Viral Video of a ‘Racist’ Police Officer ‘Planting Evidence’ Gets Blown Up

Yesterday, social media sites exploded over a viral video that purported to show a white police officer “planting evidence” in a black driver’s car. This led to an intense mob atmosphere that targeted the officer in question. He was eventually doxxed as has become the trend in these situations. The obvious point meant to be gleaned from the video was that the officer is a racist and police are unfairly abusing black people.

A Detroit woman said she was temporarily banished from Facebook for “hate speech” after participating in a time-honored tradition: commenting on a meme labeling the opposite sex as “dumb.”

“At first I thought it was a joke [and] I’m like yeah right I’m blocked … what?” Candace King told Fox News of her social media timeout, which allegedly occurred after she participated in a thread entitled “why men are so dumb.”

China’s Vice Foreign Minister Xie Feng said relations had reached a “stalemate” because the US saw China as an “imagined enemy”.

He is in talks with Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, the most senior US official to visit China in months.

Mr Biden has taken a hard-line approach towards China, especially on issues like human rights and sanctions.

What Does China Have on Dr. Fauci?

… Communist China’s atrocities are not a secret. They’ve been documented for the better part of a century. Yet, Fauci apparently has no qualms whatsoever with sending the CCP money and trusting their proclamations despite their horrific track record. That becomes even more egregious when you consider the lies China has been caught in regarding COVID-19, from the initial cover-up to the denial of its transmissibility to Chinese authorities now trying to blame the United States via a deranged conspiracy theory.

Philip Cross: The Liberals’ slippery climate goals

Liberals pulled imaginary emissions levels out of the air and then made exaggerated claims about a new policy when in fact nothing changed

The federal budget in April reaffirmed Canada’s commitment to a 36 per cent cut in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. But the prime minister and his government have noisily trumpeted that Canada will reduce emissions by 40 to 45 per cent by 2030. Which target is Canada really committed to? As is usually the case with this government, there is less here than meets the eye.

Pickup trucks are a plague on Canadian streets

Many things have changed in pandemic times. One that has not is North America’s love affair with the pickup truck. Even in the midst of economic uncertainty, consumers lined up to buy these hulking, belching kings of the road. Once the vehicle of the cowboy, the contractor and the good old boy, pickups have become the continent’s mainstream ride. Even city parking lots are simply full of them. In Canada, Ford’s F-150 has been the best-selling auto for years.
