Russia summons 3 ambassadors over Nord Stream probe

Russia has summoned the ambassadors of Germany, Denmark and Sweden to protest a “complete lack of results” in a joint investigation into the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosions last year.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry on Thursday accused the three countries of dragging their feet and refusing to engage with Moscow.

“It has been noted that these countries are not interested in establishing the true circumstances of this sabotage. On the contrary, they are delaying their efforts and trying to conceal the tracks and the true perpetrators of the crime behind which we believe are well-known countries,” it said.

The FBI Knows What Car Was Used In J6 DNC Pipe Bomb, But Refuses To Identify Prime Suspect

Jan 6 DC Pipe Bomb Suspect

The FBI is continuing to stonewall congressional oversight of the agency’s investigation into a pair of pipe bombs found at the Democrat National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.

On Wednesday, House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee re-upped demands for a comprehensive briefing on the two-year-old case over which the FBI has refused transparency.

The Left Has Pushed the Envelope

Why are our government, corporations, and popular culture colluding in mass suicide—to the delight of our enemies like Communist China?

The Left is waging a full-fledged cultural revolution against traditional America. And the Maoist results are often as absurd as they are terrifying.

Special-counsel John Durham just issued his final report on wrongdoing within the FBI, CIA, and the Department of Justice.

The summary confirms that our premier investigatory and intelligence agencies interfered in the 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns.

Fake History and Redistributing Wealth

Welcome to a primitive notion of “justice”.

Calls for reparations payments for the descendants of slaves and colonized peoples, the “latest obsession of the radical left,” as The Hill puts it, are currently growing, as is the tab. For example, San Francisco is proposing paying $5 million to each black resident, along with a guaranteed income of $97,000 for 250 years, and a home for a dollar. California is proposing cash payments of up to $1.2 million at a cost of $800 billion–three times the state’s annual budget. Not to be left out of the bidding, the Feds are asking for $14 trillion. But sponsor Rep. Cori Bush claims that is nowhere near the $97 trillion owed to blacks for slavery and Jim Crow.

Will we end up eating insects?

The Government is funding high-tech laboratories

The thrum of thousands of black soldier flies reverberates around the laboratory. Stacked in rows nearby are boxes containing larvae at various stages of development. Some, just hatched, are so small as to be almost invisible. Others, kept a couple of metres away, are the creatures they will become in less than two weeks: fat grubs that are 7,000 times larger — and ready for harvest.

Rex Murphy: David Johnston takes the blame for Trudeau’s assault on democracy

The decision not to call a public inquiry was wrong, is wrong, and will be wrong forever

There have been so many Liberal scandals that the public’s supply of justified outrage has been long exhausted. David Johnston should never have been given the (dubious) authority to make the determination he has made. Only in a spavined Parliament — robbed of its central power of the confidence vote by the cynical and nefarious deal between Jagmeet Singh and Justin Trudeau — could the travesty of the past few days been possible.

The Singh-Trudeau pact is itself anti-democratic.

Green Sleaze in Germany

“Hang the Greens” Germany, election poster

Germany’s Green Party is currently being rocked by a cronyism scandal, after it was revealed that several key figures in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action were not only ideological allies but also close relatives. These revelations forced economy minister Robert Habeck—a member of the Greens—to sack his closest aide and ally, Patrick Graichen, the former state secretary responsible for pushing through radical and costly green energy policies.

Russia sends tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus after ‘Nato aggression’

Russia has started moving nuclear weapons into Belarusian territory, President Lukashenko has said after the countries struck a deal today.

“The transfer of nuclear munitions has begun,” the Belarusian leader said in a video shared online, adding that it was “possible” the weapons had already arrived.

Moscow announced that it was sending tactical nuclear weapons to its neighbour in response to what it called a “sharp escalation” on its western border. An aide to President Zelensky of Ukraine said a counter-offensive against Russian forces had already begun.

Singh Asks Trudeau for Certain Conditions Before Getting Security Clearance

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is asking the prime minister to allow more members of his party to be briefed on foreign interference attempts, after the leaders of the Conservatives and Bloc Québécois declined to obtain the required security clearance.

In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday, Singh said he wants those two spots given to members of his team who would accompany him in the briefings.

Singh also asked Trudeau for a briefing on how much he can and cannot say after reviewing the intelligence.

Garbage. Singh has one job, crash Trudeau’s government.

Junk Science Week — Ross McKitrick: The Social Cost of Carbon game

Estimates of the SCC championed by Guilbeault are not science

Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault recently announced that the Social Cost of Carbon (SCC), or the dollar value of supposed damages associated with each tonne of carbon dioxide emissions, is about $247, nearly five times higher than the old estimate of $54. He made it sound like a discovery, as if a bunch of experts had finally been able to measure something they previously only guessed at. Like when scientists were finally able to measure the mass of an electron or the age of the Earth, now finally we can measure the SCC.
