From the moment news of Elon Musk’s purchase of a 9-percent stake in Twitter Company broke, the assault on the self-described free-speech absolutist began. Musk has faced regulatory scrutiny, been labeled a racist and on Thursday, he was accused of sexual misconduct.
If the left was expecting to cow the world’s richest man into submission, they’ve seriously misread him. Not only is he undaunted, he’s “out for blood.”

It’s not a profit making business, so much as a university club with salaries for people who may only work 4 hours a week and brag about being “left left left” and as “commie as f**k”. If they need days off, they just don’t turn up to work. Sometimes they take months off. “Mental health is everything”.
No wonder Twitter employees hate Musk and are stress eating — They have jobs where they get paid to take a month off, and no one cares how efficient they are, or what their sales figures or expenses were. Nice work if you can get it.
The January 6th panel is still proceeding with what is clearly a witch hunt. They just subpoenaed five Republicans they hope to embarrass or destroy. The lawmakers have yet to subpoena any records related to Nancy Pelosi. That is despite the fact that she was responsible for the Capitol on the day of the riot/rally.
Ever since the emergence of Donald Trump as a presidential candidate, the media and Democrats have portrayed his supporters as violent. In contrast, almost all the Trump supporters have been peaceful and the left-wing agitators at his rallies were the ones who engaged in violence.
Radical abortion activists have firebombed a pro-life group’s office in Madison, Wisconsin. A leftist radical threw Molotov cocktails into Wisconsin Family Action’s office in the capital city and a picture of the destruction shows the office heavily damaged from the bomb.
The pro-abortion terrorists responsible also vandalized the building and left a threatening message saying “If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t either.”

If you’ve been on social media at all this week, you’ve probably been amused by some of the unhinged reactions from the left to the leaked draft majority opinion of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. They were full of apocalyptic predictions by people who don’t understand what overturning Roe v. Wade would actually do. Be that as it may, it is widely believed that the draft opinion was leaked in order to allow for a pressure campaign to take place in the hopes that some justices could be swayed before the final opinion is released.

Voices from racialized communities, anti-racism activists and the political left are saying that restrictions must be maintained on those voices that use the platform to propagate hate, xenophobia and disinformation. Many on the political right, free-speech extremists and far-right voices are rejoicing at the prospect that Twitter under Musk’s ownership will become a space for unrestricted speech, where anything one can say is acceptable.

Liberal MP Julie Dzerowicz has accused Ontario premier Doug Ford of “crimes against humanity” due to his stance on climate change.
Dzerowicz made the accusation in the House of Commons on Monday and even doubled down on the statement when questioned about it.
“These inactions (on climate change) to me are irresponsible, unconscionable and a crime against humanity,” said Dzerowicz
