WHO d’état

Red Ted’s big green plan for world domination

What happened at the World Health Assembly (WHA) last week? It’s worse than you think. The WHA, the governing body of the World Health Organisation (WHO), had its annual meeting in Geneva from 21 to 30 May. Not much has been reported about it but unfortunately, no news is not good news.

It was known that the WHO was making a brazen grab for more power and money through amendments to the International Health Regulations, which govern what states must do in the event of a health emergency that might cross borders, and through the negotiation of a pandemic treaty.

The answer to campus radicalism and antisemitism? Defunding

It took the City University of New York (CUNY) nearly three weeks to do it, but the public university’s chancellor and board of trustees eventually got around to condemning an antisemitic speech made at the CUNY Law School graduation ceremony on May 12.

The oration was delivered by graduating student Fatima Mousa Mohammed of Queens, N.Y., a member of Students for Justice in Palestine, the activist wing of the antisemitic BDS movement. In it, she uttered egregious lies about Israel and Zionists but anchored her attacks on the Jewish state in far-left talking points about the evils of capitalism, imperialism, colonialism and “white supremacy.” She railed against the police as well as the federal prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation, which served as fundraisers for the Hamas terrorist group. She spoke of the mission of the future lawyers getting their degrees that day as waging an ongoing battle against the rule of law.

Defunding could work, at least in the short term, but the culture has permanently changed. Below a NYTimes piece defends the Muslima.

She Attacked Israel and the N.Y.P.D. It Made Her Law School a Target.

A student gave a commencement address at the famously progressive CUNY law school. Two weeks later, she was attacked by the tabloids and the mayor, and the school disavowed her speech.

Tragedy Strikes a Boat Full of Spies, and Conspiracy Theories Mount

The black clouds appeared quickly, sneaking up on sun-seeking revelers on the lake in northern Italy, interrupting early-evening aperitivi and lakefront strolls. A weather warning issued earlier in the day had not foreseen the violence of the storm that burst over the lake, with winds so extreme they sank a boat, killing four of its 23 passengers.

As news stories go, the incident on Lake Maggiore on Sunday was a freak tragedy that would usually have attracted fleeting attention.

But in subsequent days, the story took off in the Italian media when it emerged that 21 people on the boat were spies, or former spies — including 13 from the Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence service, and eight Italian ones. Official explanations that they had been celebrating a birthday did little to quell a speculative frenzy about their activities.

Ireland’s mooted cow massacre is a warning to net zero Britain

The Irish government is reportedly looking at plans to cull around 200,000 dairy cows to meet its climate targets. It’s madness

The collateral damage of net zero is now getting uncomfortably close to home. First Dutch farmers were threatened with compulsory purchases to satisfy EU emissions targets, fomenting a new revolt in the process. Now it’s Ireland’s turn, where the government is reportedly looking at plans to cull around 200,000 cows to meet its climate targets. The scheme would be a bit like voluntary redundancy, with farmers offered financial inducements to give up their cows.

Woman’s flat raided in Nord Stream pipeline investigation

Blame for the explosions, which tore apart Russia’s gas pipelines to Germany last September, has fallen on multiple nations and now Ukrainians are in the spotlight

German police tasked with solving the mystery of the Nord Stream pipeline bombings have searched a flat near the Polish border and taken a DNA sample in the hope of tracing a Ukrainian suspect.

Investigators have yet to explain the three explosions at the bottom of the Baltic sea that tore apart Russia’s gas pipelines to Germany last September.

Tin Pot Tyrant Trudeau has nerve to hector Poland about democratic backsliding

Trudeau raises Poland’s democratic backsliding as prime minister visits Toronto

OTTAWA – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he raised concerns about reports that LGBTQ rights and democracy are under threat in Poland during a Friday visit with its prime minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, in Toronto.

The visit comes amid unprecedented economic and military collaboration between the two countries.

“I certainly raised concerns that we have around some of the reports coming out of Poland around LGBTQ rights, around democracy, and we had a frank conversation, as must be the case,” Trudeau told reporters Friday.

The ‘woke’ mob always eats its own

“ Wokeism ” has been driving the news cycle lately, running the gambit from transgender-endorsed beer, tuck-it swimsuits for children, and a military more worried about diversity, equity, and inclusion (as well as its carbon footprint) than in destroying the enemy. But one interesting byproduct of all this “wokeness” is often either ignored or missed by corporate media: the backlash to people and organizations that go “woke” and then make the “mistake” of course-correcting back to mainstream. It proves something those on the Right have said for years: “The ‘woke’ mob will eventually eat its own.”

We Should Stop Believing Elon Musk Is Committed To Free Speech At Twitter

Many on the right heralded Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter as a major victory in the culture war. But that celebration appears premature. On June 1, Daily Wire CEO Jeremy Boreing wrote that Twitter had scuttled a deal for the conservative multimedia outlet to screen its massively popular documentary “What Is A Woman?” on the social media site.
