A Maryland factory worker accused of killing three coworkers and injuring two other people in a Thursday shooting was charged with dozens of felonies, including murder, authorities said Friday.
Joe Louis Esquivel, 23, of Hedgesville, WV, was hit with a slew of murder, attempted murder, assault and weapons charges in connection with the Smithsburg massacre, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
He was behind bars with no bond Friday night, officials said.

TORONTO – As many motorists fill their tanks in increments in an effort to save on gas, some are being left stranded or forced to abandon their vehicles as soaring gas prices leave their wallets and tanks empty.
Paula Guitar, who was on her way to Newmarket, Ont. to care for her ill mother, told CTV News that she ran out of gas in the middle of her drive. Guitar ended up using her actual guitar to busk for enough funds to get to her destination.
“A lot of people are driving on $20 worth of gas,” Brian Patterson, the president of the Ontario Safety League, told CTV News. “When they run out of gas … you can imagine today on the 400 somebody runs out of gas in the middle lane.”

Proving that 24-year-old Mohammad Moiz Omar committed a terror offence when he allegedly attacked worshippers at the Dar Al-Tawheed Islamic Centre earlier this year will require prosecutors to argue a complex and “rarely used” clause in the Criminal Code. “Starting on June 16th, Public Health Ontario (PHO) will move to weekly reporting and will publish the latest COVID-19 data each Thursday,” Ministry of Health spokesperson Alexandra Hilkene said in a statement issued on Friday afternoon.

OTTAWA – Canada’s chief public health officer said Friday there were 112 cases of monkeypox across Canada and all of those infected were male.
There were 98 cases in Quebec, nine in Ontario, four in Alberta and one in British Columbia, with other suspected cases being investigated, Dr. Theresa Tam told a briefing.
Tam said the National Advisory Committee on Immunization recommends that people who may be at high risk of exposure get vaccinated.

Protest organizing group Shut Down D.C. plans to block access to the Supreme Court in Washington on June 13.
In online meeting footage obtained by The Epoch Times, the group announced that it planned to seal off all three vehicle entrances to the court so that justices can’t get there and announce a decision that might overturn Roe v. Wade.

The Uvalde School Police Chief widely blamed for the disastrous cop handling of the massacre at an elementary school has revealed he intentionally ditched his radios because he thought they would ‘slow him down’, and said he didn’t know he was in charge of the operation.
Pete Arredondo was in charge of the tiny school police force in the Uvalde Consolidated School district when gunman Salvador Ramos opened fire in Robb Elementary School on May 24.
He has been widely blamed for not responding to the shooting more promptly, and Texas officials even said he gave directives to cops telling them not to try to breach the classroom where Ramos had barricaded himself inside with kids.

Ask why schools are targets and why the government has done essentially nothing since Columbine to protect schoolchildren. Hint: because dead kids promote national gun confiscation. The gun grabbers are using massacres of children to promote their flawed and anti-Constitutional anti-gun agenda.
