Justin Trudeau Likes To Look At Himself…A Lot

With the help of the legacy media, Canadians can rest easy knowing that they have been right all along about Justin Trudeau – that he is a narcissist. Earlier this week, the Canadian Press reported that Trudeau had been gifted 17 portraits of himself from world leaders (including one from Xi Jinping). It also turns out that the Chinese government gifted Trudeau a very fancy e-bike and a Huawei cellphone back in 2017. Does any of this really surprise you though?

Plastics Coalition Outlines Lawsuits Against Trudeau’s Single-Use Plastics Ban

The Responsible Plastics Use Coalition (RPUC) is taking the Trudeau government to court for designating all plastic manufactured items as toxic.

RPUC, a federally incorporated corporation that works towards effective regulatory responses to plastic pollution in Canada, is comprised of a number of plastics manufacturers including DOW and NOVA Chemicals who are based in Ontario and the United States.

Public Schools Indoctrinate Canadian Students With Transgender Propaganda

Examples of transgender ideology indoctrination in Canadian public schools are not hard to find. From Cape Breton to Vancouver Island, our public school system promotes a form of ideological warfare against the Canadian family.

The most virulent example is found in the area of transgenderism. Funded by our Liberal government, free from media scrutiny, transgenderism in Canada has transitioned to a full-blown industry.

Never Let A Crisis Go To Waste: Will There Be Climate Lockdowns?

With COVID in the rear view mirror for many, and with bureaucrats and the elite looking for another crisis to push forward their sustainable, de-growth agenda, will the so called climate crisis be the next emergency they take advantage of?

FBI Director Wray says agency will ‘aggressively’ pursue Hunter Biden laptop investigation

Blackburn asked Wray whether he thinks the content derived from Hunter’s laptop, reportedly part of the federal investigation, is “Russian disinformation.”

Wray replied: “You’re asking about an ongoing investigation that I expect our folks to pursue aggressively and I just can’t comment on.”

When asked whether the FBI has the laptop in its possession, Wray said, “Again, I can’t discuss that, an ongoing investigation.”

The IRS has 5 million rounds of ammo for some reason

This is a truly strange story that I was reading this morning at PJ Media. It turns out that the federal government is currently stockpiling massive amounts of ammunition and weapons. For some departments like the FBI, CIA, or Homeland Security, that kind of makes sense. But it’s not limited to just federal agencies whose primary focus is law enforcement. It turns out that the IRS has enough guns and ammo to launch a war. The numbers are rather staggering. They now have more than two thousand of their own law enforcement agents with thousands of weapons and more than five million rounds of ammunition. Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida has introduced a bill that would place a moratorium on these IRS purchases until we can see what’s going on.

Covid An Excuse For Justin Trudeau To “Punish Ideological Enemies”

“The Trudeau government has claimed to follow the science on Covid, but that science is strangely different than it is everywhere else.”

“Policies are based on spite, divisiveness, and pure politics. Covid now serves as an excuse to punish the government’s ideological enemies.”

Upset over LGBTQ books, a Michigan town defunds its library in tax vote

What started as a fight over an LGBTQ-themed graphic novel may end with the closure of a west Michigan public library.

Voters in Jamestown Township, a politically conservative community in Ottawa County, rejected renewal Tuesday of a millage that would support the Patmos Library. That vote guts the library’s operating budget in 2023 — 84 percent of the library’s $245,000 budget comes from property taxes collected through a millage.

Without a millage, the library is likely to run out of money sometime late next year, said Larry Walton, library board president.

Canadian Troops Heading To UK To Train Ukrainian Forces

Is Canada Losing Itself? Author Lydia Perović On Her Adopted Country’s Political And Cultural Decline

There’s a tendency in our popular discourse to either romanticize the immigrant experience or focus on negative cases of alienation, discrimination, and struggle. I interpret Lost in Canada as something of a midpoint on that spectrum where you’ve been successful in your adopted country but feel increasingly disappointed with its cultural and political direction. Do you agree with my characterization of the existing literature and your own book? If so, why do you think these extreme narratives about the immigrant experience are the ones that tend to get published?

How Long Will Canadian Politicians Avoid Acknowledging That More Private Healthcare Is Inevitable?

Time and time again, we’ve talked about how reality can be evaded temporarily, but not avoided forever.

Sooner or later, it bites.

And that moment has come for Canada’s socialist healthcare system.

More Americans Are Going Hungry, and It Costs More to Feed Them

The increase in food insecurity is not about a sudden wave of joblessness as it was when the economy ground to a halt in 2020 in the first wave of the pandemic. It is about inflation — higher prices for housing, gas and especially food. According to the last report on consumer prices, the cost of food increased 10.4 percent from a year earlier, the largest 12-month increase since 1981.

Food banks are trying to meet these needs while coping with decreasing donations and, in some cases, increased awareness among people who need help that food banks are an option.

Rand Paul: Anthony Fauci’s Testimony on Gain-of-Function Research Was ‘an Out-and-Out Lie’

Sen. Rand Paul (R–Ky.) accused White House coronavirus adviser Anthony Fauci of misleading the public about the U.S. government’s funding of gain-of-function research.

“When Dr. Fauci said that this research was reviewed and found to be safe by experts, that was also a lie,” said Paul in an interview on Thursday.

Europe’s Gas Crisis: After Germany, Now Spain Limits Heating, Turns Off Lights

The sweeping measures imposed by Germany and Spain are part of a European Union-wide plan to limit gas usage — for which the continent heavily depends on Russia. As the Russian invasion of Ukraine drags on, Europeans fear that the Kremlin could completely cut off their gas supply, perhaps the continent’s worst energy crisis ahead of the winter.

The Point of No Return

This is an election year. But the issues this year are not about Democrats and Republicans. The big issue is whether this nation has degenerated to a point of no return — a point where we risk destroying ourselves, before our enemies can destroy us.

If there is one moment that symbolized our degeneration, it was when an enraged mob gathered in front of the Supreme Court and a leader of the United States Senate shouted threats against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying “You won’t know what hit you!”

There have always been irresponsible demagogues. But there was once a time when anyone who shouted threats to a Supreme Court Justice would see the end of his own political career, and could not show his face in decent society again.

You either believe in laws or you believe in mob rule. It doesn’t matter whether you agree with the law or agree with the mob on some particular issue. If threats of violence against judges — and publishing where a judge’s children go to school — is the way to settle issues, then there is not much point in having elections or laws.

Surprise – the Australian Great Barrier Reef has “Bounced Back” from Climate Change

The concern over the survival of the Great Barrier Reef is beyond absurd. Coral is one of the most resilient organisms on the planet.

While the adult form of coral is anchored in place, every year corals spawn uncountable billions of highly mobile larvae which colonise favourable sites. Any damaged reef is instantly colonised by adjacent reefs as soon as favourable conditions return.
