Ukraine’s Elite Snipers Fight Russians, Bullet by Bullet

HRODIVKA, Ukraine—The war in Ukraine is a meat grinder of artillery, missiles and deadly minefields. Running silently aside all that is a test of battlefield marksmanship for snipers pursuing the fight one shot at a time.

Around 15 miles from the front line, near Bakhmut, three Ukrainian snipers recently emerged unseen from undergrowth. Their team, which calls itself “Devils and Angels,” is on orders to kill Russian senior commanders, critical members of artillery teams and other high-profile targets.

The war in Ukraine is rich territory for snipers, reminiscent of World War I, with its long and largely static firing line across a flat landscape. The snipers training near Bakhmut are top shots, but they were honing a skill even more important for snipers: stealth.

Growing Number of Firearm Owners Reject Buyback Program: Report

A growing number of firearms owners say they would not voluntarily participate in the federal government’s Firearms Buyback Program, according to an internal report from the Department of Public Safety.

“Less than half of those owners with prohibited firearms would now willingly participate in a buyback program—a sharp decline over the past year. Another third would participate, but only because it was mandatory; one in ten would refuse to participate at all,” said the May 2023 report, “Buyback Program Awareness Campaign,” which was first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter.

First Proud Boy sentenced to 17 years in prison after seditious conspiracy conviction

Proud Boy Joe Biggs on Thursday was sentenced to 17 years in prison, the second-highest sentence handed down to anyone convicted in connection with the Capitol attack.

Biggs was convicted of sedition and other serious felonies earlier this year after being accused of leading members of the right-wing extremist group to the Capitol and talking with the first rioter to breach police barricades just minutes before he acted.

No to the Politics of “Whiteness”

The case against right-wing racialism.

In recent years, I have devoted considerable time to exposing the radical Left’s politics of “whiteness,” which posits that white identity, culture, and power are irredeemably oppressive and must be “abolished” in favor of alternative modes of being. “Whiteness” represents the metaphysical essence of left-wing race politics: an irreducible force of evil, a master synonym for racism, oppression, inequality, and suffocating bourgeois norms; anything saturated with its properties can be automatically categorized and condemned. In practice, the politics of whiteness has translated into the demonization of European-Americans in primary school curricula, the performance of elaborate “white privilege” rituals in the workplace, and outright segregation in many public institutions. All of it is done to solve “the problem of whiteness.”

So we should appeal to the better angels of our nature for guidance and follow the natural rights theory of America’s founders.

Sounds great on paper.

The left will never buy into it.

No serious prosecutor committed to the rule of law would even consider bringing charges in Fulton County.

Lost in the media frenzy surrounding the pre-trial maneuvering in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ RICO case against former President Donald Trump and 18 others is any discussion of what actually happened in the conduct of the 2020 election in Georgia.

The centerpiece of Willis’ case is an hour-long conference call in which Trump told Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, “What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state.”

Tucker Warns Of Trump Assassination, Hot War With Russia

Tucker Carlson says that if legal efforts to block Donald Trump from running for president again fails, the next steps could be assassination and a hot war with Russia to maintain power and unite the population.

“No one will say that but I don’t know how you can’t reach that conclusion. Do you know what I mean? Human Rights Watch’s Jihad Against Israel

Human Rights Watch (HRW) has once again exposed its unvarnished anti-Israel bias by alleging that Israel systematically targets Palestinian children. The outrageous — and false — allegation was included in a new report published by HRW on August 28 under the title: “West Bank: Spike in Israeli killings of Palestinian children.” The report claims that “the Israeli military and border police forces are killing Palestinian children with virtually no recourse for accountability.”
