Multicultural Lobby Uses Indigenous Community To Promote Hatred Of Canada

Born in Saudi Arabia, Hana Mae Nassar’s messaging to Canadians captures something fundamental about the state of contemporary society:

“The country’s relationship with Indigenous people isn’t the only thing Canadians have been reflecting on lately. Legislation targeting Chinese immigrants, the internment of Japanese Canadians, the Komagata Maru tragedy, and the various killings of Muslim Canadians are just some of the events that have tarnished this country’s history with immigrants and racialized people.”

Hana Mae Nassar is unimpressed with Canada. It matters not that our government accepted her into our country in the year 2006. Nor does the fact that neither she, nor her family, lived in Canada at the time of the Chinese Head Tax. Irrelevant it is that the Komagata Maru incident– the flimsiest claim of historical racism ever–had zero impact upon Nasser, or her family.

The ‘Noble Lies’ of the New Race Politics

Individual and group differences are real. So is inequality. The contrarian Black intellectual Thomas Sowell, who turns 91 today, showed us the way to understand and to remedy both.

America’s most wildly successful Black intellectual, Ibram X. Kendi, has declared that “the only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.” Kendi champions a two-tier system in which expectations for Black Americans are permanently lowered and test scores are abolished. If Kendi gets his way, the false, racist notion that African Americans can’t possibly match the achievement of other Americans will be set in stone—if they could, why would you need to hire based on skin color rather than talent?

The new moral order that supports this far-reaching program of state and institutionally sanctioned racism is based on a presumed Orwellian control over language. If you oppose the new racism, Kendi proclaims, then you’re a racist. Better sign on to the new “Black” math, designed by people who think African Americans deserve shoddy education—a revival of the old separate and unequal setup—or else face permanent consignment to the camp of Bull Connor.

The implosion of multiculturalism

The Batley and Spen by-election shows just how destructive multiculturalism has become.

Labour has reached a new low. In Batley and Spen, ahead of the by-election on Thursday, it has been distributing leaflets that seem expressly designed to stir up racial and religious animosity. The leaflets show Boris Johnson shaking hands with the Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi. Meeting, never mind touching, such a foul Hindu creature is apparently a crime in the eyes of Labour’s Batley activists. ‘Don’t risk a Tory MP who is not on your side’, the leaflet says. You don’t need a PhD in dogwhistling to translate the nauseating message behind this leaflet: look at the Conservative PM cosying up to the evil leader of the Indian people – the Conservatives clearly cannot be trusted.

Statues Of George Floyd Are ‘Racist,’ ‘Need To Be Torn Down Immediately’

Sports reporter and commentator Jason Whitlock said statues recently erected to memorialize George Floyd are “offensive” to black people and should be torn down.

Whitlock ripped into the “satanic cabal of cultural elites” promoting Floyd as a hero of social justice in a column published Tuesday at The Blaze. The narrative and meaning attached to Floyd’s life and death are part of a “Marxist overhaul” of American culture, Whitlock says.

The Left’s Ilhan Omar Problem

The latest in the saga of Omar’s anti-Semitic comments.

There is a direct link between the Democrats’ identity politics and the anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism we see more of every day. Some immunity is awarded to those who belong to one of the more fashionable minorities du jour.

Some minorities are fashionable, but some — women, people of color, Muslims, LGBTQ people, and a few others — are more fashionable than others and, thus, more protected. The idea that all lives matter, not just those of minorities, is unthinkable to the wokistas.

Noticeably absent from the State Department’s rainbow bacchanalia this year are those embassies in Muslim nations

When it comes to former president Trump and the gays, one of the innumerable enduring myths perpetrated by media claims he banned US embassies from flying the rainbow gay Pride flag during the month of June. This lie is a personal favorite as a radiant example of the media’s pettiness during the Trump years and the degree to which they’ll just make something up or, at the very least, refuse to conduct the tiniest bit of due diligence to fact-check a falsehood they want so badly to be true.

Diversity Is Good, But No Jews, Please

Move over Woka-Cola, It’s Google’s turn to show their bigotry. Kamau Bobb, the leader of Google’s diversity strategy and research team, was reassigned after he wrote: “If I were a Jew I would be concerned about my insatiable appetite for war and killing in defense of myself.” He explained in 2007, in a now-deleted blog, that “If I were a Jew today, my sensibilities would be tormented. I would find it increasingly difficult to reconcile the long cycles of oppression that Jewish people have endured and the insatiable appetite for vengeful violence that Israel, my homeland, has now acquired.”

Courts rule against race-based restaurant relief distribution

“In other words, if you happened to be a white, male restaurant owner, you were sent to the back of the line to hope that the fund wouldn’t be dried up by the time your turn came.

This led a few of the aforementioned white, male owners to go to court and ask for equal treatment. In a pair of cases decided in just the past week, it looks like the courts agree that such gender or race-based systems of distribution are unconstitutional. The appeals will continue, however.”

The Child Soldiers of Portland

Famously the “whitest city in America,” Portland has become the unlikely headquarters of race radicalism in the United States. The city has elevated white guilt into a civic religion; its citizens have developed rituals, devotions, and self-criticisms to fight “systemic racism” and “white supremacy.” The culminating expression of this orthodoxy is violence: street militias, calling themselves “antiracists” and “antifascists,” smash windows and torch the property of anyone transgressing the new moral law.

PM issues formal apology to Italian Canadians interned during Second World War

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivered a formal apology on Thursday to Italian Canadians who were interned in this country during the Second World War, recognizing in the House of Commons address the wrongs done to these citizens by the federal government.

After Italy allied with Germany in 1940, 600 men were interned in camps in this country, four women were detained and sent to jail, while approximately 31,000 other Italian-Canadians were declared “enemy aliens,” prompting mistreatment and discrimination including fingerprinting and having to regularly report to local registrars.

An apology from Trudeau means nothing.

The harm done by Justin Trudeau’s apology to Italian-Canadians might require an apology of its own

Canada interned hundreds of Italian-Canadians during the Second World War “for the simple reason that they were of Italian heritage,” Liberal MP Angelo Iacono told the House of Commons on April 14, paving the way for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to announce that Canada would formally apologize for doing so in May.

Mr. Iacono’s claim is remarkable. It suggests that Canada perpetrated a massive violation of human rights among members of that ethnic community. But if they really were interned simply because of their heritage, surely tens of thousands must have been thrown into camps – far more than the 12,000 Japanese-Canadians pulled from their homes on the West Coast and interned during the war (in addition to the thousands more forced to work on farms). There were, after all, more than 100,000 Italian-Canadians in 1940.
