This wasn’t a political protest – it was shameful mob behaviour

It was the visceral, aggressive vibe at the protest against Tzipi Hotovely at the London School of Economics last night that was most disturbing. The Israeli ambassador to the UK was chased by a mob of howling students. ‘Shame!’, they screamed. One seemed to lunge towards her, but was blocked by a member of her security detail. A long line of police officers had to hold others back. ‘Whoever smashes the ambassador car window… gets pints’, said a group called LSE Class War on Instagram. It posted the name of the street her car was parked in and said: ‘Let’s fuckin frighten her… Let’s make her shake.’ A mob calling for the terrorising of a Jewish woman? Classy.

Get used to it. It’s called diversity.

San Francisco’s progressive district attorney faces recall election

Elections officials in San Francisco announced a recall election against the city’s progressive district attorney made it on the ballot.

The vote on the tenure of Chesa Boudin is scheduled for June 2022, giving residents a chance to keep or oust the former public defender who has been a prosecutor for less than two years.

The son of two leftwing Weather Underground radicals who served as the getaway drivers in a 1981 armored car heist that left two police officers and a guard dead, Boudin was elected district attorney in 2019 as part of a national wave of progressive prosecutors determined to reform the criminal justice system.

Republicans ask Canada to drop COVID testing requirement at border

The other day we looked at the news that the United States was reopening its borders with Mexico and Canada for land travel. Of course, there were immediate caveats placed on the offer. Only those with proof of vaccination would be allowed to drive into the United States. As it turns out, however, there’s another side to this coin. Canada has placed their own restrictions on those wishing to cross in the other direction. In addition to having a vaccine passport, travelers seeking entrance to the Great White North will also have to provide a recent negative COVID test.

Rex Murphy: The country needs an opposition. Too bad O’Toole’s Conservatives seem too gutless to provide it

Erin O’Toole Caught On Trail Cam

It is encouraging to see that the Conservative party has announced its shadow cabinet, as the party is in dire need of revitalization. Its election campaign was feeble and void of the slightest daring. It presented no core contrast with the Liberals and did not provide much of a counterpoint to the disastrous government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The Trudeau government has proudly signed Canada on to a global agreement with 20 other nations pledging to stop government agency funding of oil and gas development in other countries. “The intention,” said Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson, “is no ongoing financing related to exploration and production of fossil fuels.”

A vote for the Liberal left is a vote for your own destruction.

‘Age-Related Cognitive Decline’: Former WH Doctor Talks Biden, Says Obama Wrote Him ‘Scathing’ Email Over ‘Betrayal’

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), a former White House physician who served under former Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump, said last week that President Joe Biden, who turns 79 this month, has “age-related cognitive decline” and is not “mentally fit” to serve as president.

Jackson, speaking on a podcast with Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), also said that he received a “scathing” email from Obama accusing him of “betrayal” for talking about Biden’s mental state in the past.

Anti-Semitism at the University of Chicago

It is an honor to be attacked or mocked by anti-Semites or enablers of anti-Semitism. As a frequent target of such bigots, I generally ignore their garbage. But when the enablers are professors at a distinguished university, it is essential to expose them and respond.

The University of Chicago has two professors who fit into this sordid category. To understand why the shoe fits, we must go back to the publication a few years ago of an overtly anti-Semitic book, The Wandering Who, by an admitted Jew-hater named Gilad Atzmon.

Atzmon declared himself a “proud, self-hating Jew,” with “contempt” for “the Jew in me.” His writings both online and in his book brim with classic anti-Semitic motifs borrowed from Nazi publications.

As Rittenhouse trial goes ‘wrong,’ media retreat to alternate universe

The corporate press really want a guilty verdict in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, the 18-year-old Illinoisan accused of shooting three white protesters last year during the Black Lives Matter 30riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Members of the press want it so badly they’re actively ignoring exculpatory evidence offered in court.
