Jamie Sarkonak: DEI gardening — the new Liberal priority for agriculture

DEI gardening under Mao.

Free money alert: next Monday, the federal agriculture department will begin accepting applications for cash handouts that fund garden boxes, refrigeration units, greenhouses, ATVs, snowmobiles, tractors, hydroponic systems and more. But there’s a catch — anyone who receives these funds must use them to directly support “food production for equity-deserving groups.”

Letting the government decide who eats and who doesn’t always works swell, just ask Mao or Stalin.

Pure evil, as if we’re being conditioned to accept mass murder.

Racist Canada should just let everyone in to please the Star

Canada’s immigration approach is becoming more exclusionary. It’s not the direction we should be heading

In 2023, Canada marked the 100th anniversary of the Chinese Exclusion Act, a law that explicitly banned nearly all Chinese immigrants for nearly a quarter century. Many see it as a black mark in Canadian history because it deliberately targeted and expelled the very Chinese labourers who had done the dangerous, back-breaking work of building the Canadian Pacific Railway, only to be cast aside once their labour was no longer needed.

The centenary was a moment of reflection. But since then, Canada has become more restrictive, not less. Rising immigration refusal rates, while not racially explicit, are carrying the pattern of exclusion forward.

SFU professor says he didn’t get tenure over views on diversity

A former professor at Simon Fraser University has lost a B.C. labour relations case where he alleged his views on diversity, equity and inclusion cost him a tenure-track position.

Josh Gordon launched a complaint in October 2022 against the Faculty Association of Simon Fraser University in which he said the teachers’ union acted in bad faith by failing to represent him robustly in his complaint against the university for denying him tenure.

Jamie Sarkonak: The CRTC is trying to tell local newsrooms what to report. It needs to stop

It shouldn’t be the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission’s job to regulate the demographic composition of the people we see on television. Nevertheless, it’s become a growing CRTC priority — and a critical threat to media independence in Canada.

Race-Based Organ Transplants in Biden Era Flipped DEI to DIE

We thought refashioning DEI to DIE was a sardonic joke, but alas, in his haste to make nearly everything in American life race-based, President Joe Biden is believed to have put “equity” over medical need in the nation’s organ transplant system. And then his people hid the documents that would prove it.

MORGAN: DEI still dominates hiring in Carney’s government

Canada employs 357,000 people in the federal civil service. While the nation is enjoying scarcity of everything from health care services to housing, the one thing we don’t lack for is bureaucrats. The Public Health Agency alone has 4,211 employees within it.

Despite this embarrassment of riches when it comes to available, qualified bureaucrats, the Government of Canada has appointed as President of the Public Health Agency a person who appears to be wholly unqualified for such an important position.

Why would they do this?

Ethnic minority candidate given police job despite failing interview

Senior officers in West Yorkshire Police intervened to ensure that an ethnic minority candidate who failed her interview was given the job, according to leaked documents seen by The Telegraph.

The female officer was initially rejected but eventually given a post after her case was taken up by the force’s chief officer team, which includes Chief Constable John Robins.

To get around her failure, West Yorkshire Police then scrapped interviews for officers transferring to the force, the documents show.

US companies avoid hiring white men as part of diversity push

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Hundreds of companies are deliberately shunning white men for jobs amid pressure to make workplaces more diverse, a survey has found.

A poll of 1,216 of American businesses with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies found that one in 10 avoid hiring white men altogether and six in 10 human resource (HR) managers put diversity over qualifications when selecting candidates.

The study, conducted by website Resume Builder, also found that one in three HR managers believe that “reverse discrimination” occurs because of DEI policies. Three-quarters suspect that these policies were introduced “in part for appearances”.

The Funniest DEI Scam

DEI, even going back to when the approved acronym was DIE (yes, it was that not so long ago), has always been a scam.

By that, I don’t mean that it was a well-meaning policy intended to accomplish one goal that unintentionally spawned a scam, like Affirmative Action. Affirmative action was a misconceived solution to a genuine problem for which there was no good solution other than time.

Climate breakdown is the mutant offspring of European scientific racism and colonialism claims stupid twat

Now showing more anti white bullshit

We all think we know what is causing the breakdown of the planet’s climate: burning fossil fuels that release carbon dioxide, change the chemistry of the air and trap more heat from the sun, leading to rising temperatures.

But Tao Leigh Goffe, an associate professor of Africana, Puerto Rican and Latino Studies at the City University of New York, wants us to visualise a far more specific cause: the shunting of a ship’s prow on to the sandbank of a paradise island in 1492.

In Dark Laboratory, her groundbreaking new book, Goffe argues that it was the colonisation of the Americas by Christopher Columbus that set off the chain of events that has led us to where we stand today, on the precipice of global catastrophe.

No-whites-allowed Illinois scholarship program for future professors under fire

DEI – racist anti-white communist ideology

The Diversifying Higher Education Equality in Illinois program, which provides financial aid exclusively to minority graduate students pursuing careers in higher education, is under fire for its race-based eligibility criteria, as it does not allow white applicants.

DEI Detribalization

The great objective of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) was to tribalize our institutions, recruiting government and corporate employees into affinity groups based on their race, sex, sexuality and other factors, and then defining institutional goals around the “right” tribal mix through selective hiring and promotions.

The complete inversion of civil rights, from race-neutral to race-conscious, also transformed the intended purpose of government and all lesser institutions, from tribal neutrality to tribal partisanship, and it was impossible to achieve this without tribalizing government.

DEI and the ‘Bigness’ Problem

For decades, the political left—and even parts of the right—have insisted that “diversity is our strength” and has striven to convince Americans (and other Westerners) of the importance and beauty of “multiculturalism” and other related social phenomena. Today, with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and ideology under attack by most of the right and by the Trump Administration in particular, the left is howling that the nation’s principles themselves are being harmed and that we, as a people, are doing tremendous damage to the fabric of our society, sacrificing one of our most important characteristics on the altar of white privilege.

CAF a breeding ground of white supremacy says some guy

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Canada’s military should fix white supremacy problem before it starts: analyst

An Alberta-based analyst asked by the military to study white supremacy in its ranks says if it doesn’t want the problem to take root, it should take action against a culture that gives it room to grow.

Political scientist Andy Knight says his research suggests current attitudes within the Armed Forces favour white, male and Christian cultures and put groups like women, people of colour, newcomers and the 2SLGBTQ+ community at a disadvantage.

… He said the research became all the more intriguing after it was revealed that some military members were involved in the 2022 “Freedom Convoy” protests against COVID-19 rules that shut down much of downtown Ottawa for weeks.

The horror! CAF is favouring “White” people over the government’s preferred perma-victims!

And the CAF wonders why its primary recruiting pool – white males – have given up on the armed forces as a viable career.
