Florida Man Must Write Essay About Massacre of Gays That Wasn’t About Gays

“My Florida Man stories are way more fun than yours,” PJ’s resident expert on all things Florida Man, Stephen Green, said to me, and he was right. But this one does have a bit of that quintessential Florida man appeal: a Florida man has offended the gods of multiculturalism and has been given an odd sentence designed to appease those outraged deities. But if he completes his assignment properly, he won’t end up appeasing them at all. If that isn’t a Florida Man situation, what is?

The rise of the liberal groomer

Not every desire deserves to be empowered

Does progress have to mean the sexual liberation of children? Michel Foucault thought so, as did many of the now high-ranking Labour Party members who once supported the Paedophile Information Exchange. Sexual interest in children is hardly unique to the modern world, of course, or indeed the West. Child sex slaves were socially acceptable in ancient Rome, and the longstanding practice of bacha bazi in Afghanistan still sees young boys feminised and abused by adult men.

Nor is paedophilia unique to the progressive Left. Just this week, Tory MP Imran Ahmad Khan was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy, prompting fellow Tory MP and LGBTQ advocate Crispin Blunt to declare angrily that Khan’s conviction was a “dreadful miscarriage of justice” and “nothing short of an international scandal”.

No Conspiracy Theory

In the wake of the controversy surrounding Florida’s Parental Rights in Education legislation, which prohibits public schools from teaching gender identity and sexual orientation in kindergarten through third grade, the national media has sought to paint conservative opposition as hysterical, anti-LGBTQ, and conspiracy-minded. The New York Times, for example, accused conservatives of having a “freakout” about imaginary “grooming” in public schools, and the Washington Post dismissed concerns about sexual abuse by teachers as a “QAnon conspiracy.”

Why the Classroom Activists Never Give Up

It is often said that when something controversial is being pounded into the public via media headlines, there is something else that is going on behind the scenes that the public is being distracted from. This is certainly the case with America’s education system. While the public has been hammered with a full-frontal assault by activists pushing Critical Race Theory and gender ideology in the schools overtly, there has also been a covert assault from the flank called Social-Emotional Learning or SEL.

Yes, David French, Public Schools Are Absolutely ‘Grooming’ Children. I Would Know

In kindergarten classrooms across the country, teachers are reading books like Michael Hall’s “Red” to five-year-old students. The book teaches these kids it’s possible to be born in “the wrong body.” You don’t think this is grooming?

You don’t think that telling them this lie and planting this seed of doubt exploits their vulnerability and primes them for future insecurity to be preyed upon by pharmaceutical companies that benefit from their lifelong dependence on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones that will render them permanently sterile?

I’m going to pause there and repeat this. Permanently sterile. We are chemically castrating children before they’re even legally old enough to pierce their ears without parental consent. Shouldn’t the wholesale sterilization of children give you pause? It’s a human rights atrocity. And a sexual crime.

Housing for LGBTQIA+ seniors under construction in Capitol Hill

A new development on Broadway between Pike and Pine in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood hopes to serve as a cornerstone for intergenerational care and education among members of Seattle’s LGBTQIA+ community.

Pride Place, a collaboration between nonprofit GenPRIDE and Community Roots Housing, will offer 118 units of LGBTQIA+ affirming housing for seniors, along with a clinic, services, and GenPRIDE offices.

Now build one for straight people and see what happens.

Disney Executive Producer Admits to ‘Gay Agenda,’ ‘Adding Queerness’ Wherever She Could

During a staff meeting on Florida’s recent enactment of the Parental Rights in Education bill, an executive producer at Disney said she was advancing a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” to insert queerness into children’s animation.

Latoya Raveneau, executive producer for Disney Television Animation, talked about how the studio’s treatment of her progressive ideas defied her negative expectations of the company, in a video obtained by journalist Christopher Rufo. Instead of vetoing her pitches for LGBTQ-friendly Easter eggs or overt references in her series, Disney gladly accepted and included them, she claimed.

The rise of the heterosexual ‘queer’

Why are so many straight people desperate to be recognised as something they’re not?

I remember the surrealist comedian Spike Milligan, many years ago, asking ‘Did you hear the one about the Irish queer?’ The punchline? ‘He slept with women.’

You’d think this was offensive on at least two levels, but maybe Milligan was decades ahead of his time. For now we find ourselves in an epoch of the West when homosexuality has become so popular among a certain section of heterosexuals that they are desperate to join in, only without any of the icky matching-genitalia sex stuff. For now they can be queer!

Disney CEO Bob Chapek vows to produce more gay content for kids – but gets slammed by parents

Disney employees walked out of the company’s headquarters on Tuesday to protest the slow response to Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill as parents push back against the company’s last-minute attempts to shield itself from criticism that it’s not doing enough to support the LGBTQ community.

In a town hall meeting on Monday, CEO Bob Chapek said the entertainment behemoth would put together a task force to ensure that more LGBTQ-awareness content is available for children.

Pride comes before the fraud?

Pride Toronto commits to ‘rectifying the harm’ after findings of independent review

Pride Toronto says it’s committed to “rectifying the harm” caused by issues related to its management of federal grants.

The organization is apologizing for the problems uncovered by an independent third-party review, which found that Pride Toronto could not prove it completed several proposed projects after receiving $1.85 million in federal grants.

… Pride Toronto says it has reached out to funding partners who it “wrongly, and without their permission or approval, made false representations” about, claiming their support for Pride Toronto’s grant applications.

Isn’t that Fraud? Go Incognito.

The Cruelty and Recklessness of LGBT Ideologues

On Monday, the Heritage Foundation hosted a panel discussion titled “How Radical Gender Ideology Is Taking Over Public Schools & Harming Kids.”

One mother who spoke was Abby Martinez from California. She explained how her suicidal teenage daughter, Yaeli, was taken into foster care after Abby expressed skepticism that gender transition would cure her daughter’s severe mental-health problems.
