Be Careful What You Search: How Government and Big Tech are Covertly Spying on You
Big brother is watching. Granted, there are multiple ways government can track us. It’s no secret. Besides a super-secret FISA court that’s granted spy warrants on innocent Americans in recent years, you might want to be careful what you search for on Google. The search engine is working secretly with the government on “keyword warrants.” It’s essentially spying. The Feds have ordered them to track and disclose data on persons who search certain terms.

New study finds internet freedom is rapidly declining worldwide
Internet freedom has declined for the 11th consecutive year globally, according to an annual report released this week.
The study from Washington-based democracy watchdog organization Freedom House analyzed 70 countries that account for 88 percent of internet users worldwide and measured indicators such as accessibility and content. Both a lack of internet regulation and excessive restraints to online material contributed to this year’s decline, the group said.

FDA bans e-cigarettes
The FDA has banned the e-cigarettes commonly sold on the market, by either rejecting them, or delaying their approval. It isn’t enforcing the ban against the biggest brands yet, and it may eventually approve those brands for sale. The FDA’s ban on a vast range of e-cigarettes will make it harder for many smokers to quit smoking, by depriving them of alternative ways of satisfying their craving for nicotine.
Against Biden’s Mandates
We oppose President Biden’s lawless and authoritarian new mandates announced yesterday. We also denounce his divisive rhetoric toward unvaccinated Americans, his reckless antipathy for federalism, and his threats to usurp state governors.
Contra Mr. Biden, this is entirely about freedom and personal choice.

Apple today announced that it is working with several states across the country, which will roll out the ability for their residents to seamlessly and securely add their driver’s license or state ID to Wallet on their iPhone and Apple Watch. Arizona and Georgia will be the first states to introduce this new innovation to their residents, with Connecticut, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Utah to follow. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will enable select airport security checkpoints and lanes in participating airports as the first locations customers can use their driver’s license or state ID in Wallet. Built with privacy at the forefront, Wallet provides a more secure and convenient way for customers to present their driver’s licenses and state IDs on iPhone or Apple Watch.
