Maryland city equity official says she wants US to burn to the ground: ‘MY ideology can rise from the ashes’

The equity officer tasked with eliminating racism in College Park called to ‘BURN IT ALL DOWN’ but also says, ‘I don’t want to work’

The City of College Park, Maryland, hired a “racial equity” leader to spearhead its mission to eliminate systemic racism in its departments who has made statements defending violence and promoting the idea of a revolution against the United States.

Kayla Aliese Carter supports “Black liberation” through revolutionary means and said she is working with some activists to plan “how we will eat and live and grow after we burn it all down.” She was hired to be a “Racial Equity Officer” under former Mayor Patrick L. Wojahn, who resigned from office after being arrested for child pornography.

University of Virginia EXPOSED for $20M annual DEI spend on 235 staff, including $243,000-a-year equity tsar who blames premature Appalachia deaths on ‘toxicity of whiteness,’ watchdog says

Rachel Spraker – that’s a man

The University of Virginia spends $20 million a year on its 235 DEI staffers, including a woman who says the spike in premature deaths in Appalachia is due to the ‘toxicity of whiteness,’ a damning report says.

Open the Books, a spending watchdog, says the flagship public college in Charlottesville drops $15 million on salaries and $5 million more in benefits to its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) team.

They include Rachel Spraker, an ‘equity and inclusive’ officer, who calls Appalachia’s wave of premature deaths a sign of ‘white toxicity,’ and the school’s diversity chief Martin Davidson, who pockets nearly $600,000 a year.

LEVY: Ontario’s review of harmful DEI workshops all smoke and mirrors

Last July 25, just 12 days after Richard Bilkszto’s tragic suicide, education minister Stephen Lecce announced a review of the circumstances leading to his death.

Calling the allegations raised in the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) principal’s $750,000 statement of claim against the board “serious and disturbing,” Lecce said he wanted to ensure what happened to Bilkzsto in a series of DEI workshops led by Kike Ojo-Thompson never happened again.

Can job postings in Canada exclude white people? Short answer: yes

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Restrictions listed on recent postings for Canada Research Chair positions have surprised some people. It’s not that someone with a biology degree might be barred from applying to teach South American history, or that an engineer might not be eligible for a position teaching English literature, but rather that skin colour and gender identity have been limiting factors.

I’m an Army recruiter – I dread being made to meet woke targets

As a veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, I must join the criticism of ludicrous, unsafe and unfair policies

The Army has had many mottos, including most recently: “Be the best” and “Serve your King and country!” But these fundamental sentiments are increasingly under attack from woke targets that seek to degrade our military, ultimately denigrating our combat effectiveness.

Jamie Sarkonak: Turns out, open hostility to white men isn’t great for military recruitment

Like every army ever, the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) have always been predominantly male. And, as a country with a majority of the population being of European descent, its members have been predominantly white. These facts should be uncontroversial.

But unlike every army ever, the CAF is using the identities of its historic membership to promote an ethos of guilt and shame within the institution. This isn’t fixing the present recruitment crisis and it’s doubtful that it ever will — but this approach has the firm support of scholarly military voices, the latest example coming to us from Paul Mitchell, a defence studies professor at the Canadian Forces College.

Leigh Revers: Even U of T’s scientists are captive to the irrational ideology of DEI

Amid the febrile ideological skirmishes that have begun to break out across Canadian university campuses, the impartial observer would quickly conclude that dark clouds are gathering over our modern society when they notice academic scientists contemplating ushering such counter-rational notions as “Indigenous science” into their classrooms. The thought that a new generation of physicians in Canada might qualify in the profession believing the ancestral knowledge and value systems of the Inuit and Métis should play as much a role in your diagnosis as an MRI scan seems at once risible and regressive to most Canadians. But, if you trace that doomsaying prediction back to today’s university quadrangles, you soon realize that it is merely a logical consequence of what we ungovernable, outspoken academics are now planning to teach.

Task force rejects calls for special employment status for Jewish, Muslim public servants

Months before the eruption of the Israel-Hamas war ramped up ethnic and religious tensions in many Canadian communities, a government task force rejected requests to recognize Muslim and Jewish public servants as separate groups facing systemic workplace barriers, CBC News has learned.

Muslim and Jewish public servants asked to be designated as employment equity groups under the Employment Equity Act nearly two years ago in submissions to the task force, set up by Employment and Social Development Canada.

Well the Task Force did the right thing. Rare for government nowadays with anti-White racism all the rage.

Rolling your eyes is a microaggression, civil servants told

Civil servants have been taught that rolling their eyes or looking at their mobile phones can be evidence of sexual or racial discrimination and so have been trained to nod their heads to promote transparency and inclusion.

The public workers were being encouraged to spot “microaggressions”, innocently intended gestures or words interpreted as showing hostility to women or minorities.

More than £160,000 has been spent by the government since 2021 hiring private sector consultants to train staff to see these perceived slights,The Times has discovered.

These racist loons don’t even pretend it’s all about hating whites any longer.
