Transgender rights case lands at U.S. Supreme Court amid debate over ban on medical treatments for minors

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments Wednesday in just its second major transgender rights case, which is a challenge to a Tennessee law that bans gender-affirming care for minors.

The justices’ decision, not expected for several months, could affect similar laws enacted by another 25 states and a range of other efforts to regulate the lives of transgender people, including which sports competitions they can join and which bathrooms they can use.

The Point of No Return

This is an election year. But the issues this year are not about Democrats and Republicans. The big issue is whether this nation has degenerated to a point of no return — a point where we risk destroying ourselves, before our enemies can destroy us.

If there is one moment that symbolized our degeneration, it was when an enraged mob gathered in front of the Supreme Court and a leader of the United States Senate shouted threats against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying “You won’t know what hit you!”

There have always been irresponsible demagogues. But there was once a time when anyone who shouted threats to a Supreme Court Justice would see the end of his own political career, and could not show his face in decent society again.

You either believe in laws or you believe in mob rule. It doesn’t matter whether you agree with the law or agree with the mob on some particular issue. If threats of violence against judges — and publishing where a judge’s children go to school — is the way to settle issues, then there is not much point in having elections or laws.

Well-Known Trans Educator Tweets Bloodthirsty SCOTUS Assassination Challenge

An unhinged transgender activist is still allowed to tweet despite having encouraged the assassinations of conservative Supreme Court justices following the landmark reversal of Roe v. Wade last week.

Abortion superfan Eli Erlick, a man who identifies as a woman, has not been punished by Twitter despite having tweeted “Supreme Court assassination challenge” on June 24 in response to the high court’s sage decision to relegate abortion as a states’ rights issue, pursuant to the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The Global Climate Agenda Suffers a Major Setback — But the Supreme Court Signals Worst is Yet to Come for Biden’s Green Energy Push

As America surged past a $5 national average for a gallon of gasoline, the Biden administration has proposed ethanol as a solution. The Environmental Protection Agency earlier waived a limitation on ethanol in gasoline blends due to its association with leading to more smog at higher temperatures.

But as Biden lauds the potential of ethanol and other biofuels, notably amidst a major surge in food prices, there are official studies that connect ethanol not only to more pollution, but also to higher carbon emissions.

The global environmental agenda is reflective of Western elites inventing a ‘first work problem’ that can be jettisoned at the first sign of trouble. It makes for a ‘holy cause’ that secular progressives can invoke at cocktail parties, before setting off in their gas-guzzling limousines on the way to their private jets.

When the green cause threatens the economic fortunes or political survival of elites, it becomes an easy thing to be jettisoned in favor of a more pragmatic approach. If there’s any real pain or need for sacrifice, the elites betray that they don’t really believe in the green agenda. The ruling class would behave much differently if they believed the fate of the world hung in the balance. It’s just a cynical means to their political ends.

Yet the worst may be yet to come for the Biden climate agenda. The Supreme Court is poised to hand down a decision that could negatively affect the authority of the EPA to regulate the ‘climate.’ That ruling could be handed down as soon as Monday.

Socialist Reddit group posts home addresses of Supreme Court justices, discusses hunting them down at their churches. TikTok user hint at using pipe bombs in retaliation to Roe v. Wade reversal.

One of the top posts in a socialist subreddit featured the addresses of Supreme Court justices that voted to overturn Roe v. Wade. The Reddit users in the anti-capitalist group discussed hunting down Supreme Court justices at their churches and possibly sending them mail bombs.

The alarming threats were made in r/WorkersStrikeBack – a self-described “leftist, anti-capitalist, socialist subreddit that is dedicated to support worker strikes, protests and unions all over the world, address the obvious problems related to an average worker’s workplace, offer advice to a fellow worker struggling with their workplace problems and mock or satirize any kind of anti-worker sentiment.”

Top Democrats Float An Insanely Stupid And Dangerous Idea To Ignore Scotus Ruling On Roe

The reality is setting in among pro-abortion zealots that they don’t have the power to simply override the landmark Supreme Court ruling to overrule Roe v. WadeThat dropped to Friday. This means that the big brains have come up with new ideas in order to attempt to reduce and circumvent it.

One such idea is rising to the top of the discussion, and it’s as insanely stupid as you’d imagine. You’ll also be less than shocked to learn it’s being pushed by intellectual titans like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Daniel Goldman, the latter of which was the main Democrat lawyer in Trump’s first impeachment.

“They’re Threatening to Burn Down the Supreme Court – Police Left Area Before Announcement”

Domestic terrorists have threatened to burn down the Supreme Court and have promised a Day of Rage, which will last weeks and will be responsible for countless crimes. How do I know this? They are Democrats and that’s what they do. But, will the Biden Caliphate prosecute them? Be serious now. Guilty Democrats get set free, it’s innocent Republicans who get charged with crimes.

Activists Plan to Block Entrances and ‘Shut Down’ Supreme Court to Prevent Expected Roe v. Wade Ruling

Protest organizing group Shut Down D.C. plans to block access to the Supreme Court in Washington on June 13.

In online meeting footage obtained by The Epoch Times, the group announced that it planned to seal off all three vehicle entrances to the court so that justices can’t get there and announce a decision that might overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Goal is to create a decision dilemma, presenting the court, Congress, and law enforcement [and the political leaders that oversee them] with three unacceptable [to them] options,” a video slide made by the activists reads.
