Green MP says UNDRIP bill amendment a step towards “decolonizing Canada”

If the legislation passes, the Canadian government will be required to obtain “free, prior and informed consent” from First Nations groups before “the approval of any project affecting their lands or territories and other resources, particularly in connection with the development, utilization or exploitation of mineral, water or other resources” in accordance with the UN directive.

‘I recorded them murdering patients’: COVID nurse goes public with shocker

A nurse who responded during America’s 2020 fight against COVID-19, traveling from Florida to New York to help in one of the hospitals in that pandemic-struck city, reports the health care system was about as bad as the pandemic itself.

“I recorded them murdering patients. I recorded just the complete and absolute disregard for human life,” Erin Maria Olzewski said during an interview with LifeSiteNews.

Why the Government’s Secret Forthcoming Bill C-10 Amendment Confirms Its Plans to Regulate User Generated Content

Canadian Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault (is a lying shitweasel-Ed) and the Liberal government’s response to mounting concern over its decision to remove a legal safeguard designed to ensure the CRTC would not regulate user generated content has been denial. The department’s own officials told MPs that all programming on sites like Youtube would be subject to regulation, yet Guilbeault insisted to the House of Commons that user generated content would be excluded from regulation as part of Bill C-10, his Broadcasting Act reform bill.

However, based on new documents I recently obtained, it has become clear that Guilbeault and the government have misled the Canadian public with their response. In fact, the government effectively acknowledges that it is regulating user generated content in a forthcoming, still-secret amendment to Bill C-10. Amendment G-13, submitted by Liberal MP Julie Dabrusin on April 7th and likely to come before the committee studying the bill over the next week, seeks to amend Section 10(1) of the Broadcasting Act which specifies the CRTC’s regulatory powers.

Pediatricians sound alarm over mental health crisis in youth

A group of Ottawa pediatricians say they’re dealing with youth with a wide range of mental health issues — from eating disorders to major depression — brought on by the pandemic.

“We’re seeing it in our offices,” said Dr. Jane Liddle. “We have never seen this level of kids with major depression, suicidal thoughts and severe eating disorders.”

Liddle is among a group of local pediatricians sounding the alarm about the rise of mental health issues among children, adolescents and teens — psychological effects of the pandemic they fear will linger after the health crisis is over.

Calgary police obtain SECRET warrant to use “any force necessary” to disrupt church service

Rebels, we have an absolute emergency on our hands. There is another pastor in Alberta who could potentially face jail time, just like Pastor James Coates of GraceLife Church.

This pastor is known to you. Actually he’s known to the world. Pastor Art Pawlowski was our first Fight The Fines case, after he received lockdown tickets for feeding the homeless outside in Calgary, Alberta — something the police called an illegal gathering. Art continues to rack up tickets because he refuses to stop feeding the homeless. And he doesn’t wear a mask when he does it outside. Art also doesn’t limit his church services to 15 per cent of fire code capacity. The city hates him for it.

Outrage as innocent schoolboys are forced to stand in front of class and and labelled ‘oppressors’ – all because they are white, male and Christian

A youth worker forced Year 11 male students at a co-ed public school to stand up in front of the class as she condemned them as historical ‘oppressors’ because they are white, male, and Christian.

The female Kingston City Council worker gave a talk about privilege, pronouns, and intersectionality at Parkdale Secondary College in Mordialloc, Melbourne, last Wednesday.

She then asked students who are white, male and Christian to stand up, The Herald Sun reported.

The woman told these students that they were ‘privileged’ and ‘oppressors’, sparking outrage among parents and local councillors.

Former Obama Administration Chief Scientist Says Global Warming Is Propaganda

President Barack Obama’s Energy Department Chief Scientist Steven Koonin’s soon-to-be-published book will discuss information that the public really needs to have regarding grossly overheated “climate crisis” media hype.

Titled “Unsettled: What Climate Science Tells Us, What it Doesn’t, and Why It Matters,” a preview of it’s contents is provided in an April 16 Wall Street Journal interview with the author posted by Holman Jenkins, Jr.

Jenkins’ piece is titled “How a Physicist Became a Climate Truth Teller,” and I recommend it to readers who are interested in a fuller book content and author background account.

NYC Father Moves Daughter to Florida to Escape Critical Race Theory Curriculum

A New York father decided to pull his daughter out of a New York City private school because of the school’s woke race-based curriculum and move to Florida.

“Little children don’t need to feel bad about the color of their skin,” Harvey Goldman told Fox & Friends First on Monday. “That’s what they’re teaching them, to feel bad about who they are.”

“Schools are supposed to be teaching you confidence,” he added. Goldman also said that most parents and even teachers are “scared to say something.”

Giuliani Shocker: FBI Refused to Take Hunter’s Hard Drive

When federal agents raided Rudy Giuliani’s Manhattan home early Wednesday, they found a surprisingly cooperative target.

The former New York City mayor quickly brought the agents into his study and began sharing his electronic devices with them, helping them fulfil their search warrant mission.

A source close to Giuliani tells Newsmax that one of the agents pointed to a computer hard drive on the former mayor’s desk, asking about it.

Giuliani responded, “Oh that’s Hunter Biden’s hard drive.”

Giuliani offered to give the hard drive to the agents, telling them “it has evidence of President Biden committing multiple crimes with his son Hunter.”

Surprised, the agents reportedly not only rebuffed the evidence, they didn’t even bother to check what was on the hard drive.

USPS admits it IS spying on Americans: Law enforcement arm is snooping on social media posts and ‘working with other agencies’ in covert operation – but won’t reveal details

The U.S. Postal Service admitted during a Wednesday meeting to spying on citizens with its law enforcement arm, claiming it worked with other agencies to track Americans’ social media posts.

Chief Postal Inspector Gary Barksdale briefed lawmakers on the Oversight Committee regarding the program known as iCOP, or Internet Covert Operations Program, but could not provide a date for when it was initiated.

Why are non-law enforcement agencies spying on Americans?

French Generals Call for Military Rule if Macron Fails to Crack Down on Islamist Terrorism

Twenty mostly retired generals from the French Armed Forces have called for France to be put under the military’s rule if the government led by President Emmanual Macron cannot get control of the threat posed to the country by political Islamism.

The letter the group of generals signed, written by Captain Jean-Pierre Fabre-Bernadac, described the threat as France “disintegrating with the Islamists of the hordes of the banlieue [suburbs] who are detaching large parts of the nation and turning them into territory subject to dogmas contrary to our constitution.” The letter was published in the French right-wing magazine Valeurs Actuelles.

School District Tells Principals To Create Fake Curriculum To Send Parents After Complaints Of Indoctrination

Faced with complaints from parents about the indoctrination of children, an official in Rockwood School District, Missouri instructed teachers to create two sets of curriculum: a false one to share with parents, and then the real set of curriculum, focused on topics like activism and privilege, according to a memo obtained by The Daily Wire.

Biden’s proposed ban on menthol cigarettes would HURT black communities because it would lead to more policing and prison sentences, ACLU and civil rights groups warn

The American Civil Liberties Union and a number of other civil rights group warned that President Joe Biden’s move to ban menthol cigarettes could actually harm communities of color.

‘A menthol cigarette ban would disproportionately impact communities of color, result in criminalization of the market, and exacerbate mass incarceration,’ a letter sent this week to Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra warned.

Biden’s Infrastructure Plan Would Redefine ‘Broadband’ To Justify Spending $100 Billion on Government-run Internet

“It’s not going to achieve the goal of bridging the digital divide in America,” Deborah Collier, a vice president at Citizens Against Government Waste, a fiscally conservative nonprofit, tells Reason. “It’s just going to throw more money at cities and localities that already have broadband.”

With Bill C-10, Trudeau & Guilbeault Show They See Themselves As Rulers, And See You As A Powerless Subject

Politicians would only try this on a people they feel are too weak and easily manipulated to push back.

Travel Restrictions Aren’t a Silver Bullet

The Trudeau government implemented travel restrictions weeks and months after they could help, continuing its pattern of making things up as it goes. Yet those calling for increased border restrictions, such as Ontario Premier Doug Ford and a number of columnists, are calling for solutions that could very easily trample on the rights of Canadian citizens. True North’s Andrew Lawton explains.

Why Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault’s Own Department Officials Don’t Support His Claims on Regulating User Generated Content

Days after the government removed legal safeguards designed to ensure the CRTC would not regulate user generated content as part of Bill C-10, its Broadcasting Act reform bill, the public and political world have awoken to the troubling implications for freedom of expression. Political columnists are comparing Canada to China in censoring the Internet and opposition MPs have launched petitions with promises to fight back against the bill. The issue unsurprisingly became a major talking point during Question Period in the House of Commons yesterday. While Canadian Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault retreated to his usual talking points, it is notable that his claims are not even supported by his own department officials.

How Activism In Everything Has Transformed National Life Into A Pantomime

Our flags seem perpetually at half-staff. They came halfway down in honor of the Atlanta shooting victims, and for when we crossed the somber total of an estimated 500,000 Americans who died with coronavirus. They were lowered in honor of U.S. Capitol Police Officer William “Billy” Evans, in honor of the Boulder, Colorado shooting victims, and in honor of the Indianapolis shooting victims. They fell for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Chadwick Boseman.

Perhaps some of these memorial actions are warranted — certainly, it is proper to have some form of public memorialization for the dead. Yet the constant churn of half-staff tributes has become so routine that it has lost its honorary lustre, an action more representative of performative, activist art than a recognition of some especially important public loss.

Biden’s Infrastructure Plan Would Redefine ‘Broadband’ To Justify Spending $100 Billion on Government-run Internet

The Biden administration is manufacturing a market failure to justify spending $100 billion on municipal broadband and other government-run internet projects.

‘It’s all social justice. All day. Every day.’ Socialist OPRF school board members caught gloating on Zoom

Two Roosevelt University professors who also serve on the Oak Park and River Forest High School school board were caught on an open Zoom call bragging about how they promote Marxist re-organization of American society to their college students.

Talking before the start of OPRF’s Feb. 26 board meeting on a live microphone, Gina Harris and Ralph Martire said they were proud to advocate for so-called “social justice” Marxist economic concepts.
