freedom-loving, political-correctness-hating, free-market kind—will soon be rethinking Maxime Bernier, the former MP who left the Conservative party in disgust three years ago to start the rival People’s Party of Canada.
If “Free Market” means more bad “Free Trade Deals” count me out.
I called it the day after he was elected leader. @erinotoole is a flip-flopping, centre-left Red Tory. His ‘true blue’ mask has fallen. He’s quickly losing support.
DON’T SPLIT THE VOTE.

Anyone politically-engaged in Canada is familiar with this narrative; the PPC is Maxime Bernier’s vengeance-vehicle against the Conservative Party. The continued existence of the PPC destroys right-wing unity in Canada and will allow the Liberals to govern unchallenged as long as the PPC takes votes away from the CPC. It’s Reform all over again!
