Have you noticed that anyone who talks about the problems facing white working-class kids is instantly accused of starting a culture war? Talk about trans kids and the media will be knocking on your door to commission a documentary. Talk about the specific problems facing children of West Indian or Bangladeshi heritage and the chattering classes will be all ears. But so much as mutter the phrase ‘white working-class’ and you’ll be viewed as iffy. Here comes another culture warrior stirring up racial tensions, the right-on will cry. They might even call you racist.
A new report which claims the term “white privilege” can be “divisive” and disadvantages the white working class has sparked fresh debate on “racist Britain”, with some accusing the government of deflecting from its own errors.
The report by MPs on the Education Select Committee, released on Monday, has caused a stir, after it suggested that white working-class children have been left behind, partially due to potentially “divisive” terms such as “white privilege.”
As leftists are trying to portray “whiteness” an incurable ailment, conservative commentator Dinesh D’Souza explains that the left’s violent rhetoric suggests that far-left activists are “issuing nothing less than an invitation to genocide.”

Charities and institutions in Britain which promote the leftist idea of ‘white privilege’ should be blocked from receiving taxpayer support, a leading Tory MP has said.
A parliamentary group studying the reasons for white working-class children falling behind other ethnic groups will reportedly demand that the government stop propping up left-wing attacks on the white British population.
“How do you benefit from white privilege, and how have you held onto that benefit (despite knowing the harm it does)?” one question presented to 11th-graders in an ethics class at Loyola Academy, a Jesuit school, said, according to Fox News.
“What have you learned about the ways you have specifically wield[ed] this privilege that do harm (whether you intend to or not)?” the next question said, also instructing students not to “sugar coat” and to avoid describing the positive things they’ve done with their “privilege.”
The pervasive myth of our time is that the Left desires equality. Critical race theory teaches that white people are a class enemy.
Are you white? If so, how white are you? Or to put it another way, where would you place your ‘whiteness’ on a scale of one to eight? This might seem like an odd question for those who still see whiteness as mere skin pigmentation. For many progressives however the term has come to mean a form of bigotry inherent in, but not exclusive to, white people. In other words, you don’t have to be white to suffer from the affliction of ‘whiteness’ but it certainly helps.

New data show that poor white teens are the least likely group to attend university.
The Office for Students (OfS) claims that ‘poor white teens’ are being ‘left behind’ by not going to university.
Chris Millward, the director for fair access and participation at the OfS, looked at a ‘combination of factors such as race, poverty and place’ and identified 90 per cent of those young people in the lowest higher-education-participation quintile as white British. These young people also either received free school meals or grew up in neighbourhoods with low HE-participation rates.
‘I don’t know many poor, or working class, or female, or struggling-to-be-taken-seriously folk who would show up at the inauguration of our 46th president dressed like Bernie. Unless those same folk had privilege. Which they don’t.’
The president of the Pasco Association of Educators (PAE) claims reopening schools for in-person learning is an example of “white supremacy,” and compares listening to concerned parents to following rioters breaking into the U.S. Capitol. He even says concern over student suicide is an example of “white privilege.”
In dramatic, urgent language, K-12 schools across the country – both public and private – professed solidarity with Black Lives Matter and vowed to dismantle white supremacy, as they scrambled to introduce anti-racist courses and remake themselves into racism-free zones.
